The nurses are super nice (especially Krysten!!), the clinic is very clean & the results are worth your money. Usually I have nothing bad to say, except I tried to call them through phone to reschedule my appointment in which I spoke with Nicole at this Escondido location who came off very rude, sarcastic and standoffish. I usually have a full body session in which it came to my attention that they are no longer allowed to do this. Usually I do up upper body and then they let the machine cool down for a bit and then do lower. If this is an issue then I don't understand why my last 6 sessions has been scheduled like this. I totally understand Nicole if you can't do this, and I don't want you to get in trouble but the customer service and sarcasm is completely unprofessional and makes me not want to come back as a loyal customer.

This is both The Acne Spot and Taylor'd Skin Studio, with everything sharing one lobby. It's very relaxing in all areas including the lobby and the facial rooms. I ended up getting the membership that included one custom facial among other things like the red light therapy. The lobby is where the Glow Your Own Way red light therapy stations are and it's just as relaxing as inside the rooms. The lot for this plaza is fairly large so Ive also never had issues with parking! Highly recommend if you're looking to improve your skin!
