They offered us drinks and refreshments and were very friendly throughout our service. I got two toned pink gel mani with glitter shimmer by Keilly. Her attention to detail and design suggestions made my short nails look cute and long. My husband got his eyebrows waxed and a classic pedicure. It was his first time getting his eyebrow waxed and did not feel pain or discomfort. Quynh also shaped his brows so that they framed his face. This new place is great! I made an appointment so I was seated immediately and greeted with a bottled water and a glass of champagne. I got gel x and a spa pedicure. The narrow coffin shape they did is gorgeous! Other places won't take the time to get it this narrow and pretty. They really took their time and didn't cut corners. They also offer hair services, waxing, and eyelash extensions. I made an appointment for a haircut and color next week! HIGHLY RECOMMEND! read more

This 1 star isn't for the shop it's for one individual only and hopefully noone experiences what I have experianced kitty rodrigo The "hair stylist " is the worst hair tech I've ever put my trust in i asked for the hair color balayage red blonde and brown and I got left with an orange no highlights and when he said he would fix he cancelled one appoit one week after he did his unfinished work and the following appoit he never showed up. This our the pics of before after and present of how my hair looks. And on top of him now showing up he didn't want to give me the half refund or my tip I gave him in advance with that being said he got offended and called me names I find it very unproffesional and rude hope noone experiences this with him .. he charged 200 I paid 240 total with tip and got back only 100not even from him from my lash tech on his behalf.. read more

Ann, I'm disappointed that you responded considering you weren't there when I arrived and never saw them prior to the work being done. My original set was on my natural nails and long. I never wanted them cut to medium length and now I have to wait for them to grow out again. I also asked for square and he rounded them out instead. Torn on stars. One of the best massages on a pedi I've ever gotten. HOWEVER, the hidden fees that kept popping were astronomical! I came for a simple pedi, no gel, and needed to be out fast. It started with "you need callus removal $7", then you need $55 pedi, $5 to take off polish. My $40 pedi landed to $73 because "he knocked off $5 off" the gel polish, but he charged me $5 to take off the gel polish that was mostly gone," Watch for hidden fees!! read more

I found Quinn on Instagram and booked an appointment with her couple weeks ago for my Holiday inspired nails. Quinn is super talented, and I loved the nail designs she gave me. Super happy with my nails, and I got so many compliments. The whole process was quick, and I never felt rush when I was there. The salon was super clean, warm, and all the staff were amazing. Shout out to Kitty for being such a sweet, friendly, kind soul. He also gave me a wonderful hairs care and scalp massage (eventho I didn't book an appointnent with him) after my nails appointment. Will definitely come back to see Quinn for my lashes next time, and Kitty for my new hair cut. What a hidden gem! The place is nice and clean and also very cozy with all the warm welcomes from everyone. The moment you walk in they offer drinks and a place to sit comfortably if you need to wait a bit. I got the gel manicure and Quinn took great care to shape them how I wanted and cleaned my cuticles (usually scared to do this but she made it such a great experience!) Also got my lash lift while I was at it and it took about 45 minutes which was super fast but no quality lost :) A big shoutout to Kitty who took care of my haircut and gave me a nice head massage as well. I just happened to find this place while searching other services and decided to book an appt for a lash lift & tint and gel manicure. It's always a bit nerve racking going to a new place for services because I don't what to expect, but I'm so happy I did. The second I walked in I was greeted with a smile and taken care of immediately. I started w/ lashes and had my manicure right after. Both owners provided both services and I couldn't be happier. The attention to detail coupled w/ great customer service is why I'll keep going back. The hairstylist (I believe named Kitty??) also brought me water and chocolate and said hello, even though they had a client in their chair and I wasn't even getting a hair service.
