I have never been treated so poorly by a business in my life. The owner, Lin, screamed at me so aggressively I left the salon in tears. Completely unacceptable. Every time I've come here, the service has been rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. Lin is shockingly money-hungry and couldn't care less about customer satisfaction. A nail broke just days after getting them done (because of how poorly they were applied), and when I called, she told me to "come in anytime." But when I did, she claimed it had been two weeks, accused me of lying, and tried to charge me $10 to fix it. She takes zero responsibility for their work. To make things worse, even if you make an appointment, you'll likely be stuck waiting 20-30 minutes before they even start. There's no respect for your time, either. She gaslights, deflects blame, and treats paying clients with no respect. I was even accused of stealing for not wanting to pay for their mistake. Avoid this place at all costs unless you want to be yelled at, blamed, and treated like an inconvenience. Unprofessional and completely unacceptable. read more

I got an Acrylic Nail Removal and Gel Manicure. Usually when I get by Acrylics removed, my nails are soaked in liquid then scrubbed off. When I came here, the acrylic was first ripped off my nail. It really hurt :( The other nail tech was on the phone for a majority of the time which was a little frustrating. The environment was not as relaxing as I hoped. My go to nail salon was booked, so I decided to try Bernardo Nails. I was happy with my experience! Let me start off by saying, I don't need someone to pamper or chat with me. I appreciate they are working efficiently to get their clients in and out. I prefer to work on my phone or laptop while I get my pedicure done. My pedicure was complete within 30 minutes but my technician was thorough with cleaning my cuticles, giving me a mini massage, scrubbing the bottom of my feet, and painting my nails. The best part was my nail polish has lasted for over 2 weeks! Their prices are also reasonable ($23 for a basic pedicure) and someone always picks up to schedule appointments. For the quality and efficiency, I highly recommend this place and will be coming back again soon! read more

To be honest I don't get my nails done often and I appreciate how much patience the nail tech had with me and how much I wanted to change everything. I didn't like my manicure and she re-did it completely for me! My toes turned out beautiful as well on the first try. The manicure the second time around still wasn't exactly what I wanted but I appreciate her effort, time, and kindness. My only complaint outside of not getting **exactly** what I was looking for would be that I was sent home with messy fingers. I paid $95 total for a new set and pedicure - I was too ashamed to speak up which is my fault, but the photos don't do it justice. I got a full new acrylic set and asked for the ombré nails. She knew exactly what I wanted and I wanted them a certain length. But this is what I ended up with - I paid and left, and am on my way to a different salon to get them completely redone but I want to cry looking at them. They're way too short for my liking, the shape and color are completely off, and they left my crusty with cuts on my fingers from the nail file. I won't be coming back. read more

Walked in and had a fabulous experience! Kimberly helped me choose the nail color and suggested the snowman and snowflake design for Christmas . She did both of these by hand. She is amazingly talented to do this by hand. She even added the crystal for that extra touch. She was so skilled, helpful and kind. We will definitely be back! The price was very reasonable too and no appointment needed. I had the deluxe manicure. It came with lots of wonderful things. The excess nail polish was left all around the skin. The lady who did it barely touched each toe and only cut cuticles on my big ones. The entire time i was in the chair during my pedicure, she was trying to upsell me other services to "improve" my pedicure experience, like a foot scrub, some gel mask for your feet and so on. After a couple months, I decided to come back and had a less than satisfactory experience. I came in to the nail salon at 1:25 & asked for a gel acrylic fill & a basic pedicure. When I say that the pedicure was fast, I mean fast. The whole thing lasted less than 15 minutes. I asked her to put a couple rhinestones on, and later, i realized that she didnt even use the same amount of rhinestones on each foot....? Then Ivy did my nails.
