    Beware, this place is going downhill fast. One of the worst service experiences I have ever had in…read moremy life- go to a real place like ESK Golf Carts which is nearby. Sent them my golf cart to fix the wiring, and passed by the shop after they told me the wiring was done. To my surprise, the work was not completed/tested when I arrived (look at the images, loose trim pieces and disconnected battieries- im sure they will come up with some excuse as to why they did that). They refused to test the cart with their own test batteries to make sure the wiring was correct, and went back the following week to deliver a new one for THEM. However, when I came back the second time they seemed to be more focused on running up a $300 repair into almost $2,500- starting with about $450 in labor I did not approve or see perfomed, selling me of their own batteries for over $1,000, and another $800 for a controller which they said was "could" be damaged but refused to confirm if it was. By the way, I supplied a secondary controller, but didn't bother testing the controller I provided (I wonder why). Seems like the typical mechanic shop scam, they quote you one thing and then try to run up a huge tab while unable to prove the work was succesfully completed. Stay away!

    review of o could a negative star I would DO NOT Buy a golf…read morecart from these people we purchased a rookie series cart brand new in September of 2024 we have less then an hour on it , it has been setting in garage broke down Steve from cart nation in Jacksonville fl was absolutely no help after he hyped up the warranty and service department for it .when you contact him he gives you the run around there service department guy will text then stop responding first they said it was the pedal sent a pedal for Us to install wasn't that then they said it was the batteries we had to pay Someone to test them wasn't that then they sent us a used motor that was already blown up for us to fix it our self that was after we had to contact the Daytona store because he wouldn't answer us or call us back and. They had to contact him then he says he's sending another used motor and we have yet to get it or hear from him it's total junk we paid over 8 grand for it to work less then an hour they are rip offs and take advantage of people make sure you read the contract they only replace with used parts and you have to fix it they don't send anyone to fix it or have you bring it anywhere it is a shame we can't get no one to help us after spending our savings on a cart we can't use

We bought it the day before Christmas Eve and delivery came the following Monday! We are impressed from start to finish! From sales with Juan to delivery and our driver showed us everything and had us do a test drive before he left. We are thrilled with our Maverick and the outstanding service with no pressure sales! We truly couldn't be happier. What a beautiful cart with everything you want and need. No more bulky charger too!     Just a heads up for anyone shopping for a golf cart…read more.. On 04/03/2026, my family and I visited Matt's Custom Carts to look into purchasing a golf cart. We were interested in a Kandi model priced at $11,995. Because it was near closing on Good Friday, we didn't test drive it because we wanted the staff to be able to go home to their families. Juan (Sales Manager) helped us and was kind, professional, and genuinely seemed to be doing his best. The next morning (04/04/2026), while comparing prices, we found the exact same cart listed on Facebook Marketplace by their Store Manager (Sun) for $10,995. I messaged Sun directly and explicitly confirmed that the Kandi shown was $10,995 and he responded "YES." We went back to the dealership within the hour, test drove the SAME cart from the listing, and showed Juan the messages. Even Juan seemed surprised and said he wasn't confident the price would be honored but he would speak with Sun. Unfortunately, that's exactly what happened. Sun completely walked back what he had just confirmed that morning. He claimed: -The deal had ended weeks ago -He "wasn't reading" the messages because he was multitasking -There was nothing he could do to honor the $10,995 price This is despite clear written confirmation and an active listing showing that exact price. To make matters worse, he deleted the Marketplace listing on the spot rather than honoring it. He offered a small discount ($400-$500 in add-ons), which did not come close to addressing the situation. This wasn't about negotiating; it was about honoring a clearly confirmed price from just an hour prior. We left extremely frustrated, with our kids in tears after getting excited about what was supposed to be a fun family purchase. Juan walked us out and was visibly frustrated as well; he truly seemed caught in the middle of poor management decisions. Only after we left did things escalate further: -Multiple missed calls -A Voicemail -Text messages -Facebook messages Suddenly, they were willing to honor the original $10,995 price but "for today only." At that point, the damage was done. This entire experience showed: -A lack of integrity in honoring confirmed pricing -Poor internal communication between management -Reactive decision-making instead of accountability -High-pressure tactics after the fact If a business is willing to backtrack, delete listings, and scramble to fix things only after you walk away, it raises serious concerns about how they would handle warranties, service, or any issues after the sale. The only positive part of this experience was Juan, who handled himself professionally throughout. Unfortunately, due to the actions of management, we will not be doing business here and would caution others to proceed carefully.

    On 11/13/23 I bought a new motorcycle battery from BP+…read more When I got home I installed the battery into the motorcycle and there was no charge in the battery. I've never bought a new battery that wasn't charged up. I jumped the battery Drove about 20 miles came home and the next morning I went to start bike and there was no charge in the battery. I thought I must've done something wrong on the install? Then then I checked the voltage comming out of the battery and it was 12.5 V I turn the key the voltage went down to 4 1/2 V (the battery was dead!). They sold me a used battery that was some ones core exchange for a new one. I went to BP+ and they said that they couldn't warrant me a new one until they try to charge this old one for 1 hour. Are you kidding me! How do you run a business like that? I argued for about a for an 45min and got my money back. Wow!!

My personal requirements was for better illumination in my Kitchen & Bathroom in my home. I had purchased LED's at a popular competitive warehouse chain and I found the product not to be effective. When I arrived at Battery + Bulbs, the manager Allan Campbell, was very attentive to understand what I was attempting to accomplish. Not only was he very knowledgeable, but also he provided exactly what I needed. After installing the new lighting which I was very satisfied with the results, I returned to the store to buy additional LED bulbs. I highly recommend this store for lighting or batteries without question.
