I looked around the area and came across Malibu Cleaners. Thus far, I've been delighted with the experience I have had on both of my two visits to Malibu Cleaners so far. While the price is more than I paid at prior cleaners, I am more than willing to pay this price for the service that I've been offered. On my first visit to Malibu Cleaners, I had to get several shirts and pants dry cleaned. I picked everything up the next day in great condition. This was before I realized that I really didn't need everything dry-cleaned. They had Saturday hours, so I dropped off three shirts on Saturday afternoon. They are closed Sunday but two of my shirts were ready on Monday when stated. One wasn't ready until Tuesday but that was due to there being a small stain they couldn't get out without the possibility of damage to the shirt itself. I appreciated them spending an extra day trying to remove the stain. When I stopped by yesterday, I saw someone just in front of me with what looked like a dozen shirts. A second employee saw me waiting before the customer with all of the shirts and immediately stepped up to see how they could assist me. I also appreciated not having to wait long. Malibu Cleaners is considered "the Phoenix Valley's premier, full-service dry cleaner and laundry." You can learn more about them by visiting their website at https://www.malibucleans.com. They are a green cleaners and has a mission that includes providing quality and service to exceed customer expectations. They have set prices for laundered shirts, dry cleaned pants, dry cleaned suit jackets, and wash and fold service by the pound (and more on their website). They are opened weekdays from 7 AM to 6 PM, Saturdays from 9 AM to 4 PM, and closed on Sundays. Closed brought in are typically ready the next day after 4 PM. Upon request, if in before 9 AM, it could be ready the same day by 4 PM at no extra charge (except for Tuesdays and Fridays). As a quality cleaners nearby, I will look forward to stopping by for more service again soon!

First off, the process they use is simple and efficient. I've never had to wait long in line to drop off my stuff, and they'll shoot you a text when it's ready for pickup. I similarly have never had to wait long to pick up my clothes. I've mostly been to Tatum Cleaners for button-up dress shirts and blazers. And once to clean a rug. The amount of time it takes them to take care of business is reasonable, and the prices are reasonable. I've never ran into any issues. That's the type of experience you look for at a dry cleaners.

A year ago in Illinois I paid $10 per pair of jeans to shorten the hem length. No environmental fees. I could've replaced my old kenmore sewing machine for alot less and did the work myself. You can't just use any washer -- there are specific machines, a specific way to pour the soap, and a sacred dryer temperature and time you must follow... or else. There are no clear instructions, just someone popping up to correct you. The unsolicited advice quickly turns into raised voices if you're not doing it their way. You feel watched like a hawk the entire time. And for a place with this many rules, it's not even that clean. If you enjoy being micromanaged while washing your clothes, this is the place for you.
