At first I thought it was too good to be true and that it won't be good quality. My experience was incredible! I walked in around 11am on a weekday, immediately taken care of. My nails are absolutely beautiful. I definitely recommend Q Nails for anyone who's looking to save a little $!

I showed Ben a picture of what I wanted (ombré pink to white nails) and easily delivered! $35 (plus a tip) for this amazing work! I've been trying to find a good place for acrylics in Escondido that doesn't charge so much and this place doesn't. I called to make an appointment and I only had to wait a few minutes before getting my nails done. I came on a Monday and it wasn't really busy. There's also a big variety of gel polish colors so you probably could find the color you're looking for. I'm very happy about how my acrylics came out for only 30$. I recommend Ben, he's really good at acrylics!

I think they got upset because they did a horrible job, it's the easiest thing to do in my opinion and they did a horrible job. I'm a little upset because I could have probably done a better job. Never asking for a reg mani again. What a disappointment. I expected better since It's become my go to place.

I was nail salon hopping and found this just down the street from me. I ran into a coworker who raved about them , and another client that was there mentioned how great they were. I observed Ben and Molly (i think that's her name, sorry!) with their clients as I got a pedicure from someone else. I was impressed at how they engaged in conversation with the person in front of them and not just each other. As many salon employees do! Ben did my fill and was just as pleasant as can be. I have to mention I was a walk-in, and they got everything done without rushing me out! I've since returned. Since I like my nails super short, we decided to go with the dip style. I have to be honest, I didn't care for them, as much as the work from before. I felt like they hadn't lasted, and they seemed to be lifting on the sides. I liked this place close to freeway to hop off and get a fill or a pedicure. I had gone somewhere for a few years and a customer of mine had told me about this place. I tried it once. Then my nail tech went back to home. So I tried it again. I love this place. For sure my new go to place for pedicures and I am giving my nails a break but one I'm ready to do nails again they will be doing my nails too. Very friendly and priced right read more

I've been trying to find a good place for acrylics in Escondido that doesn't charge so much and this place doesn't. I called to make an appointment and I only had to wait a few minutes before getting my nails done. I came on a Monday and it wasn't really busy. There's also a big variety of gel polish colors so you probably could find the color you're looking for. I'm very happy about how my acrylics came out for only 30$. Well I don't think they understand what his customer service. I spoke with BEN. He was extremely rude and I asked him if I can get a walk and pedicure and he said that he had no availability but there was a bunch of girls in the back who weren't working and then I asked him when can I make an appointment and then he said later and then I asked him what time and then he said one hour and didn't even look at my face and just was completely disrespectful. Completely inappropriate customer service and will never be coming back read more

i was a walk in and a first timer. The atmosphere was delightful and the customer service was exceptional. I had a pedicure which was relaxing and a new set of nails put on. I will keep using this salon even if it is a drive. This salon is highly recommended and the prices are very reasonable. read more

I was recommended by mom to head here! Beyond happy and all the girls in my family go. Molly is a perfectionist and really was experimental with my nails for my benefit and who knew this color with matte was phenomenal! I've been coming here since the beginning of last year through old friend recommendations and ever since then i've loved it i even bring my mom to get her pedicure here. She's had her issues but we always get them solved. Molly is the only one that can do her pedicure as for me i usually get a full set from Ben and occasionally from Molly. Both are always welcoming and very kind. Ben did this set no more then an hour ago and i love them. everything from the color to the shaping. They have variety of colors. it is a small nail salon and they usually tend to get busy later in the day so i'd recommend calling in for an appointment ahead of time. Overall they definitely deserve the 5 stars from me. read more

My first experience at Q nails was better than most nail shops. My nails were so t by the lady behind the cash rap. She was very accommodating to the style I wanted. I got coffin shape with ombré power nails. During my visit, I always got the deluxe pedi which was nice. I only reduced a star because the extra massage wasn't very satisfying, the lady kept massaging my shin over and over again causing some irritating. read more

