I had a very unfortunate experience. I had an appointment for 6 PM, while I was there they got a lot of walk-ins. My experience felt very rushed, hurt, and did not feel relaxing at all. I voiced up several times regarding the pain I was feeling when she was scrubbing my feet, but she did not change the pressure. It felt like she was trying to hurry so that she could make time for the other clients. At one point she got up to do someone's eyebrows. I would have appreciated more attention to detail when applying the polish. The worst feeling was when she was polishing my nails she was clearly in a hurry and polishing on my skin. The pictures provided or after she removed polish. I had to ask her twice to remove the excess polish left or on my toes. Overall, it felt like such a bummer. Two Thursdays ago, I decided to go back to this place. Overall, they did a great job as you can see from my photos that after 2 weeks, the nail polish especially on my hands are hardly chipped! The service was just regular for both manicure and pedicure. I'm glad that when I went in, they had lots of staff this time. An older lady started my manicure and I'm glad she verified what type of manicure I would like to get. It was interesting to see the gadget that was used instead of a regular bowl to soak my fingers. When she was cleaning my cuticles, she nicked a part of it and immediately took care of it. Then, another lady worked on my pedicure. She showed me the pamphlet and verified what I wanted which was just regular pedicure. The concern that I have at this time was there was a fly that went in and it landed on my leg. I came in here blindfolded as this was arándome spot i decided to come to after searching on Apple Maps. I just needed a place to get my nails done where they won't charge me an arm and a leg and that's in between my home and work. I was pleasantly surprised with today's experience. The technicians who worked on me (Mama Lee and Sun) treated me with a lot of respect and gentleness. I was also amazed at how the owner Lee speaks as much Spanish as she can to greet and get to know her customers and their needs. She is also extremely funny and takes the time to get to know you even though I wasn't her direct client today. So they sat me at the pedicure chair to at least soak my feet and get the massage. Every so often, they would say thank you for waiting, well be right with you or almost done, okay?! Once they started with me, they took their time. Gave a very nice massage and made sure my feet would be extra soft at the end. They are not pushy. They just want you to be comfortable. She made some conversation, nothing over the top, enough to relax but also enough to know they have a sense of humor.
