Absolutely do not recommend. The man doing my nails was pulling from the "soil" box pictured and when I asked why he was using dirty tools he tried to tell me they were clean. How can you tell if tools are clean or dirty when they are going into a box labeled "soil"? When I requested him get properly disinfected tools he scrambled to finally find the cuticle trimmers in the blue package featured here. He continued to be defensive and assure me that they always sanitize their tools but made a mistake this time. I'm pregnant and fear the risk of infection. read more

I came in for a removal of an acrylic set I had gotten done for a vacation at another salon about 1.5 weeks prior; this was necessary as my work does not allow fake nails or polish of any kind. I did not have an appointment, so I was happy when they had space to fit me in. I did not have any issues immediately, the initial trimming and filing were fine. However, when it came time to soak off the acrylic, the nail tech instead began peeling it off with a plastic nail tip. I immediately questioned this, as I had gone out of my way to go to a salon specifically to avoid peeling the acrylic off because my nails are already very thin and brittle. The nail tech told me not to worry, and he was using this method of removal due to my nail type. He told me that my nails would be fine. He continued to peel off most of what he could, despite me having told him that I did not want him to. He then continued to the soak off portion of the service, as there were still some nails left that he did not peel. This confused me as we could have just started with the soak off to begin with, especially if he was still going to need to do it after peeling the nails off. The cherry on top of this whole experience was that the acetone and nail file he pulled out were dirty. The sink and trash can I used at the end of the service were dirty as well. By the end, I think he could tell that I was not happy because he kept trying to reassure me that my nails were okay. However, my right thumb still has some acrylic on it, and most of my nails are now extremely thin, dry, and visibly damaged as well as sensitive (I did not have this issue before). If I had wanted to peel off my nails I would have just done it myself at home; please reconsider going to this salon. read more

This nail salon will always text you the day before to remind you of your appointment. That's been a lifesaver a couple of times when I forgotten. Short, thin and square are my go to shape. They do my acrylic nails perfectly every time! Everyone there is super nice and it's a very clean and very well kept up salon. TERRIBLE SERVICE...we made an appointment and then weren't seen for 45 min after our appointment time. The front desk lady had a bad attitude and was just on her phone the whole time. I can't believe it, I've been coming here for TEN YEARS now! All previous reviews stand. I still go to Nancy, who remains the most awesome person ever. I've now started getting manicures as well as pedicures so learned that a gel manicure is so much more awesome to me than getting nails put on. I continue to be super happy with everything here and they got new pedicure chairs in the last year, so very nice. When you're there you can tell that MANY clients are regulars. I'm the quiet type that reads or listens with earbuds when I'm there, but the social ones clearly know everyone and everyone there knows them! Still highly recommend. read more

This was my go to for a few years but it's really gone down hill. Not as clean as it use to be, chairs for pedicure are completely flat now and it hurts to sit for the extended amount of time, and they dont bring in new nail colors anymore. The second to last time I went, the receptionist was high as a kite. Staff just said they already call their boss, kept recording her but didn't do anything as she walked out into the street. They were so distracted my nails come out bad. I went one last time for a pedicure but I wasn't happy with the quality so I'm looking for a new place. read more

I was a bit confuse for I didn't get a mani, the person attending me just started putting the acrylics and all. It was pretty fast. Not sure if it was because it was evening or what. It was a rushed job but they did decent. My nails lasted me for two weeks before falling. They were beautiful painted but not sure if this is what I was expecting for my first acrylic. I have my favorite nail tech I am almost able to schedule with, but when I can't, literally every nail tech that works there is amazing. I walked out holding back tears because my nails were ruined. Danny did my nails that day. The whole time I wanted to ask him to stop but couldn't find it in my heart to be rude. He used the drill to shape my real nails into a coffin shape and destroyed them. I knew I should have said something when he didn't grab the nail file. I have never in my life had my nails shaped so badly. The acrylic overlay he put on was so thick and he got it all over my fingers. The only thing good about my nails was the hand/arm massage at the end. It's been 3 days and my nails are already lifting. I usually have John or Trinity do my nails but they weren't working that day. I hate to leave a bad review because I typically love this salon. Stephanie is great and it's so close to my house. Went into this place with high hopes! Maybe that was my mistake. Heard lots of good reviews from friends and coworkers. Went in and there was very friendly staff! Short 15 minute wait to be seated for a gel pedicure. Prices were great compared to other nail salons I tried but I would much rather pay more to never have to go through what I went through after a pedicure here. The lady doing my pedicure dug into my cuticles and dug into ingrown nails (that i didn't even know I had because they weren't bothersome) to the point where i was audibly saying "ouch! that hurts!" to which the lady doing my pedicure laughed at and kept going. The next morning I woke up with a bright red swollen toe. It was difficult to walk for days and ended up having to be treated with antibiotics and lots of draining. I'm not sure if it's a lack of cleanliness, bad luck, or maybe even both. I was told by so many people to go back and ask for a refund but I just didn't have it in me to do so and wanted the pain to be over and done with. It's safe to say despite loving the prices, I will never be going back. read more