I gave 4 stars because they were really nice and did a pretty good job with my nails. I highly suggest to make an appointment first because they do get busy. The price for mani set was 35.. then ofcourse tip them for curtesy, i got the powder gel? So far so good. I show them the picture that i wanted and theyre pretty much the same.. only thing was, my friend and i felt a little rushed.. but other than that, they're great!! I needed to say that weeks later I started having soreness on my big toe. I later found out that I had my first ingrown toenail which means that the nail was cut too far below the skin so when it started to go out it started to push through the skin and created ingrown toenail which is not very comfortable at all. I had to go to a podiatrist for the very first time and right there in his chair he had to perform a minor incision to cut out the nail. I wasn't able to go on my ski trip because of the gauze wrapping that I had to have on my toe for so long. So the lesson here is stick to your own nail salon and always get your nails cut straight not rounded especially a stranger. read more

First time at this salon. It's not bad, it's not great, in my opinion its average. If you are a stickler for perfection this may not be the place for you. Personally I'm not completely satisfied with my nails or the service I received. Keep in mind it's only my opinion...they may have had an off day. We are all humans. The only reason why I marked this place down was because of the customer service. I came here with my older sister(pedicure) and younger sister(manicure). When we arrived it was a little weird because we weren't greeted, after a minute or so I told them what we were there for and they said we would be seen soon. The woman that did my sister's pedicure was very sweet and welcoming but the man that did my feet didn't even say hi. I asked for the #2 which is a pedicure with sea salt, hot stones, and a 6 min massage and my sister got the regular pedicure. I felt like my massage and care on my feet were cut short because my sister and I finished almost at the same time and my guy came a little later than the woman that did my sister's feet. I felt like he was just going through the motions just to say he did everything. Overall they had good quality work and low prices. read more

The owner is nice and the young girl who answers phones and checks clients in. However after yesterday I will no longer be going back. I brought my best friend with me, it was her first visit there. She had Jimmy as her technician. When she asked if he could clean up around the nails and underneath, he threw a fit like a toddler would. He said he wasn't comfortable doing her nails, got a big attitude. Then I stepped in because my friend wasn't going to ask again. Well then Jimmy and I got into it. He called me a bitch, was so rude and unprofessional. I'm disappointed in how the owner reacted. Jimmy needs to be fired for his lack of professionalism. There was no solution to his poor behavior. Jenny is great and if she moves salons I'll see her again but I refuse to go back to a place that treats and allows their employees to act that way. There should have been a discount or something given for the poor experience. But nope nothing, $140 later for two sets of nails. Ridiculous lol

He was professional, kind & took great care with doing my manicure & pedicure! They have a lot of beautiful colors & the salon was clean. Kevin helped me choose a beautiful lavender color for my gel manicure. Unlike other nail techs I have had before who rush, he took his time ensuring that it looked perfect & did not skimp out on the coats. & the pedicure was awesome! I wanted a white color but did not want the highlighter white that I have sadly gotten before from other places & I told Kevin this. He found the perfect cream white & everyone has been gushing about how pretty the color is. Okay, so, my soles were mad rough (sorry Kevin!) but he scrubbed them back into smoothness. & he put in the elbow grease with the leg massage, it was wonderful! Kevin is the only one that works during the weekdays so make sure to make an appointment, especially because he is in high demand! I even booked my next appointment right before I left!

They close at 8. I'm sure they wan to go home and as a customer I always check business hours so that I don't walk in right before closing. Honestly it really bothered me that he couldn't say no and take his employees into consideration over some money.

As of March 19, 2014; not a single Great review has been published for this place. And there is a reason, they do phenomenal work and provide exceptional service to their clients. I just had my first appointment here and as expected I left with an amazing, super gorgeous gel manicure with intricate artwork design. Bensen is truly talented and does beautiful work. I really appreciate that they did everything they can to accommodate me into their busy schedule. The appointment book for nails fills up fast and practically weeks in advance so it's best to make an appointment as soon as you can. I started researching into places who can do American style manicure and design since I had just recently came back from a trip to Taiwan. During that trip I was able to get a manicure done at a Japanese nail salon and I thought- it would be great if I could get something similar here in the states. Lo' and behold I was lucky to be able to find this place. And I am hooked. I have already booked my next appointment. Thank you Bensen I love my nails, and can't stop staring at them.
