Let me tell you! If you had any common sense you would stay far away as you can from this place. After many repairs at astronomical prices and a fraud system that even a NASA scientist couldn't figure out. I took my Audi S5 in for various repairs and the service advisor would always tell me it was something and then call back later it says something else. To think that I was going to save money by not going to the dealer which they bash your head over and over again with that theory. I must tell you that these individuals are a complete fraud!!!!!! To the rude mechanics that don't even say hi, to the service advisors that greet you with a smile and screw you in the end, and lord behold the little short guy with the hat who one day is the service manager and the next day he's the owner and I guess next week he will say he's the president of Taco Bell. In all of my years of living in Miami-Dade County I have never experienced such thievery and fraud in my entire life. Be mindful that these individuals being they deal in high-end vehicles , most of their clientele are probably doctors and lawyers who are very well educated and probably have sued the hell out of them in the past. Please do yourself a favor and don't even bother, just go to the dealership which I ended up having to do at the end in which my car has been running perfect ever since. What they do is get your car in the shop and once they have it they will find a problem but they will fix something else knowing that you will come back later with the warranty scheme and will tell you its something else and then charge you for everything. It's companies like this that give good businesses a bad name and trust me they're going to read this and will have someone on there staff who's going to write a very nifty and beautiful response to camouflage their outrageous tactics. I say again if you have any sense you will stay far away from this place! And the most classy part of it all is when I finally had enough and went in to request all the documents to file various complaints they refuse and actually attempted to push my button. And when I let them know that I wasn't having it they actually call the cops on me . I guess they figured that all they have to say was a black man was being irate in their business and sure enough the cops came with lights and sirens. I desperately tried to find out who made that call and what did they tell them so I could make a complaint with the state attorney's office for fraudulent use of the 911 system but the records could not be obtained. Ladies and gentlemen please do yourself a favor , if you have any type of vehicle just spend the extra money and go to the dealership we're it may not be a guarantee that you will be satisfied with the service but at least you have some knowledgeable individuals who work on your particular brand and will better customer experience than these clowns. I filed a complaint with the county and the state and unfortunately due to their normal beautifully written responses there was no action taken. I also reached out to American Express but American Express did not rule in my favor which at the end of the day I was not looking for any monetary returns but only to show for the record of what these individuals are doing and hopefully someday they will get caught. read more

The service was good, and that they are open on Saturdays helps. Prices are ok. I have my BWM serviced there some time ago. The oil change took hours on a Saturday, I understand they are busy. I had to take the car back the next weekend for an engine light, that was something else. It was changed same day, price was again decent. What turns me off from here is what they told me about my brakes. Over a year ago they said my brake pads would need to be replaced down to 5% and I should schedule an appointment now to get it done. Yet where I took the car more recently (no brake pads work done) the pads are at 30% and doing good... They also take you in to talk about your car, which is fine, but doing what you find at a dealer, where they try to upsell you different services that are needed. Some of those services may very well be needed, don't get me wrong, but it is the typical mechanic/dealer up sell formula. The work was fine, the car wash at the end is nice, but unless I lived close by I would not take it in for any quick smaller services. read more

I have spent over $6000 with these people with to fix a problem that is still ongoing every time I turn around it's another problem that cost me thousands of dollars they've done numerous jobs on my car that Im very dissatisfied with they claim that they replace parts they have not been replace They told me to do this and do that in my car will stop doing this and doing that but it is still going on I called to speak with the representative that handles the situation every time I have a problem with my car and the representative is never available to speak to me when there is a problem but when I'm spending money there all friendly They're always lying saying that he's on the phone with another customer but today I witness them telling me that he was on the phone with another customer and I seen him sitting at his desk laughing while forwarding my call I asked to speak to a manager and some dude got one the phone claiming to be a manager that really didnt help he was to busy Defending the representative and not looking at the customer side of the story to really help read more

I don't understand how this place have 4 1/2 stars.... My husband took his Porsche there for service ... I was not in agreement with him taking it there. I did not like the location and the lack of space. the car came back with several scratches and a thumb print that does not come off... I believe it was touched with brake fluid. If you are working on a high end vehicle such as this one, the personnel needs to treat them as their own, any car for that matter. They try to tell my husband that the scratch was already there... NOPE! He knows every scratch on that car, trust me. finally they agree to fix it... I refused, I don't want to imagine what they will do to the car. YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR.... never again... read more

Prestige Auto Tech - Getting my brakes done - Auto Repair Near Me - Miami, Florida

I took my Sprinter RV tp Prestige Auto Tech for service because they advertise that they are experts in servicing this kind of vehicle. They did a good job of giving my RV a major tuneup. However, they improperly removed the lugs on the wheels of my RV when putting on new tires. As a result they could not put them back on. After a number of phone calls with Christian, the problem was resolved when they agreed to compensate me for the parts and labor. I appreciate this kind of response to the problem. I know that even the best intentioned companies make mistakes. What singles out the good ones is that they correct those mistakes. That's what they did in this case. That's the kind of service that makes me want to continue being a customer of Prestige Auto Tech and Christian. read more

Honest reliable Auto shop...they always gives the best deals with excellent customer service...repairs were always professional done.

