She didn't really give me what I wanted so to say, and on top of that, they were just a bunch of bumps and ridges all over and she didn't file them down I had mentioned to her she can reapply or at least file it down and she said that she did and I saw her try to do that at least, but it seemed like she was a bit new so to say just from looking at her work. Overall experience for me was horrible but if you are looking for someone who does know how to do nails and is really good with designs and shaping definitely ask for Amy. my sister ended up booking with Amy and she did a terrific job as you can see her nails getting done by her ( red sleeves).

When removing my old gel, she relied heavily on an e-file and went far too close to my natural nails, despite me specifically asking her not to. That request was ignored. Additionally, my cuticles were never properly addressed before the gel application. When I pointed this out, I was told that the product she was using works "backwards" and that cuticles could be handled after applying hard gel, which does not align with standard nail prep and felt dismissive. The service overall felt rushed and incomplete--no finishing care like a massage was provided. Between the poor technique, lack of communication, and disregard for my requests, I will not be returning and would not recommend this salon.

First, the positives, I was able to make an appointment the day before, and was seen a few minutes after my appointment time. The color options are phenomenal and there's a lot to choose from. Unfortunately, my nails did not look great after my service. They were uneven and had multiple, small air bubbles throughout. Immediately after my service I was asked by a friend if I had done my nail's myself. For $65, I would prefer my nails to look professionally done. Particularly jarring, as my service ended I lifted up my arm to see a toenail sized finger nail belonging to someone else attached and embedded into my forearm. One, it's pretty gross to have another persons nail stuck to you for an hour, and two, it genuinely made me question the sanitation in place. This was not a small nail, and a quick wipe down between customers would have taken care of the issue-- so what other corners are being cut? Within a few days each nail had chipped at the tips, with my pointer finger having a small corner of the nail itself come off completely. I left for a vacation the day after my service and did receive a text a few days after (unprompted) letting me know I was still within my 7 days policy of getting the nails fixed, but at that point I was out of the country. I'm not sure if this is just an industry standard in 2026, but there isn't really a "manicure" aspect here either-- no cuticle care, or real foundational nail care before or after applying polish. Just a very rough removal of the previous layers and a new coat of hard gel/polish. For the price, I would have liked to receive a fundamental manicure prior to polish. But, on this point, I will do my due diligence to inquire what's included in the service before booking future nail appointments elsewhere. My final point of contention is that my nail tech inquired about my personal life (totally fine, and encouraged! I love to chat), but then made an unwarranted and rude comment in response to my answer. I hesitated to include this part of my review because sometimes misunderstandings happen--but it didn't really feel like a conversation and more like a size up of a stranger that left me feeling uncomfortable. I don't typically leave reviews, unless I can support and encourage a small business, but between the stray nail, the conversation, and the longevity/quality of the work done, this moment has been sitting on my mind in the almost two weeks since my appointment.

However, the person who did my toes cut me twice on my left foot. And for some reason, she kept going back to that foot when I did the highest options for pedicure treatment. So on my left foot, the toe on the left side directly next to my big toe, had a cut and was irritated. I'm not going to lie. It's still healing and it's already been a week. My nails look really pretty but I think that lady was new and I also think I was overcharged because I paid $190. Normally I don't like to talk about other people's experiences, but they did my friends nails very odd, she was unhappy and told them so they just told her she could change it or take them off so she asked to take it off. She had to pay for her nails and also pay to take them off. For some reason they gave her a $20 off coupon for next time but that doesn't make sense if someone didn't have a good experience the first time why would they have to trust you a second time?
