My first time here. The service was good. The nail tech was very gentle and friendly. The set on my right hand came out a bit shorter than my left hand set. I asked for French tip and cherries. They charged $15 for French tip & $10 for cherries. So $75 for a refill. read more

I received a pedicure from Ivy on July 3rd at 12:15 p.m. I found her to be a very nice young lady who did a great job on some long-neglected toenails. She remained focused even though she was in conversation with others. She was attentive the entire time I was with her which I appreciate very much. I can't say enough about how well she did her job. I also find this to be true of others working in this shop. They safeguard themselves by wearing masks so they don't pass on viral contaminants from others they come in contact with during their days at work. They even keep a record of who comes into their salon in case of an outbreak of flu or other viral contaminants. The shop is well organized and spotless everything I walk in there. This review is long overdue! I have been seeing Vina consistently for over a year and a half. I am always happy with how my nails have turned out. I appreciate Vina's honesty about what will work for my nails and what won't. Plus, Vina is so kind and I always enjoy my conversations with her. The nail salon is alway well kept and clean. I love how well they are with time management. I have been to many other nail salons where you make an appointment and still have to wait once you arrive. I have never had that issue here. I do recommend booking your appointment ahead of time, however, I do know they accept walk-ins if there is availability. read more

Made an appointment on Tuesday with Harmony Nail Lounge and when I showed up they said they don't have a reservation for me. I told them that I had spoken to them on Tuesday and they accused me of calling the wrong nail business as if I was lying to them. I had to pull out my phone and show them that I had an outgoing call to their business phone number on Tuesday and had a 2:30 minute conversation with them. They had no response to that and said to come back in 3 hours and they would squeeze me in. I declined and let them know they will no longer be getting my business. read more

I have been coming to Harmony Nail Lounge for about 2 years and always look forward to my peaceful time there. The place is always very clean and with the no cell phone policy, I can truly relax during my appointments. Annie does my nails and Vina does my pedicures - both are very professional and friendly! This last time I came in, Annie did a wonderful Fall design on my nails and I have been getting a lot of compliments on them. Highly recommend Harmony Nails! Finding a nail tech who does your nails just as you like them is difficult, most techs I've encountered are set on their ways and don't really listen to how you want your nails. Vina took her time, but was incredibly efficient and accurate. The store was clean, and she made me feel very comfortable by talking me through each step of the process before it happened, making sure I liked my nails along the way. I feel really bad writing this. I'm very new to Mani Pedis and have maybe only had a total of 4 in my 38 years alive... anyway The people here seem nice, but I felt like compared to the last place I went to, the service feel short for the price I was charged... I'm sure $90 for a mani pedi (plus obligatory $20 tip) is probably a steal for people who get these things done more often and it is what i remember paying at another spa i used to go to in Poway. But the service i got in poway for my mani pedi was hands down the most pleasurable. At this place I feel like I got forgotten... when I first walked in for my appointment they asked me what color I wanted for my nails and grabbed a book of colors for me and directed me to my seat, but they forgot to give me the book I guess because pretty soon a lady was working on my feet, I couldn't even move my seat forward lol so I had to awkwardly sit in a way that was not that comfy in order to get my feet in the water or positioned on the pedestals. At first another lady looked like she was gonna help with my nails but then another customer walked in that sounded like maybe it was a regular and then the last left to take care of her instead, leaving me with a poor lady who looked like she was already tired and ready to call it a day to take care of me 100%.. Again I feel terrible writing this but I'm just going to be honest, I did not feel like I got the attention I should have for the price I paid. I tried pointing out the flaws of the polish to the lady as she was applying it but she just said something about filing it away my nails look awful I'm sooo sorry miss, when you asked me if I liked them I didn't want to answer because I did not want to offend you or hurt your feelings... but I didn't feel this work justified the $90 price tag... yes lady you and anyone in the service industry deserves a tip if your employer isn't paying you enough but I feel like crap... in many ways... I feel like crap that i didn't have the balls to be honest with you that I felt bad that I didn't like my nails because I knew you were tired already... the work you did was better than nothing I guess , but that's not very high praise.. I'm also sorry I almost didn't want to tip because the price was very high considering I paid almost 45% less than that elsewhere not even a month ago and I felt that the other place actually did a $90 job vs this place... the polish is lumpy, crumbly, not very uniform and I feel like it's not going to last very long... well.. now I know.. don't judge a book by its cover... thank you for trying but I didn't think I wouldn't like them this bad. I'm attaching pictures of my hands only, my feet aren't that pretty but they didn't add any color besides the french tip on them anyway, I'm no nail expert but I expected to at least have them looking as good as the last place that did my nails for half the price considering it was double that. read more

