I had a very unfortunate experience. I had an appointment for 6 PM, while I was there they got a lot of walk-ins. My experience felt very rushed, hurt, and did not feel relaxing at all. I voiced up several times regarding the pain I was feeling when she was scrubbing my feet, but she did not change the pressure. It felt like she was trying to hurry so that she could make time for the other clients. At one point she got up to do someone's eyebrows. I would have appreciated more attention to detail when applying the polish. The worst feeling was when she was polishing my nails she was clearly in a hurry and polishing on my skin. The pictures provided or after she removed polish. I had to ask her twice to remove the excess polish left or on my toes. Overall, it felt like such a bummer. Heading home to re-polish my nails myself I will not be returning.

I've gone to plenty of nail salons & this was by far the worst one I've EVER gone to. On top of that, these were my BIRTHDAY nails. I should've known to go somewhere I already knew I liked, but I went here out of the convenience of it being nearby and that was the biggest mistake. The quality of their acrylic nails & powder is cheap as fuck. The lady who did mine didn't even TRY to layer up on the nail polish. Most nail techs who do the type of nails I get go out of their way to take pictures of their work because they know they did a good job. This coulda been the cutest set and this lazy nail tech didn't even TRY. DON'T go here. They could give a shit about your birthday & their nail sets.

This place is an absolute gem! From the moment we walked in, the staff's warmth and professionalism created a welcoming atmosphere. The attention to detail during my wife's nail service was impeccable, and we were very impressed with the detail (see photo). The salon's very clean and they seem to be commitment to hygiene - which we really appreciate. I highly recommend Lee Nails for anyone seeking top-notch service and pampering. We will be coming back again! Request Le - she is amazing!

I've been going here for awhile but have stopped recently because the service has been getting less and less efficient. I feel like the do work super fast to get you out of there. I got a manicure by the new guy that's there and the tools barely even touched my nails. He was so rude I couldn't done a better job myself. I wanted gel and he put regular nail polish, at this point I didn't even want to bother saying anything I just wanted to go. Sadly I'll be going elsewhere from now on.

This year's Halloween nails! Lee does not disappoint-she always does my nails well. Friendly workers and overall good vibe, they even let me reschedule twice when I got called in to work. Will be my go to place always.

I really used to like this place owner friendly, but last time recently, my nails are a mess! i know i asked for a design but its very sloppy work and a chunk of uneven acrylic on side not even. I'm going to have pay to get my nails re-painted. My toes are just as bad polish on my skin, when the trimmed the corners are sharp had to file myself. I paid good money and asked several times that my nails wasn't what I wanted, and it didnt look like picture. If can't do design then tell customer i wouldnt of been mad or upset but now. I'm unhappy i sat over and over and paid for something so underwhelming and it gonna cost me more now

I came in here blindfolded as this was arándome spot i decided to come to after searching on Apple Maps. I just needed a place to get my nails done where they won't charge me an arm and a leg and that's in between my home and work. I was pleasantly surprised with today's experience. The technicians who worked on me (Mama Lee and Sun) treated me with a lot of respect and gentleness. I was also amazed at how the owner Lee speaks as much Spanish as she can to greet and get to know her customers and their needs. She is also extremely funny and takes the time to get to know you even though I wasn't her direct client today. I am also very observant of the cleanliness in salons and Lee's is actually above standard. I hadn't seen a nail salon this clean and tidy. Definitely looking forward to coming back in a couple of weeks.

I don't know if this is what ladies are used to, but the cuticles and edges look very messy to me.

Three initial visits were good, but since then quality has declined. I mostly go because of the location, but the last 2 manicures have been such a messy job. I ask for certain things to be fixed and it seems like the technician doesn't hear or chooses to ignore me. Quite frustrating.

I LOOOOOOVE this place. The energy, the employees, and the treatment. I'm from San Diego but I was in town visiting and decided to try a new place, I'm so happy I did! I didn't get my ladies name but they were all excellent anyway. The woman was so sweet and detail oriented. I got a regular spa manicure and pedicure and it looks and feels like gel. I loved it! My nails came out great, one was alittle messed up but they fixed it with out hesitation. I also took my one year old and they were very nice about it. I appreciate that. The price was very reasonable! I got a gel mani and a pedi it was $47 I believe. I've brought my daughter to get a mani for her 8th birthday it was $5! She loved it and was so happy with it! I have been going here on and off for over a year but I won't be going back. Yesterday I went for a pedicure and after awhile I was feeling uncomfortable. It seems like they have slacked off on their safety procedures at a time when the rates are really high. Lee did not take my temp or anyone that came after me. They were not wiping off the nail color books after each customer handled them. A couple young women came in with their kids who were running around, going from chair to chair, handling the color books. With COVID they should not allow customers with kids unless the girls are getting their nails done. They don't have plastic barriers at the spa chairs like other salons do. Plus the last that did my toes cut too close on my right big toe, which hurt and bled. She just kept dabbing it without saying sorry. When she was done I asked for a flower or leaf and she didn't want to do it, I think because there was someone else waiting. I was really disappointed in this salon. read more

