I had to stop coming here. My eyebrows are really thin as it is but I always wanted them "cleaned up" for when I wear makeup. Brow tech was professional and saw me promptly. The shop is spacious and clean. They also have a loyalty program which is great. The reason to take away two stars is that multiple times, she has pulled patches out of my eyebrow. So I'm bald in one spot. Like literally my eyebrow stops and begins again about a 1/2 centimeter over. One time I thought it was just an accident but she did it again the second time. The other thing is that she holds the thread in her mouth which I have seen other techs do, I just feel like with covid still going on and everything there's gotta be a better way to hold her thread than in her mouth. I have been coming here for years and they always do a great job. However, there is a new lady that works here now and she messed up my eyebrows. I have been growing my eyebrows out for so long to get them correctly shaped and today she cut off the tail of my eyebrows, shaped them in a straight line with no curve at all, and made them uneven. I've been coming here for a long time, and the new person who started working here messed up my brows. She use to work in escondido in glamour brows and I stopped going there because of her and now she works in san marcos she took off so much hair from the middle of my brows now I have a big gap and they look way to spaced out. I'm not going to lie. I went there hoping to get my eyebrows done nicely and the lady that did them made my eyebrows really thin and messed them up. Not only that, but when I was going to pay she took the $10 bill from me and did not even give me my change back. I knew I should have said something but she kissed up to me and assumed I was going to leave her a tip. I am much younger than her but I would never treat any of my customers like that. I am writing this review as a disclaimer to those who are more careful with the current pandemic. She does not enforce mask wearing, does not wear one, and uses her mouth still for the threading. She did very well. When we got there it was a little packed, people waiting. Initially I thought "I'll be here forever" but, to my surprise she was very quick. If you love the 90's thin uneven eyebrows look, this place is for you. I had my brows "cleaned up" tonight and she took out patches of hair and now they are completely uneven. She even took my natural arch out and made them flat. One side is 1/4 of an inch off and the shape is terrible.I had to go buy a makeup and growth serum because they are so thin and patchy. So if you love the 90's over-plucked, probably not going to grow back for decades look, book that appointment now. If you like some fullness and a more natural brow, go elsewhere. read more

My daughters and I are visiting SD from LA. We searched Yelp for threading and this location had the best pictures of nicely shaped eyebrows, thick/natural with an arch. This studio did not disappoint! Jass was skilled and shaped our eyebrows beautifully, exactly the shape we wanted. We will definitely come back next time we're in town. read more

Good place to get eyebrows done staff wears a mask and also with very reasonable price around the area.

Price was inexpensive compared to other places in area. Place was not busy. Job done well. My only issue is that she did not put on her mask while doing my eyebrows and still was using her mouth to hold the thread. Did not seem sanitary for our current situation. read more

Out of all threading places, this was the best. Least painful, went fast and my eyebrows came our super even.
