This place is very clean and the front desk staff are extremely helpful and sweet. I have been coming her for a little more than 6 months and the last two times have not been great experience's. Besides the fact that they are extremely overpriced for services, they nickel and dime every little item. I was charged for the type of shape I wanted to have and because two of my nails were longer than the others I was charged for "long nails". (The length was not at my request) I was cut on several fingers and one so badly she had to put glue on it to stop the bleeding. My daughter (11) got a manicure with gel and it chipped the very next day on two nails. She was charged $10 for two hearts. When I brought this to the attention of the staff I was told that I would get a call about the charges and why they were accurate. Two days later when I called, I was told the charges are correct and because she pushed back my cuticles the length was now considered long. Because I was cut and my daughters gel chipped next day I was offered a $10 refund. I did not take the insult refund and will not be returning to this establishment. Jeni is phenomenal! If you want a good laugh while being treated like a Kardashian, then this is the place to go! Amazing pedicures that will leave you feeling stress free (which we all know is one of the MAIN reasons we get them) and nail sets that will having you feeling like Cardi. This place is super overpriced for the quality you get. I know there are specific people who can do really good nails but for me It's been hit or miss. I've been coming for a few years just monthly pedicures. I recently started to get acrylics too and the three times I've gotten acrylics they are subpar. And I usually only get French tip gel. I am really polite in communicating what I don't like and ask them to fix it but it just seems like they just aren't experienced enough because the nails still come out different thicknesses, lumpy, and the paint lines aren't crisp. I honestly give up and will find somewhere else to go. The people there are really nice though so I have enjoyed having conversations with them while I get my nails done. read more

Ann has been so gentle with my delicate hands! I bleed easily, so I made sure to let her know before she started. This is my second time with Ann and both times she did beautiful work while remaining gentle on my cuticles and with the filing. She listens! I'm SO relieved! Many other manicurists, here and elsewhere, have been rough and I bleed to the point of needing more than a quick tissue. And it's painful for days. Before my first visit to Prestige Nails, I had been to four other nail salons around town and wasn't completely satisfied with any of them. Then I saw some photos on Facebook of the super cute nail designs walking out of this shop and decided to try it. Now I won't go anyplace else! Jeni, who sits by the front door, is the owner here, and from all the hours I've spent in her chair I've been able to observe a lot of happy customers coming and going. In the mornings you'll see many seniors who are regulars here, and I've seen the staff go out of their way to take good care of these very special clients. This shop can get very busy, especially if a large group comes in all at once or a client comes in late and throws the schedule off. Recommend calling ahead for an appointment. I keep my own nails pretty boring (no design), but I'm still picky. I want my nails to be smooth and not too thick, and I don't want to walk out the door with cuts and scrapes or pain in my fingers. Since coming to Prestige Nails I don't have any of these issues, and if ever I did have a problem I feel sure that Jeni would want to know about it and fix it. The shop, which was recently remodeled, is super clean and bright, and they have so many gel colors that your head will explode. The most recent visit I went to was around first week of October and it was a simple all black nails for halloween. I've never had so many acrylic nails coming off than this time around. I just had my second appointment with Snell. I had a great experience and I am so grateful and friendly found someone that will put the time and effort into the details. I think her creativity is off the charts! My only comment that I had for management was The receptionist with curly hair had a very nasty attitude towards the staff. It made my experience awkward. I recommend that there is some thing done about this because I'm sure other customers have felt the same way. She was having tantrums in front of guests about scheduling. Jeni has finally opened her own salon & I'm thrilled! I've been going to Jenni for years and love her artistry! There is no nail design she can not do! She's very thorough and perfectionist with her mani-pedis and my nails always look amazing and last for weeks! Luckily I have naturally strong nails so just get UV polish done and for toenails normal polish. Her new nail spa is always clean and in great location! This has thus far been my absolute worst nail experience since I've been going to salons the last 13 years of my life. The last 6 years of that I'd say I get them regularly (every 4-6 weeks). I would like to start this off by saying I am solely speaking in regards to one nail tech as this was my first and last time ever going here. Peter did my nails. If you can really even call it that. If you have an upcoming appointment I urge you to think twice. I came in, after trying to book an appointment when the main tech called and said they had a cancellation and I could take the time slot. So I did. I came early. And waited around 10 minutes. No big deal. Then the disastrous time consuming began. Peter seems nice but quite frankly very uneducated in his profession. I brought the exact picture of what I desired. Which should of been simple enough. I mean really. One color. Simple shape and length. I included the photo of my desired nails in this. I walked out after he couldn't manage to make a SINGLE ONE OF MY NAILS MATCH THE LENGTH OR SHAPE OF THE NAIL ON MY OTHER HAND. My nails are uneven. Have lumps. Are far too skinny. Much shorter than I asked. And he was not gentle nor did he care everytime I made a small noise in pain. Which is new for me. I have a decent pain tolerance and understand it comes with the territory. But he was careless and didn't listen a single bit after I told him 3 times I didn't like what I was seeing. Which prompted me to pull away my hands twice. After the second chance I gave him to right his wrongs I walked away. I still paid(which is unbelievable) 30$ for his extreme amount of time spent on my crappy nails. Literally an entire hour spent. The large amount of that being solely on his inability to lay on acrylic evenly. It was so thing and lumpy he must of been filing for 25 minutes alone. Now Im forced to take these crap nails to another tech in serious hope someone can fix this mess. Which will no doubt entirely will need to be taken off. I'm so disappointed and more or less extremely upset to have wasted my time and money here. Thanks for absolutely nothing. Please do yourself a favor and don't come here unless you know the nail techs and which one you're getting. read more

Nails look good but I did notice my friend and I had our nails done differently as far as technique for dip powder. Not much cuticle care for the powder dip for me but maybe I didn't need? This is the third time I have been here, and each time it gets worse. Today's visit was disappointing, at best. After being passed off to a different tech in the midst of one foot, the original tech did not pass on vital info to the next one. ...that I had an injured toe. She found out by my reaction to squeezing said toe. Also, when I asked for clear or light polish, the tech did not understand and left off the polish entirely until I asked again. To the management I would say, please be sure that your techs are given the right information about what your customer desires.. not everyone wants elaborate nail art, and regular polish is still a thing! My previous visit had a flustered nail tech trying to convince me to get gels, which I had not requested. I found out why... it was the worst polish job I had ever had, and I removed the polish myself later that day. Today's visit was capped off by the receptionist mixing up my bill with the lady in front of me, charging me the higher charge. We were both customers "of a certain age", but we were not identical, nor were the services rendered. The charges were fixed when I pointed them out, but giggles don't count as an apology. Why did I come here 3 times before writing this place off ? The first visit was very good, so naturally, I returned. The second visit I wrote off to inexperience on the part of the tech, so I tried again. I gave this place three tries, and will not be returning. read more

I had a Prestige Pedicure and Ombre Nails with designs. Im a very picky person but this salon did a very good jobs. I love it. However, when I got home and take a very careful look at my nail and found out that there were a pump on my index and thump nails which is make me kinda disappointed :(. My nail tech Jeni just left her old nails salon and took over owner ship of Prestige Nails. I'm so exited for her! She's an amazing nail tech, I've been going to her for about 6 years now and Of course I had to follow her here because she's the only one who can do my stiletto nails the way I like them. I'm super rough with my hands and they're in water all day because I'm a hairdresser. She just gets it. I love her. I couldn't go to anyone else, I've tried when I couldn't get in with her and it was miserable! I'm very picky lol I'm currently getting their Signature Spa pedicure right now after a day at the beach and it's amazing.
