They were super nice when I got there and had lots of options. Upon my return with the scooter, they helped me put it back together from the truck and bring it in to the store for an easy drop off. The process to rent a scooter was relatively easy, the only thing that was a little bit more difficult was that I had to get a release waiver signed by the person that was going to be using the scooter since they were not going to be there when I picked it up. That just required a little bit more organizing. The scooter itself was amazing, moved quickly enough to keep up with the pack and was easy to drive. It was shown how it works but never tested in the store or on delivery. They made me wait purposely to find an additional lift to fit in the bathtub. They did not find anything after many days.
