I went there this morning bc my fob battery was low Dave was there! He is awesome! I have had my phone screens replaced there a few times! This time I asked him to take my phone case off it some hot dog hair inside he did and cleaned phone and he put new screen protector on for me!! I was so grateful! Beware, they charge brand batteries for $60 and they replace it for non brand $20, they do not return old battery. Really bad service. Taking advantage of seniors and no respect at all. Manager was not available when we called. Also they called me right away to try and make things right no problem. They fixed the screen and gave me a good deal on a new battery. I definitely would call them again. DO NOT TRUST THIS FACILITY. My phone is worse off than when I brought it in. My screen cracked while on vacation, so I took it to be repaired and my phone is now worse off than when I brought it. The touch sensitivity is all off now-- texting or typing is a nightmare. And there are two weird spots on my screen that appeared shortly after picking it up. One is dark and appears to be growing daily. Also, they conned me into buying a new battery for 1/2 off and there's ZERO difference in battery life. I am so upset I wasted $150.00, and if I lived in FL instead if being on vacation, I'd have gone back right away. Oh and they told me it'd be an hour and it was like four. Awesome. read more

My car battery wouldn't hold a charge, so I called and they were the least expensive option. Alex was so knowledgeable, he told me my battery was from 2017! He also pointed out that my timing belt was changed recently. I bought this used a couple years ago, so I didn't feel like taking it back to the dealership. I went in for an appointment to replace a cracked screen on my iPhone 8 Plus. If you and your " expert techs" cannot fix phones properly or with the Right equipment, you should not be saying you can fix them! My phone worked just fine but the screen was cracked. I get the phone back and the speaker did not work as well as the new screen, was bulging from the phone and the touch wasn't working properly. I came back furious and they said they can continue to fix it. I brought you a working phone and you give it to me broken, I DONT WANT YOU TOUCHING IT AGAIN! now I have a phone that doesn't work AND has a cracked screen. Never ever ever use this company!!!! This store, chain, is a very handy tool. I say tool because it's like reaching into your tool box to figure/fix an issue. I had a new lowrance unit which I couldn't get up to speed. Off to BP and M with old battery, charger in hand. They do thst electric thing, battery shot, charger not flowing. The location in Stuart didn't have the part I needed for a repair so the associate (in Stuart) was great and called the Jupiter location to see if they had the part and if they could fix it. Was told they could. I made it there within plenty of time for them to fix it (recommended 1 hour). I waited around for 40 minutes for the associate at Jupiter just to tell me if he didn't have time. He was rude and completely unprofessional! If you couldn't fix it in time before you close then be honest! Waste of a gas and time! How often does the franchise owner of a retail store make a house call? AND install?! Answer: Never. Especially in Florida where, it seems, everyone is out for themselves. You are not in Kansas anymore and this ain't Cleveland (where, in fact, I am from). And, where, such an act would not be so extraordinary. Long-story, short: My mint classic Honda 1975 CB750F Supersport motorcycle battery had died. A friend recommended Batteries Plus. I couldn't be more pleased that they did. With a dead battery, I had no easy way to get the motorcycle to the store outside of putting it on a flat bed. Instead, the franchise owner offered to come right out to the house and install it himself. For free. Which he did. In a life where it is all too easy and appropriate to complain because of bad actors and crap service, it is all the more important to wave a shiny white flag in those moments when tremendous service comes your way. I was at the Indiantown Rd location today for my 5:30 p.m. appointment to have my iPhone screen repaired. The appointment was confirmed via email. When I arrived at the facility the counter clerk told me the tech left for the day at 5:00 p.m., and that most days the tech leaves at 4:00 p.m. The website offer appointments every half hour until 7:30 p.m. The appointment was confirmed. How is it that a tech company can't get the information on their website correct? Although the clerk was apologetic and polite, there was another person in the store that looked like he could've been the manager or owner. He ignored the entire conversation, as if I wasn't even there. I'll be sure to tell anyone that will listen to avoid this store. There are plenty of other tech stores to choose. read more
