I went to this nail salon to get my nails fixed. My nails were in bad shape after a destination wedding. The nail technician I got was great. She was understanding and was able to find the best way to help me. She took off my acrylic nails (the ones I had left) and proceeded to work her magic. So happy I found Dazzle Nails after a few years of searching for my new "go to salon" after my nail tech I had been seeing for 15+ years moved. Annie did a full set and they are ABSOLUTELY PERFECT! She made sure throughout the whole appointment I was happy with the shape, color & design. Dazzle Nails has soo many beautiful acrylic powder colors and that's hard to find at salons nowadays. I prefer the colored powder over gel as I feel it looks prettier and lasts longer. Very attentive to detail and making sure every nail is perfect!!! Zero stars. Made an appointment at three with Ann. She was running late so I was passed to someone else. I was there for two hours for a fill. The location is littered with homeless and high individuals. Three kids running around in the salon the whole time. Don't go to this salon if you don't want to wait for under service and being stopped by gross people on the way in or out. read more

Both Crystal and Annie are true professionals and very sweet and more than accommodating. I have been going to the same person for my nails for 18 years, however we retired and moved to Valley Center and it's just too far from our current home. I barely squeezed by their closing time and both Crystal and Annie put me at ease. They were both patient and helpful in getting me ready for a big James Bond theme surprise birthday party. They did a wonderful job and I enjoyed their personalities too. I'm thrilled to have finally found a new Nail Salon closer to home. You won't be disappointed by these wonderful woman. I wasn't going to write a review on this place because I like them sooooo much, I'm afraid the more people know the harder it will be to get an appointment. How selfish of me. They are really good and make you feel comfortable. They do a great job. They are the owners and care about their customers. I have tried so many places and finally found my one and only favorite nail place. The name has changed to Bonitas Nails but make sure you go to the right Bonita's because I think there are a few with same name. The business card name says Bonitas Nails. other has same name. So glad this place opened up this year. I've been consistently getting my nails done for 4+ years now and this was my best experience yet. I've been to many different nail salons across north county San Diego, some good some bad, but I've finally found my place and will be back here monthly. My nails are exactly what I wanted and the attention to detail was like none other. The two ladies working here were so nice and pleasant to be around, while also doing the best nails. I thought I found the perfect nail technicians with Annie & Crystal. But that sadly changed for me yesterday. I've been coming to them for about a year now .I don't hop around with my nail techs I stay loyal to them because I have ocd and I take pride in my nails. I'm a Marine wife and we always refer other wives to places we like. Also just word of mouth. they would stay late for us and my husband would always tip them $25 dollars each i would spend $160 each time. I called yesterday morning around 10:45 for a fill in because haven't been there since June 10th and these nails were for my one year wedding anniversary. Normally I always do a fresh set with a bling design and a pedicure with gel. My husband also gets a pedicure. I made the appointment for 4:15pm .I came in at 4:00pm was so excited to have them put another bling design on me. I walked in told them I needed a polish changed on my toes and a fill in . Started looking at designs there were two new people working there and so the guy started doing my toes and it was rough. didn't think anything about it at the time. then I had my husband come in to help me pick a design like he always does.They saw my husband and said I didn't know you were here too . I laughed. it was almost 4:15pm at this point and they were still working on the other clients nails. they asked what kind of design I wanted this time. I said something with bling. then they told me they were busy. I said I could come back feeling a little anxious because I have really bad anxiety and ptsd. Then she asked if this new guy could do them. I was like no . He already made my toes sore . I didn't want him touching my nails. I didn't come all the way from Vista to have some other guy do them. I paid for my toes and left and I told them I would just go somewhere else . It really hurt my feelings being so loyal to them spending so much money and getting my nails done for special events, and they could do that to me. I've had nail techs in the past make room for me because I was a good customer and once you have a good nail tech you just stick with them. Even when they were super busy. I thought they would do that for me or make another appointment for me when they had time. Just something for all the trouble. I was so upset I wasted time to drive all the way out there and having a military husband it's very rare that he has the weekends off. They do really good nails the best work I've had here. But Zero stars for the lack of good customer service and communication. Hopefully they can work on this and if this happens again to another customer they have a better way of resolving the problem. For me if they would have just said from the get go can we put you down for tomorrow or another day. I would have totally taken them up on it . That's how you deal with a business and on going customer clientele. You treat people how you would want to be treated. read more

This shop is the truth. A Mom at my son's daycare recommended this shop and they were able to get me in the same day I called. I'd had an old set on and the lifting caused my natural nail to break. Crystal saved my natural nail and was able to give me a brand new set. read more
