Was taken care of right away when I asked for a full set. The lady was nice and the place was acceptably clean. It's been a week now and I can tell the gel won't last me much longer. This place should be called Number 2 nails. They did a poopy job. Yes, it's fairly cheap. That's why I went in to get my nails fixed (I was on a working vacation and away from my nail salon). One of them had come off and another was nicked. They talked me into removing the remaining 8 nails. I agreed - much to my regret now. 1) I noticed when I got home that several of the nails on my left hand were shorter than the nails on my right hand. Significantly. Like 1/4 of an inch. 2) I might have noticed 1 - above - if I had not been in a hurry to get out of there after being stuck drying my nails the old fashioned way. Although they have one of those "lamps," typically places with spray or polish a quick dry coat. Thus, I was late getting back to work and my nails still got messed up when I buckled my seatbelt. 3) Some of my nails were thicker than the others. Two were lumpy, with one side of the nail being thicker than the other. As two or three days passed, the thickness became more obvious as it grew away from my cuticle. Here I am, a week later, needing a fill when typically I can go 2.5 weeks. Not a deal. Not a good value. I won't be going back. read more

I came here on the way to my cousin's wedding and wanted a gel manicure as I was leaving for vacation shortly after. The gel nails held up well (I was disappointed by the lack of colors) but the pedicure was weak. I am happy to say I won't have to return here as it's nowhere near anywhere I go. So my tireless, generous, and selfless wife and mother of our five sons wanted nothing more than a pedicure for Valentine's Day so that she could wear open toe shoes in public. Before committing to this "4 star" location I read these reviews and then verified I was talking to the Andy and Emily mentioned. I specifically asked for her to be pampered, given a good foot massage and whatever she wanted, ready to pay the asking price. An hour later I came back to a wife almost in tears as the women around her we're getting the level of service raved about here - while she sat with her feet in lukewarm water being ignored by the sour looking "professional" she was given. Nails not trimmed, feet not massaged or exfoliated, the woman painted one foot and then left before my wife had to call her back and direct her to paint the other as if one foot is all that was requested or included. Then when I went to pay I was informed it was cash or check only (no signs, no notice) and asked to walk down to the nearest store and get cash back on a purchase to pay them. I don't write negative reviews. I help companies build brand advocates for a living and there are enough people using this space to nuke competitors or to smear good and honest businesses who may be human and make a mistake from time to time. ...but unless you're a regular and get Andy or Emily specifically (nice people btw) apparently you're treated as an unwanted client. Mission accomplished. We won't be back. read more

Their nails always last a longtime as long as you see Andy! Super nice guy and never pushy when it comes to anything. He remembers his regulars and treats them really well.
