Staff very friendly and allowed me to try a bunch of free samples - even one time allowed me to use the internet urgently and I appreciated it. Though I realized I was allergic to one sample - the tropical froyo - it might've been the banana in it read more

We stopped by Pressed Juicery in Long Beach, looking for something refreshing. The staff were incredibly welcoming, and since I have a stone fruit allergy, they made sure there was no cherries, peaches, or plums in order, which made me feel safe and grateful. I tried the Thrive Sparkling Refresher and it was just what I needed: citrusy, light, and perfectly refreshing. Plus, it's packed with vitamins along with probiotics too. While seating is limited, it's perfect to grab and stroll down 2nd Street. I'd definitely recommend it! read more

I've been intrigued by pressed juicery for a while, and decided to try the 1 day cleanse. Not for any real real reason, but mostly because I thought it would be a great way to try multiple products. I was pretty impressed! I enjoyed the variety of pressed juices to protien smoothies to various shots. The first drink was most refreshing and something I will definitely be purchasing again. The one I thought I'd like the most, but was actually my least favorite was the greens. May have been a one off, but the strong celery was over powering and very bitter. I also tried one of the fizz drinks. Not bad, just not my thing. Definitely a "pretty drink" and if you like bubbles, you'd probably find it refreshing. Located on 2nd street is convenient. Parking can be a challenge at times. The have pretty good hours, do finding a less busy time to stop in is definitely possible. read more

Malia closed 10 minutes before 9:00 and refused our service. And she had her friends in there who were disrespectful, refusing the service even before the worker. We are regular customers and this has never happened to us!! read more

I'm honestly so disgusted by the experience I had. While waiting for my smoothie, I overheard one of the employees say to a coworker about a customer who had just left, "Ghetto, right?" That comment was clearly racially charged and completely out of line. I don't know the customer they were talking about, but the way it was said was rude, condescending, and just plain disrespectful. And it wasn't whispered !! it was loud enough for people nearby to hear. It's unbelievable that someone working in customer service thinks it's okay to speak like that about people. The whole vibe instantly felt uncomfortable and gross. If this is how they act in front of customers, it's hard to imagine what goes on when no one's around. I won't be coming back. This kind of behavior needs to be called out and dealt with. read more

Got chocolate froyo from the loveliest employee, let me sample and try both flavors and was super kind and helpful! Froyo was delicious and the overall experience was amazing. Shout out to Kebby! read more

This location is always on point. But for me it is more about the consistent service I receive when I come in. As a frequent flyer to pressed, the best experiences I've had is when Stevi is on deck. My most recent visit, it was insanely busy. Nothing new being hot outside. Stevi always greets with a smile and flows through each guest with warmth. It makes me look forward to my visit every time! She make the company raising prices of the small freeze to the large sized price worth coming here. Stevi is a gem!!! We appreciate her consistent presence! read more

I placed an online order for me and my coworker and I showed up 15 min later to pick them up on my break. The nice girl working said that the system was down so she had to make them after I got there, which is totally fine. A male employee then stepped in and asked to see the orders himself for some reason 2 separate times. I told him I did not receive a confirmation email of my order but I showed him a screenshot of my coworkers confirmation and my google history where it says "thank you for your order!" He said he could not give me my already MADE and already PAID for acai bowl without a confirmation EMAIL...even though he would have seen my order if their system was working, I wouldn't ever order from here again or recommend to anyone. read more

So I was gifted a juice by one of my coworkers. She had picked it up on the way in to work. I must say, the Greens 4 was so refreshing. I love the cucumber, ginger, cayenne pepper combination. It's like a spicy coolness, refreshing, yet it makes you feel warm inside. Was so impressed by the juice that I went to check out the website. Will definitely try the juice cleanse set. First of all, customer service was top-notch, but it cannot compensate for their product. My Triple Berry smoothie was unlike any other smoothie I've ever had, and not in a good way. It was very watery at first, then I realized that all the solid bits congealed (and I am using the word accurately here) together into the consistency of tofu. This may be someone else's cup of tea (or smoothie), but I prefer my smoothie in a liquid state. read more

I used to like this place. About every month or so I would go in and get a Superfood bowl for breakfast. Blueberries, banana, coconut an goji berries all on a bed of Acai goop. So good and lots of fiber and fruit for us old guys. Went in this morning and ordered the usual. Everything was fine until I try to pay with a $20 bill. The server behind the counter says we only take credit cards. No cash anymore. I asked them where does it say that? She points to a tiny little sticker on their terminal spelled out in 8 point type (thats really small for those who don't know) I say you need to put that on the front door, very large. For me, it's a matter of principle. I don't do business with companies that don't take U. S. legal tender. I'm not charging small amounts. I only charge when the cost is over $20 or $30. I guess this is the last time I'm going to Pressed. read more

Juices are tasty and that is what I am basing my 4 stars on. However, be careful and read the labels! I ordered one of their juice cleanse bundles and noticed the Citrus 2 has 49g of sugar! That is a ton of sugar to consume in one drink even if it is natural pressed juice. They do have other juices with far less sugar. Since I ordered delivery I can't speak on the service at this location. Note to self: "The AHA suggests an added-sugar limit of no more than 100 calories per day (about 6 teaspoons or 24 grams of sugar) for most women and no more than 150 calories per day (about 9 teaspoons or 36 grams of sugar) for most men." read more

Overall the acai bowls were amazing but service was OK. There were two workers doing a fantastic job even when their rude (I believe) manager was yelling at them & breathing down their necks while we were in the store. She (the manager) was also rude to my friend while taking her order. It was very disappointing & uncomfortable seeing how poorly these great workers were being treated by their "manager", this was on the 14th of August at around 11:30am. read more

They are promoting a cute insulated fanny pack for $2 with the purchase of $29 worth of juices. The Greens 1 is my favorite choice because it has the least amount of sugars. Tasty and healthy juices await in this place. So good they're now being sold at Costco! Friendly staff and fast service

In my experience, customer service is really good. The Acai base is cool, smooth, sweet enough though never overbearing (I think the Dragonfruit is really sweet in comparison), and tasty with additional ingredients. The Goji Berries have a dull sweetness, and softness though harden being in the Acai mix to become crunchy-chewy. Each ingredient tastes as good together on a spoon as separate. Pressed Juicery accepts Samsung Pay. The interior design is simple, and somewhat spacious. read more

People are very nice and had my order ready when I came in : really clean too and the drinks were good :) !

Just felt the racism at custome service. I walked up and the two employees were clearly having a personal conversation. They literally walked away from the counter and continued until I interjected to ask for the code for the restroom. Seriously? My husband and I spend over $1k a month here? Then, miraculously my husband Club card number does not work and I forgot my card. Do you think they even offered to use theirs? No longer shopping here. I work too hard for my money to deal with this ridiculousness! Black women, be aware. read more
