I don't normally post reviews but I have to say something about our experience at this place. I called about 20 minutes before arriving for a pedicure and a removal of Gel X nails with regular manicure. They took us in right away. Part of the attraction to this place is the pictures of an amazing artist "Andy". Well, I hate to dissapoint everyone, but false advertisement because this person not only doesn't work here, he has his own salon and product line, and has no relation to this salon. Maybe he worked here at some point in his career? Who knows... See for yourself on his Instagram. They stole his photos and hope they get copyrighted for this. It's illegal! Anyway- About the services- We walked in and one of the ladies who worked there was sleeping with her bare feet in one of the foot baths. Unsanitary. They removed my daughters Gel X nails with another fake nail tip, no soaking or drilling. After pulling her hand away in pain, she told them they were not acrylic, and that they were Gel X. They still proceeded to try to peel them off, almost ripping her actual nails off. They also happened to cut into her skin and made her bleed, then asked what polish she wanted. Obviously painful, my daughter refused to go forward. They still insisted to charge us full price for the obviously incomplete service, no polish, and leftover residue on her nails from the previous nails she had just had removed... I had a different lady for the pedicure- She had terrible customer service. All the employees had attitudes and were rude. I asked the lady to remove my hang nail and she repeated what I said then completely ignored my request. For the massage portion she basically tickled my feet and legs. She then slapped the nail polish on, and it looked very messy (not waiting for each coat to dry before applying the next coat). After three coats and one clear coat later.. I kindly asked for her to remove the excess polish from my skin and she gave me the dirtiest look, rolled her eyes and then passive aggressively wiped off a little polish and said Thank you! She then walked away and never returned. Wow, thank you, we felt really welcome in your establishment! Another thing, this place didn't have AC running. Have you seen nail polish dry in a hot & humid room? Me either. We couldn't get out of there fast enough to write this review. Save your money and time... You are in the service industry, at least make people feel welcome. They hardly did the bare minimum. I still tipped $8 dollars for the $62 dollars in "services" read more

Andy has been one of the most amazing nail techs I've met. I have a crooked nail and for the first time ever my nail looks straight. I been too many nails salons and they would follow the direction of my nail when they were supposed to follow my finger. He is just so amazing at what he does and his customer service is on point. As he is doing his work he educates you on what he is doing and why he is doing it. I am definitely going back and challenge him with a difficult design as he asked me to do. read more

I am so sad that I have to leave this review. But the damage on my nails is really bad, and I feel like I need to express this. I went in and got a gel manicure and pedicure less than a week ago. The pedicure was wonderful, and the lady that did it did a phenomenal job. However, the gentleman that did my gel manicure did not. He did gel nails in a way I've never seen anyone do it before. But I didn't say anything, because I thought that he knew what was best. He ended up doing the incorrect shape of the nail shape I wanted. But I didn't want any more length to be taken off, so I just let it go. However, as the days have passed, I've noticed small rips in all of my nails. I've always had long, natural nails... however, I've never had all of them rip like this. And I am never super rough with my hands or my nails. So I just felt I needed to express that this was the worst gel manicure I've ever gotten. And I've never had my nails, especially all of them start to rip off. I'm really sad, because I've been to this place before, and I've had no issues. However, for spending over $100 after tip, just to have my nails rip off...Is something that is just not ok. Got a gel manicure and not at all impressed. Many of the reviews talk about Trish being amazing, so maybe I didn't get a good person. The man seemed to rush, not cleaning my nails well. And then he did 6 coats of gel (including base and top coat)! I don't get my nails done enough to know if that is normal, but it makes my nails look thick. He also completely missed a part of my nail bed and was uneven on another nail (pictures included). To top it off, it was $31! More than double the price of their regular manicure. If I ever go here again, I will make sure to ask for Trish and not get a gel manicure. Very disappointed read more

In pouring rain we decided to leave the mall to go to Rancho Nails. I yelped, and saw they had good reviews. I always check to make sure. The last thing I need is a horrible pedicure! Kelly agreed! We arrived and there were two chairs left, prefect! We choose our pedicure colors and got seated. Hot water foot baths were already waiting for us! It was actually a bit too hot, but I loved it! It's never warm enough! I chose the basic pedicure, only $22. Not bad pricing. This is only the second time I had a guy work on me. Bill was pretty good! He was meticulous and listened to what I had wanted. I had brought like 10 colors to test out and he put them all on to help me choose exactly what I wanted. I decided on pearl white with a silver blue glitter top coat. Turned out great! No waiting, no fuss, no extra selling. They accept cash and credit cards. Great service! read more
