I was left completely gooey and needed to wash my face, neck, and shoulders when I got home. A hot towel wipe down would've been nice. I agree with another reviewer that this is not a relaxing facial. Sabine is witty and funny but will talk the entire time about how great she is at waxing, skincare, etc. It was slightly offputting. I am absolutely furious with my eyebrow wax. I declined multiple times because I prefer to do my own. She insisted she would not change the shape and would just clean up. My eyebrows are completely ruined. She overly thinned them, shortened them, they're different lengths from the center, reduced my arch, and have completely different angles. After crying most of yesterday because it's my face, I'm just livid every time I look in the mirror. I'm mostly angry at myself for letting her pressure me. I'm just hoping that they grow back nicely and not patchy so I can fix them. Now, I have to deal with months of the awkward growing out phase if they grow back properly with any luck.

But honestly, it turned out to be fantastic and one of the best experiences I've ever had. Ling started with a scalp analysis to check the condition of my scalp before and after the treatment, and the improvement was amazing. I chose the stress head spa treatment, and it was incredibly detailed and deeply relaxing. Joann performed my service, and she was absolutely wonderful--my scalp felt fresh and my hair felt so smooth afterward, and the tonics and products she used smelled incredible and felt even better. Beyond the scalp treatment, she also included a neck and back massage along with some stretching, which was far more than I expected. My mom had a facial with Lily, and we both also got massages from Ling--she was absolutely thrilled with her experience. I can't wait to book my next session. The environment was peaceful, clean, and welcoming. The service was immaculate, and their equipment is modern and top-of-the-line. If you're looking for a truly relaxing and high-quality experience, this is definitely the place to go!

I have been a customer for years, have had several sessions and have always had a great experience. The nurses are super nice (especially Krysten!!), the clinic is very clean & the results are worth your money. Usually I have nothing bad to say, except I tried to call them through phone to reschedule my appointment in which I spoke with Nicole at this Escondido location who came off very rude, sarcastic and standoffish. I usually have a full body session in which it came to my attention that they are no longer allowed to do this. Usually I do up upper body and then they let the machine cool down for a bit and then do lower. If this is an issue then I don't understand why my last 6 sessions has been scheduled like this. I totally understand Nicole if you can't do this, and I don't want you to get in trouble but the customer service and sarcasm is completely unprofessional and makes me not want to come back as a loyal customer.
