I had a family member who needed to rent a mobility scooter for a big event that we were going to. I gave these guys a call and figured out how to pick up the scooter take it all apart in five easy to assemble pieces and put it in my truck. They were super nice when I got there and had lots of options. Upon my return with the scooter, they helped me put it back together from the truck and bring it in to the store for an easy drop off. The process to rent a scooter was relatively easy, the only thing that was a little bit more difficult was that I had to get a release waiver signed by the person that was going to be using the scooter since they were not going to be there when I picked it up. That just required a little bit more organizing. The scooter itself was amazing, moved quickly enough to keep up with the pack and was easy to drive. Our son had a stress fracture on his foot which made walking very difficult. Decided to rent him a knee scooter to get around with for a few days while the stress fracture was healing, so checked out One Stop Mobility. As a side note, they have a store in Disneyland in Anaheim (just in case one needs their services while vacationing I would imagine). Anyway, called the store to make sure they had what we were looking for after we checked out their rather comprehensive website. Lady on the phone was very pleasant and gave me the information I needed. We went down to the store to check out what they had. Great selection of things to rent including electric scooters, the knee scooter, other equipment people would need to maintain mobility and independence. We rented a knee scooter for a week at a cost of $49.95 and can have it for 2 weeks for $89. Son should be able to walk more functionally by the end of the week after the swelling goes down and he can get into a walking boot so we just rented it for one week. (You can also rent it monthly). Paperwork was easy to complete for renting. Lady at store very friendly and knowledgeable. Will definitely use the store again if need to. read more

I was scheduled to have spine surgery. I Knew it would be a painful recovery and I needed to find a way to help manage I rented a zero gravity recliner from One Stop Mobility. The chair was delivered 2 days before the scheduled surgery but the surgery ended up being delayed for 4 weeks. I renewed the rental for another month at the same full price. I then felt I needed it for a third month. Again, I was charged the full price. If I wanted to keep it for only one, two or 3 more weeks, the price would only be reduced by $10 or $15 per week. I was told this is company policy. My total for 3 months' rental is almost $1,000.00!!!! i believe there should have been a price break after the first month and certainly after the second. I could have bought a chair. The staff, the delivery and the chair have all been very good. I only find fault with the amount charged. read more

If I could give this company zero stars I would. I don't usually bother to leave bad reviews but this one tops it off for me. From the beginning the process to rent the recliner was a nightmare. I left a request form online. No response. Called 2 times and left voice messages no response. Finally the day before my flight I called on a Saturday and I was finally able to get in touch with a person to rent a lifted recliner since I was going into Scottsdale Az for plastic surgery (tummy tuck) I rented a lift recliner to help with the healing process. My surgery was Tuesday 4/13/21 I arranged to have the chair delivered the day before (Monday) once the specified time they gave me for delivery past my nurse called to get information on the delivery. They stated they were busy and could come the next day (Tuesday) thankfully my nurse was able to come meet them since I was in surgery. Once I got back to my house, I couldn't use the recliner because I was super sick from anesthesia and medications. 3 days later once I was feeling better I decided to use the chair I rented. Sat on it for 20 min and decided to get up. The chair no longer worked. My feet were elevated and could barely get out of the chair (due to the tummy tuck) immediately my nurse called and they had her try all sorts of things but to no avail the chair didn't work. Today 4/20/21 they came to pick up the non functional chair after we have been calling to follow up. They show up with a brand new remote and it immediately started to work. I asked so what are we going to do considering I wasn't able to use the chair. I didn't expect a refund but at least some sort of credit back to my account. I was told "you don't rent a car and the day before your supposed to drop it off you want a refund" I wish the whole conversation was recorded so you can see how horrible this man spoke to me. Honestly it's not about the money but the way you speak to a customer who clearly is in a delicate state says a lot about this company. I hope that if your considering using this company you find someone else. This company only cares about your money. By the way I was also threatened with "I could charge you for the new remote I had to put in" Please do not conduct business with this sort of people read more

The folks at One Stop Mobility re the best. From customer service to delivery/pick-up. I had to have an unplanned surgery the next day and needed a Zero Gravity recliner for my recover. I was going to Phoenix for the weekend for an event and decided not to take a wheelchair at the last minute. I reserved on Friday early afternoon and did not receive confirmation so I called several times-both locations and finally connected with a man who confirmed the reservation and stated someone would call me back to confirm delivery time to my hotel. Didn't happen. I called several times Saturday morning... no answer. Finally a girl answered and said she would have to call me later because she had a list of people to call. I asked her how long and she stated she is there 1-3. I told her that's not acceptable and explained the situation. She stated she had customers in the store and anyways they wouldn't deliver to me until after 3. And... they would charge me for three days.!!! I asked for the manager to call me back. The same man that I spoke to the night before called me back. He stated he forgot to have someone call me!! What the heck????? Then he proceeds to tel me, " well you called me and I was on a service call." Wow... I ordered online, called him, and he "forgot" to have some call me and it's my fault! Great customer service Buddy! No offer how to make this right for his screw up... only accusing of scheduling "at the last minute!!! Three days ago I called the local office to rent a mobikity scooter. The call was transferred to Anaheim, CA where I provided all of my pertinent info and was told I was confirmed to pick up a mobility scooter today, 06/19/20 between 1 an 3 pm. A short time later, the CA office called me to verify info that " was lost on her computer. " I again provided the info except for the credit card as I was feeling a bit uneasy by now. I received a confirmation by text and email for my rental and was told to call 15 minutes before arrival for pick up. I was also told there was no sign on at the location so specific directions were given. Today I called 15 minutes before pick up. Again the call went to Anaheim. I was told they would call the Phoenix office and get back to me. When the return call came, I was told that the "store" was closed and NO ONE was in the area that could come to provide me with my CONFIRMED rental. "So sorry" is NOT acceptable! Can't believe any positive review could happen for this business! Perhaps they should stick to rentals in CA where their personnel seem to be located. All- in- all a BAD experience.
