During my eyebrow appointment, the eyebrow technician repeatedly brought up controversial topics that felt completely unnecessary and inappropriate for a customer service setting. What made it worse was the way she spoke to me, making comments like "you're too young to know about history" and talking down to me in a dismissive way. It was a truly disgusting experience and I was at a loss of words when it was happening. Regardless of personal opinions, professionalism and respect should always come first. One of the worst experiences I've encountered the lady with glasses is extremely rude! as I came in I wrote my name down before I sat down, she proceeded to ask me where I wrote my name down and got bothered that I wrote my name on the back of the sheet even though the front of the sheet was full, as I left she proceeded to tell me " Next time make sure you write behind the sheet " with an attitude how was I supposed to know? she should not be working somewhere she does not enjoy. read more

My arch was completely taken off . I've never had someone go in on the top of the brow usually it's just under the brow . Not this time . She took one arch off and left the other . It's so bad I have to figure out a way to fix this or use makeup everyday which I don't normally do. read more

Mind you I rarely come here but when I do it's always the same lady, I went to get my chin threaded and I called to ask how much it was they said $10 so I went and asked in person the lady looks at me & was like oh you are gonna be $16 I was like why... she goes you don't have normal hair so yours is extra.. Just left there and this lady screwed up my eye brows, left a patch missing. She tried to justify her screw up by trying to sell me micro blading. I don't know her name but I had her once before and she didn't do a good job. I'm a regular here and the other ladies always do a great job. I will never come back on a Monday if she's there. I'm pissed! She needs to be dismissed! And on top of that, she tried to tell me an arch couldn't be done when it's been done before, all because she doesn't know how. I've been looking for a place close to home (Escondido) with a good reputation and also beauticians who are flexible to customer requests. Glamour Brow did not disappoint! It's a pretty popular salon, so there is usually a wait -- especially on the weekends. But management is excellent, and the beauticians are efficient. I had Ms. Shohreh do my eyebrows. I usually prefer them a bit thicker but clean. She did an amazing job following my requests. Normally, I also have a problem with my eyebrows scarring after a threading session (my eyebrow hair is quite thick) but not a scratch after she was done! Keep in mind that they only take cash or debit, and if your card has a chip, you cannot tip from your card. Overall, the atmosphere is pretty friendly and welcoming while services are affordable. I cannot recommend them enough. read more
