So after they kept damaging my car, I stopped taking my car here because of the technician but not the advisor. I take my wife car here if the price is right on the services and if it is, then I'll always try and work with Miguel. He was the advisor when the technician kept damaging my car before and fixed it all which tooks like 4 visit. I took my wife car in today to do a transmission fluid change and also break fluid change. Since Miguel took a personal day, I had Sylvia as my advisor. They do some new changes like taking pictures of your car when you drop it off and not doing car washes anymore. I also used a coupon to save a little money on the services I got. The new service center is also bigger, especially their waiting area which is more modern. There no soda or snacks but there a coffee machine that has hot chocolate and they have water bottles. I didn't have any issues with Sylvia when I was there and it seems like they did a good job on my wife car because I didn't notice anything like spills, scratches or etc.

It's clear this place needs a better system.. management or protocol…read more First time bringing my car in for maintenance and I had specifically asked if I was going to have to wait longer than 2hr schedule, I was told no- as this just an oil change- I was text 30 min before the 2 hr mark saying my car will be ready soon it's just in the wash. After coming in on time and waiting an hour and being told 3 more times in was indeed still "being washed" the receptionist gets on the phone and says "you're joking" reluctantly looking at me after and saying my car will be outside for me. I came outside to my car being unwashed and the serviceman saying "yeah idk what happened I just got off lunch" l o l I was told 4x my car was being washed and cancelled following appts to let my car sit for nothing.. I didn't even need the wash, it was the lack of communication. Which clearly is a huge issue here bc the 4 other people coming in had relative issues. As a first time here, I'm extremely disappointed and hesitant to bring my car back just based on this experience. Oh and on top of all of this, upon meeting with my rep- the blond woman sitting next to him was flossing / brushing her teeth at her desk while on the phone. I drove in for a regular oil change, and the drive-in line to wait was fairly long. (The line as in the wait outside was nearly 10 minutes). Back home, the wait is often less than 5 minutes to be seen by a staff member. Once my car was finally in their hands, I realized the staff member helping me out never introduced their name. We walked into their office, and I'm almost certain there was an attempt to take advantage of a youngster. During the meeting, the staff member tried to sell extra services like tire rotations, when I only wanted a regular oil change. There wasn't even a suggestion to do this service, just a casual "People usually do this" - a fast money grab from a customer whom may be underinformed. My "no" met with disdain and a quick look of disgust as the staff member handed me a form to sign. The form signed was for service $109.99. At the top, I saw a line saying "Cash" and asked if it were cash only... surprisingly the service representative had never even noticed this and didn't know how to respond - just said to sign it. During the wait, there are some usual beverages and a few chocolate chip cookies available for anyone waiting for their service. Overall, this probably takes the cake as the worst service experience I've ever had with Lexus. I'm not sure if this is important either, but some of their materials (e.g. service mileage reminder) say Lithia - though it may be their official name or something, I think a Lexus sticker would've made me more relieved... but after the experience with the service rep, I wanted nothing more than to be done with the service visit.