So disappointed in this place. I am a bridesmaid in a wedding tomorrow and had a nail emergency; had broken off my acrylic tip. The natural nail was perfectly fine I just needed one nail fixed or filled. First she told me she didn't have time. Then we made an appt and came back 20 minutes later and then her story changed, she could not fix it because i said my nail was "hurt" which I never said. I told her I would pay any amount to make it worth the time and she said she was refusing me service. She was unnecessarily rude and aggressive and I am not sure what I did to deserve that. I can honestly say I have found the perfect salon. From the very beginning I was put at easy safety practices and a kind, warm welcome :-) It is calm and quiet. Signs ask to silence your phones which is great as I come here to relax and be pampered. I have had my nails done with acrylic for at least 25 years. Each time I've had them done I have had to instruct each technician how to shape like I want, make sure they are even and all the same length, thickness and appearance etc. Then I found Annie. She is undoubtedly the most accurate and seasoned technician I've ever found. Seriously so good. I'd you're coming in for a spa pedicure you must ask for Tammie! She gives the best. Beautifully shaped and painted. I get the Luxurious pedicure as I am on my feet for work all day. Spend the extra for the bigger packages. It's worth it! The 10 min massage, scrubs and hot stones relax my legs and make me feel renewed. I'm so happy I found them! read more

I discovered this nail salon in July through Yelp, and I've seen Annie 3 times now. She's gentle yet efficient and cares a lot about your nail health. Just tried this place for the first time, very relaxing and such sweet ladies. The lady who did my nails didn't put enough polish on my big toes. I normally don't say anything, but for 27 dollars I was going to. I asked her if she can fix it she didn't I asked her again and she did, but the other toe she didn't even touch. She also did my toes, put the top coat put my sandals on and told me to leave. Hmmm usually we have to wait for them to dry ? (I did regular nails) im not sure if it's because im not a regular, but idk the service wasn't all that great. Great service! I was a walk in and they were able to take me right away. Nice atmosphere with comfy chairs. Staff is very kind and welcoming. They have a large selection of polishes and colors. I chose the classic pedicure for $21 and got a 20% discount since it was my first time. They also gave me a free cuticle cream as a gift! My friend got acrylic gel and nail art for $40. My sister and I have been going to Annie and Vina for years. Literally, we started seeing them for our nails back when they had a salon in Poway (close to our parents house) maybe 6 or 7 years ago. When they sold that salon we were a bit at a loss. Nail salons are quite plentiful, but it's hard to find ones that you can trust. My sister kept seeing Annie for her nails and waxing at a different salon where she worked and Vina took some time off (I also moved to LA). When they told us, they were opening up Harmony Nail Lounge we were so happy for them. You have to understand, these ladies treat you like family (and the whole salon is a family affair). Both my sister and I live in south county and drive all the way to Escondido to see these ladies. They do an incredible job for an incredible price. I've gotten dip manicures, gel manicures, acrylics, pedicures, waxing, and I've never been disappointed. Even after years, Annie and Vina remembered what nail shape I like, how I hate the mechanical tool that most salons use to file nails, and that I prefer a natural polish (literally the same family of white/pink almost every time). Annie even did these beautiful 3D flowers for my birthday (which was 3 weeks ago, almost 4) and all of my nails (which are mine btw) are still in tact. Parking is easy (and free) since it's in the shopping center on the right side of the grocery store. The Wendy's is directly across the parking lot. Salon is new and clean. All of the massage chairs work and they use the sanitary disposable bags in the pedicure chairs. Love these ladies so much, and I know that you will too! read more

I am very picky about nail salons and have tried just about every one in North County, searching for the perfect place. I am so happy I have finally found it- Harmony Nail Lounge. Vina is fantastic and I leave with perfect nails every single time. I have gotten so many compliments since she started doing my nails. I have never had one crack or chip, and they stay perfect until my next fill. The salon is very clean and I've been impressed with how they follow Covid protocols for everyone's safety. I came in for a walk in pedicure just after 9 am and every chair was already taken, so I had to wait 30 minutes. Not their fault, but I would recommend having an appointment which they seemed to honor for everyone that came in while I was there. The woman who did my nails was lovely. He said he wasn't comfortable doing her nails, got a big attitude. Then I stepped in because my friend wasn't going to ask again. Well then Jimmy and I got into it. He called me a bitch, was so rude and unprofessional. I'm disappointed in how the owner reacted. Jimmy needs to be fired for his lack of professionalism. There was no solution to his poor behavior. Jenny is great and if she moves salons I'll see her again but I refuse to go back to a place that treats and allows their employees to act that way. There should have been a discount or something given for the poor experience. But nope nothing, $140 later for two sets of nails. Ridiculous lol

Small unit, but you get your privacy and one on one attention. Fair pricing also. Mom liked her nails (dip powder). Dawn accepts cash, check, or Zelle only. No credit/debit, venmo, or apple pay, etc, so be prepared to provide the aforementioned payment types. Will be visiting again when in need.

Kevin helped me choose a beautiful lavender color for my gel manicure. Unlike other nail techs I have had before who rush, he took his time ensuring that it looked perfect & did not skimp out on the coats. & the pedicure was awesome! I wanted a white color but did not want the highlighter white that I have sadly gotten before from other places & I told Kevin this. He found the perfect cream white & everyone has been gushing about how pretty the color is.
