I wanted and got frustrated and then handed me off to Anne who did an effy job. I told the Insta picture and what it is I wanted. She didn't really give me what I wanted so to say, and on top of that, they were just a bunch of bumps and ridges all over and she didn't file them down I had mentioned to her she can reapply or at least file it down and she said that she did and I saw her try to do that at least, but it seemed like she was a bit new so to say just from looking at her work. Overall experience for me was horrible but if you are looking for someone who does know how to do nails and is really good with designs and shaping definitely ask for Amy. my sister ended up booking with Amy and she did a terrific job as you can see her nails getting done by her ( red sleeves).

Then she tells me her and that other person don't see other coworkers clients..... um ok ..Which was obviously bullshit then she comes out to say that people there are scared to do my nails because I am "so picky" first off only two people in that salon have really ever done my nails.. second off we pay a lot of money to get our nails so yes they need to be painted right and they need to be shaped right but I don't Evan consider myself as picky as others I've encountered. The fact that she said it loud at a busy time.. was completely unprofessional. Last time I checked I pay for the services. Also if I told my patients I can't see you because you are too picky? Omg what kind of business would I be running? Another girl heard what was going on and offered to do my nails and she did an amazing job and I am so thankful. I am extremely disappointed in that interaction. So what can improve? Don't talk to a client in that tone or manner. Also don't bullshit me just say you don't want to do my nails ... and that is fine I wouldn't want a person like you doing my nails anyways.

When we arrived, the salon was completely empty, which in hindsight should have been a warning sign. During my pedicure, the older male nail technician with shoulder-length hair was rude, dismissive, and at one point actually raised his voice at me. To make matters worse, he and another female technician spent part of my appointment openly arguing with each other about how much to charge me for repairing a cracked nail. *NOTE* One specific detail I do want to point out that I feel is extremely important for health and safety is that halfway through my pedicure process the female technician working on me swapped with the male technician (assuming he is the one that does nail designs) and he did NOT change his gloves AND used the same tools as he was using on my partner on me. What started as a basic $32 pedicure somehow turned into a discussion about charging me $57 for a single acrylic repair on one toe. The situation became so uncomfortable and unprofessional that I chose not to complete the service. I left without polish or a finished pedicure and only had my previous pedicure removed. When I calmly expressed that I was unhappy with the experience, the male technician raised his voice again and began directing all communication to my partner instead of speaking to me directly, which I found incredibly disrespectful. As a final concern, their POS system was reportedly down, and they asked us to text them our full credit card number so they could process the payment later. That is not a payment method I am comfortable with and seemed highly inappropriate. Overall, the customer service was poor, the communication was unprofessional, and the entire experience left a very negative impression. I would not return and cannot recommend this salon based on how we were treated.

Well this little business took me in, had me wait but not very long (in late Friday even!) and I had 3 techs start the process as the other two had appointments & the last one just finished up. He was very attentive, good at details, friendly & funny-I didn't get the young man's name but I would recommend him and I will come back here when I'm in the area which is frequent. I really liked my nails they look like they might last a few weeks.

I was looking to try gel x but after talking with Tiffany she recommend hard gel to keep my regular nail and build from there. It was perfect because I didn't need the additional length. I typically do square but a nail had broken and she asked if it would be okay to reshape. I'm so happy that we did that. This shape feels more natural than the square. I also saw the artwork she had up at her station and asked if she could do a Valentine's design. I think she did a great job and I would be happy to come in again! I had another shop I was loyal to but the quality had been declining and I decided to try out AO Nails. I'm so happy that I decided to give this shop a try. I've found my new go to nail spot. This place is clean, bright and airy and the decor is too cute. Definitely check them out for quality nail care.

They were comfy but I didn't leave it on for too long as I was afraid to fall asleep. Nyny did my nails and she was so sweet! She made sure along the way that everything came out as I wanted it to. The only caveat is it's super expensive (around $150) though it's fine if it's done once in a blue moon. Long gone are the days of $20 manicures...