I've taken my Toyota Prius to these guys twice for power failures. The first time a fuse box blew and had to be replaced ($1000 for diagnostics and repairs). The second time my car stopped and they changed the water pumps ($2100 after diagnostics and repairs). What really hurt was each time of received the car back I had hybrid battery problems. Even worse, I just changed the hybrid battery less than 2 months ago and when I got my car back for the water pumps my new hybrid battery is now dead. I'm not a good enough mechanic with hybrid vehicles, but this place is VERY expensive and VERY suspect, STAY AWAY! read more

Superior service. Brought my car in for minor repair and body work. From the moment Cesar answered the call until the moment John returned my keys, they were very professional to a level little seen in the US anymore. Kudos. There was a minor price discrepancy from the agreed upon price, which they immediately resolved without question. This will be my place to go to for any work performed on my cars. read more

I have nothing but great things to say about them. They repair my car and they are very reasonable with the prices, ill recommend anyone that has a European car and needs a better option than the dealer. read more

Prestige has the most professional team. They are truly honest and work with you to get the work done. I had my car there for an oil change and they washed my car for me afterwards. When I needed engine work done, the mechanics called me before they took anything out. When parts needed to be replaced I was offered the option of ordering brand new, rebuilt, OEM , or aftermarket. It was nice to be told what options I had and the price point. At the end of the day, I spent a little bit more because I opted for the OEM parts. I was alerted every step of the way on my repair progress and was offered a ride home if I didn't want to wait. read more

I drove from Key West for service at Prestige based on the great reviews, and I'm super glad I did. Arnaldo got my car back to me four days faster than estimated but with all the work completed. He kept in touch throughout the process with all updates and was very transparent. It's hard to find such reliable and fast service in the Keys, let alone on an import, so I will definitely return to Prestige. read more

Took my car in for an oil change. My car was new to me so is was unfamiliar with its service history. Of course "their inspection" found I needed a host of services: fuel injector service, change engine air filter, change cabin air filter, flush brake system, service differential. I said no. I did some investigation: the brake system was flushed and all the air filters were changed on the car 6 months earlier. Their inspection obviously showed a way to make more money. The car manufacture does not recommend a differential service at the mileage interval I was at, and reading about injector service, it's a chump sale. These people are not honest. I am happy I said no to many services that were unneeded. I will never go back to this dishonest business. Beware and be informed if you dare walk in their door read more

Customer service is great but dont trust these guys.Walk away find somewhere else if you know whats best.

Great customer service! This place is very professional. I was treated with kindness the minute I walked in the door. They truly care about their clients and have the best rates. Had one of the best experience at Prestige! Their team was very professional, knowledgable and kind. Being a girl I am always hesitant to take my car to any dealer to get work done, since I know nothing about cars I feel like I would get rip off! At Prestige not once did I feel taken advantaged and in fact, they went out of their way to help me, I had a flat tire and my lock was broken they ordered a new lock at no charge. This is my to go place from now on for any car service! It's a faith based business and will recommend to anyone! read more

I'm not big on writing reviews but this company sure deserves one. They treated me with such kindness and outstanding Customer Service. I took my car for service here and was pleased with the result of the customer service. I got a 60000 mile service done on my VW Passat early in 2020. Recently, I bought another vehicle, had it inspected by a dealer approximately 5-6 months ago when it was first purchased - Toyota Highlander - and needed to get an oil change, same great customer service from them. However, they provided me with an assessment saying that my rear brakes were in very bad shape and I need to get the rear rotors completed replaced as well as the brakes. I asked them to provide me a quote which was approximately $610 out the door with taxes. After speaking with my dad, who got the inspection done when the vehicle was first bought, he said I should take it to a dealer, just to be on the safe side. Last week, I did just that, explaining to them I was looking to get my rear brakes replaced and they stated they would look it over, provide me an estimate before doing any work. Once inspected the dealer called and said the rear brake pads still had half the life left and the rotors didn't need to be replaced, they just needs to be rotated. On top of that, should I needed to replace those items, the dealer was $90 less. Unfortunately, unhonest people are working at this place. I would not recommend them. read more
