Having a non-toxic salon is really important to me, and after experiencing Prestige, I can't imagine going back to a traditional nail salon. I regularly see Ivy, who is truly the kindest nail technician. I've also had the pleasure of seeing Alva, who is equally wonderful. They're both incredibly talented, warm, and attentive. I'm always impressed by how much they remember about their clients and the little details that make each visit feel so personal. I highly recommend Prestige Nails!

Passable. The 2nd issue was when paying. As soon as I took my card out she said "no cash" I said no. She asked "no cash for tip" also a no. She then said $25. I was staring at the prices and it said $18. I then asked her it says $18 here and she said ohh callus remover (I never asked for it) , which I then responded to by saying "that still makes it $23 not $25". I told her to charge $25. $2 tip or she charged what she wanted but no tip. Take it how you want. Her attitude instantly changed. Please don't spend your $ here. There is no peaceful, calm, relaxed vibe to it. Overall I can't see anyone having a great experience here.

Everything is super clean ...she sanitizes all her tools (which honestly isn't the case everywhere). I had bad ingrown nails on both big toes, and she removed them the right way! Way better than the last place I went to, where they did it wrong and I ended up with fungus and a bacterial infection for like half a year. Never again. I'm sticking with Kim from now on! She has tons of experience, and she's super flexible with scheduling. You can book a week ahead or just a few days out. Highly recommend her! She is not open on Sundays. It is dog friendly. If you lucky, her hypo allergenic dog Max, a shitszu will be there. And if your dog is small and friendly, they are welcome too!

During my manicure the technician cut my cuticle so deeply that it immediately started to bleed (because he was on his phone watching the World Cup). What should of been a routine appointment turned into a indescribable medical issue. Over the next several days, my finger became swollen, infected and began draining pus. I had to seek treatment at urgent care clinic, where I was prescribed both oral antibiotics and topical antibiotic to treat the infection. I brought this matter to the attention of the salon's manager, hoping they would show concern, take responsibility, and address the situation professionally. Unfortunately, the response I received was dismissive and inappropriate. There was little empathy or accountability for an injury that required medical attention due to negligence. Sanitation, proper technique, and customer safety should always be a priority at any nail salon. My experience left me with pain, inconvenience, medical expenses, and disappointment in how the situation was handled. The injury keeps reappearing even after taking oral and topical antibiotics together. I am strongly encouraging others to carefully consider this experience and the others that were written when considering where to have your nails done. For some reason these shops feel like an apology, accountability or compensation for their error is beneath them and it has to stop!

I saw a Halloween candy bowl , valentine balloons stuck to the ceiling, Christmas flowers and 4th of July decorations all at the same time ?? Burgundy Towels that had holes and nail polish stains Kenny did my nails, I asked for short french tip ... he didn't have me wash my hands after filing, he immediately started placing clear coat and they had bumps from the residue of the acrylic .The French tip design looks ancient like early 2000s , not what I asked for. I will insert a picture of what I wanted vs what I got for reference This was my final straw They don't do what you ask for . The lady who did my pedi (without me asking) began adding acrylic over my toe nail because the left side of my toe nail was broken but she left a huge blop of acrylic and it was dark pink ! When I asked her to add to the right side she said NO disregarded me and continued doing how she wanted .It turned out very uneven , one toe nail looks rounded at the edges and on my other foot it's uneven ! Didn't disinfectant or scrub the pedicure spa tub not even a rinse afterwards, just removed the plastic and replaced it with a new one while I was still waiting for my full set nails to be done . Very unsanitary! And if you pay attention to their pedicure carts you will notice how they don't clean their pedicure tools they have them laying flat on a towel unsterile , they even placed paper / cardboard around the pedicure carts to hide inside ! No instruments were sterilized so I asked for my toes to just be filed not trimmed. My nails were uneven in the surface with product pooling over into my cuticles and sides. Kinda like having a curb around my nails ugh. The gel looked like coral on the sample. Once it was under the light it became neon. The gel was put on and was thick in areas and thin in others. Not being able to look at these nails for the next 3 weeks I needed them to be redone. I called Jo and she was more than happy to help. Her salon is so relaxing, beautifully decorated with antiques and Beetles memorabilia. Ho is so kind and very easy to talk to. My pedicure was in a copper kettle and was amazing. All of the instruments were sterile and she used new Emory boards ( she even sends you home with it ). My nails needed a lot of work to get the thick gel of and the excess product smoothed out. She was very welcoming to her salon and completely sympathetic to my nail crisis . I have found my new salon to have my nails done on a regular basis. Her son did my nails and he did a really good job. The shop received a makeover and they took out the TV, which I miss watching the news.
