I've been taking my Jaguar to Prestige Auto Tech for approximately 3 years. I was fed up with paying the ridiculously high prices at the dealership such as the collection. THE BEST thing I ever did was join their auto care plan. As anyone who owns a European car can tell you, as soon as the warranty runs out repairs can get expensive. This warranty is great, all repairs outside of cosmetic(including A/C and breaks, and even routine oil changes are covered). I pay about 1/6th of the price that I would be paying to have my car maintained at the dealership, and all work is done at high level as they are trained experts to deal with these complicated cars. The care plan I have covers towing and rental car (everything but the first day). Where else can you get service like this at this price? The staff is always helpful, cordial and have my best interest of me as a European car owner who wants to keep his car in optimum condition for the long haul. I have a jaguar that is over 10 years old, and without Presitge Auto Tech the cost of maintaining this car would be overwhelming, but with my auto care plan I plan on being able to drive this car in optimal condition and have it become a classic! read more

We are a first time review at this location. We brought in our 2012 XK Jaguar for some regular maintenance, we had a scheduled appointment for 8 am that did not get taken in right away but was understood due to the nature of the shop. We were informed at all times and very well taken care of. Some extra surprises that made us feel very welcomed and pleased with the service. the electronic key fob was not working well as the battery was low and the buttons where not in the best of shape he took the time to fix it and replace the handle on it. They washed the vehicle before returning and did a full inspection all the way around this made us very pleased with any recommendations. Overall compared to the shops we have been to throughout the years this was a Gem and we will be referring our best friends and family there. Thank you for taking care of our baby and returning it to us in the best shape. We will be back! read more

This people are crooks. They tell you that they will give you a price quotation for fixing any problem. If you decide not to fix it they will charged you $109.00. If you decide to fix it they will applied The $109 do the repair. After your car is there they will call you and tell you that it will be another $900.00 to give you another quote, because it is difficult to diagnosed. If you say not in order to take your car out there you have to pay the $190 plus tax. That is very dishonest. When I was in the office peaking my Car, I heard other customers complaining how dishonest and crooks this people are. Be very careful with this people, don't let them take you for a ride like they did to me. My car had scratches in the side, I think they did it in purpose. They have a guy in there his name is ARNALDO CABREJA. He call himself the manager. He very nasty. read more

I am six months old to Miami with my first car which needed a little servicing a few weeks ago. With expensive gadgets, I'm always looking for good quality and long-lasting results; but because I am comparatively new to the city, I had no idea where I needed to go. Prestige was highly recommended to me by a friend, and although I was initially a little apprehensive, I am now truly a fan! The work they did was excellent. They're polite, professional, honest, and very knowledgeable. They gave me a breakdown of what needed to be done, how it would affect overall performance (my car runs so smooth now!), and an estimate of the costs (completely affordable for the quality of work!). I am thrilled with the service, I highly recommend them, and will most definitely be coming back if and when the need arises. read more

I had a great experience at Prestige Auto Tech. From the moment I walked in, the team was professional, honest, and really knew what they were doing. Rodolfo took care of me and made the whole process smooth. He explained everything clearly, kept me updated, and made sure I understood what my car needed without any pressure. You can tell he actually cares about the customer, not just the sale. The work was done on time, and the car is running perfect now. It's hard to find a shop you can truly trust, but these guys are it. Highly recommend Prestige Auto Tech and definitely ask for Rodolfo! read more

Prestige is family owned operated Service Center which absolutely goes by their honesty motto. Ever since I've joined them I have been gratified to have them handle all my repairs on my BMW and it has been absolutely great with them providing cheap rentals as needed. I have already been recommending to all by word of mouth on their great work especially for those who are seeking a monthly warranty that covers mostly everything. The whole team is very professional, friendly, polite and helpful especially the office manager. Prestige is a must have for Euro and general car repair read more

Highly recommend. I was recommended by a coworker after complaining about another shop I had taken my car to for body work after those dreadful potholes in Miami got the best of my car. They were extremely helpful and the customer service was surprisingly second to none. They were true to their word and honest about what it was take and cost. I was extremely satisfied with the services provided to me and will be bringing my VW back if I ever need anything in the future. read more

My husband and I have been going to this business for over five years. Every time we find them to be professional and helpful in our needs. Yesterday when I picked up my car, they waited over an hour after closing as I was stuck in traffic, made sure I was safe in my complementary lift/Uber, and did not leave me stranded. Today, I received a follow up text message to make sure all was good. I find that to be excellent service. Thank you guys! read more

Prestige is the best! I took my BMW another shop and they told me I needed "to change the head gasket and take it from there". I found Prestige online and decided to come in. Hernan told me what I needed was something different (and for less money!). - They where able to fix it that same day while I waited in beautiful offices with AC and a plasma TV - They have won a customer for life. Highly recommend! read more

We'll I was highly recommended by my neighbor that has a Ferrari. I have nothing but great things to say about their team and how I was treated. I was informed every day about the status of my car and it was easy to work with them as they send pictures of everything that needed to be replace with a electronic estimate. Will refer all my family with exotic cars. Thank you again :) read more

Easiest repair experience of my life - Came in on a recommendation from Carmax on Max Care. Everything was easy, from the initial drop in when I was quickly diagnosed and handed keys to a lexus loaner, to the pick up when a $5,000 repair was finished up and paid for with a small deductible. Smiling faces, quick answers to emails and texts. Great, easy experience. read more