I went there a couple weeks ago Overall I did not enjoy my experience there. Every one was kind but the lady that was helping me cut too deep in my cuticle and I started to bleed a little. I payed 90 for my nails and toes and I barely go out to treat myself but I'm not doing that again. read more

I've been coming here since they opened, everyone is very friendly. The atmosphere is welcoming . In my opinion they do an excellent job and pricing is reasonable. I do suggest booking an appointment I've seen them have to turn people down because they don't want you waiting forever. Also the employee who has bad reviews and complaints no longer works for them. read more

For a first time customer I can honestly say that I will be returning and I would recommend it to all my friends/family. Granted I don't go often to get manicures or pedicures but my experience at Lee Nails was excellent! My husband and I walked in and we were greeted with a warm welcome. Even though they were busy they accommodated us to soak our feet and sit in the massage chairs while we waited. They made us feel welcomed and even chatted and laughed with us. We both walked out of there feeling refreshed and pampered. Considering what our nails looked like before, I'd say the did an extraordinary job. It is a bit pricy but my experience was wonderful! read more

Very bad experience. I asked her to take off my acrylic nails and while doing so, she literally ripped off 2 of my actual nails. Then I asked for white nail polish and it was done HORRIBLY. My nails where not only horribly uneven and bumpy I asked for coffin tip seemed like this lady had never done coffin tip because she cut my nail and didn't even ask how or what shape I wanted, and the lady cut me off half ways to do another lady's nails. First time here. When I first searched for a good nail salon this one popped up with a 4.0. I thought wow that rating is hard to find especially in Escondido. So I went in and my first impression was great. Clean facility and warm introduction. However I told her I wanted a manicure with acrylics and so I sat down right away and then was told I never said acrylic, after being made fun of by them they then proceeded with my nails. During it was rough and then after she finished I noticed my nail was crooked. I will not be going back. First impressions are everything and this place did not leave a good one. read more

I came here because of the great reviews. I walked in an was greeted and told it would be about 15 min, I was ok with that. I was then asked to sit in a massage chair to wait, AWESOME! Once the lady started working on my toes (should have caught her name but you know with as much as she wanted to talk to me (not at all) idk when that would have happened) when she started to remove my polish I noticed a cut on my toe and asked her to be careful around it. She exclaims "I haven't even started cutting your nails" I said, I know, I didn't say it was your fault, I just asked you to be mindful of it. She must have hit the cut every single time she touched my left foot, and then proceed to AGAIN exclaim "you got that at home" I said "I know, I did not say you did it. I'm asking you not to touch it" then we move to my hands....she was not happy that I asked her to recut my cuticles, but she missed so much. Overall my nails are a 2/5 (thus the stars) and I will not return. She didn't listen to me when I asked her to keep the shape, and was annoyed when I was being picky. I'm sorry but I am paying for a service, I want it done right. None the less, the final straw was when she threw my debit card on the counter. I will NOT be back, and I would never recommend this shop to ANYONE. read more

So I had gotten a filling done and pedicure and well pedicure was painful the person doing my pedicure thought I had an ingrown nail and she kept trying to take it out when nothing was there and I am not being racist in anyway but she was limited to English I believe because she had people translate for her when she had to speak to customers or customer requesting something. But until the owner came into doing my pedicure for one toenail I told her it hurts that she's digging in and pulling and that when she told her to stop to this day my big toes still hurt. And for the filling I already have gotten 2 nails that fell off and the gel is just coming off the nails. read more

absolutely never coming here again. 3 out of my 10 nails have a green fungus on them. when the nail tech noticed it she was quick to say that it didn't come from their salon even though it's the only one i've been to and they put on my acrylics. she tired to buff it out and soaked it in acetone and sent me on my way. they are very disorganized, don't follow the appointment book and have not been following covid protocol. save your time, money, and nails and find a better salon. read more

She has tons of experience, and she's super flexible with scheduling. You can book a week ahead or just a few days out. Highly recommend her! She is not open on Sundays. It is dog friendly. If you lucky, her hypo allergenic dog Max, a shitszu will be there. And if your dog is small and friendly, they are welcome too!

My mom and I were looking for a place to go get our nails done a week before Valentines day. It had…read morebeen a while since Id gotten them done and with my mom moving down from the LA area, we've been searching for a place together. I sent my mom a list of places and the first option they were automatically rude due to us not having an appointment scheduled. This ended up being where we ended up and it couldnt have gone any better than it did. They greeted us warmly and although they were busy they told us to give them a few minutes and they'd be right with us. Not 5 minutes later were we getting our nails done. They offered us a drink while we wated. My mom opted for the green tea and I had a Mimosa. Tony treated my mom so well,she's been having an issue with one of her nails and he paid attention and made her hands look stunning. I had Mary and she was the sweetest. She did such an amazing job. We went back this weekend and this time around my mom was helped by Tony and Holly and I got Amy. This is an amazing place to go. They stay busy consistently because although we had an appointment mannn did they have clientele. They are always so sweet and pleasant. My mom and I will definitely be returning.

I was referred to Lee by a friend whose nails always look great, even if she's over due. I am SUPER picky and Lee did a fantastic job. She is so very friendly...they all are in there!
