Google reviews on this business are largely good so I made an appointment, wanting to support small business. But then I read the Yelp reviews and was concerned. Since I had already made the appointment, though, I decided to go ahead and use these folks anyway and I'm glad I did. Making the appointment was easy. They answered all my questions about the process, rebates and such, and they came and replaced my windshield the next day. Brad, the tech, was on time and professional, and I could tell he was taking care not to damage anything on my truck while doing the job. He even went the extra mile to make sure the glass and rear view mirror were perfectly clean when he was done, and he used black tape on my black vehicle instead of the usual bright blue tape that everyone drives down the road with for the next day. I appreciated that. Then to top it off, I received a Venmo transfer with the rebate that very evening. I have zero complaints. read more

Horrible business to deal with, first time i drove after tech replaced the windshield there was a whistle coming inside the car. Getting in touch with the "office" is impossible since all my complaint calls went to voice mail and nobody calls back. I was able to contact the tech, he came out three times to fix the problem, each time he reseal it but that did not fix the problem. Worst experience ever. I don't know if it's this specific location, given they came out to me to service my vehicle. But the service and work was just bad. Extremely bad. The reinstall on my windshield was done so poorly, that when I took my car to the car wash, my car flooded with water because the window wasn't sealed correctly. If only I could post videos to Yelp. I tried to let the owner know prior to this happening, that there was a major leak in the windshield because I could hear air coming through the windshield when I would drive, extremely loud. We went back and forth for about two weeks rescheduling when I finally took it to the car wash and told the owner what happened, even then, it still took a few days to come and replace my windshield. On top of having to reinstall my windshield twice, both times they had forgotten to reconnect my windshield fluid lines. Honda had to eventually reconnect them and also told me how bad the install was. I would never use this company ever again, and I would never recommend their services to anyone. HORRIBLE!!! Do yourself a favor and stay away. I've had windshields replaced before and never had to deal with this type of stuff. 1st mistake was having them do 2 vehicles. Broken glass was left all over on the first car. Then I noticed chipped paint all around. 2nd vehicle has a lump in the weather stripping and you can also hear air coming thru when driving on the freeway. After weeks of waiting, the same installers come out to attempt a repair..."Unfortunately that is what happens sometimes" is what I am now being told. As for the chipped paint, they come out with the wrong color and the guy with the tattoos and pony tail said he would come back out the next day to touch up. I strongly suggest anyone thinking about having this place repair your window please don't do it. The molding on my windshield fell off in less than a week after they repaired it for cracks in the windshield, I have been since trying several times a week every week since the middle of December to have someone come out and fix it because it's supposed to be under warranty. Now they told me if I bought a part deal have somebody come out and fix it bullshit. Customer service is zero the lady who answers the phone she's so nice in the beginning when she's trying to get your business and now she's very disrespectful. This place is definitely not worth the hassle I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau I also will be pursuing other avenues to make sure they're held accountable. Can I give ZERO stars. The lady I dealt with seemed VERY nice and they were timely. BUT when they showed up to fix my chipped windshield their was a guy with her that was rude and wouldn't even look up from his phone, unless it was a rude/snide comment coming out of his mouth. There IS a correct and INCORRECT way of saying I don't feel comfortable enough in my skills to fix a tinted windshield. This is NOT my first time getting a chip fixed in my windshield and I have NEVER had anyone not able to do so. Also, rude/snide comments are NOT a good business practice. Id rather eat shards of glass than ever deal with them again! My usual glass guy was busy and I hook lined and sinker fell for their 85.00 gimmick. :( Bunch of low class, non professional goons! Never have a used the word in such a way but I prefer to use it here rather than have a potty mouth.. I had not one, but two windshields to be replaced, I called the lady, went over everything and I made an appointment. I should have known better when I heard multiple dogs going insane in the back round.. Now some business owners do bring fido to work so I passed it over and the lady was hacking on the phone and said she was working from home.. ok sick no big deal. The next morning these two goons from goon incorporated show up in a pimped out f-150 or whatever on 20 inch rims.. hmm more hints of a non professional company. Did I mention they showed up late? Ah of corse they did! Here is where it gets better, the trucks.. both chevy silverado's, took them forever. I have had plenty of lass replaced.. this was abnormal. Then I peak outside and goon # 2 had sliced his hand and was bleeding everywhere.. yay. It goes on and on.. but a few hours later, some broken plastic, scratched paint and blood left over on one of my trucks they were done. So now.. fast forward a couple weeks and it gets good. I had wrote down the dates but could not sadly find them :( Not one.. two.. three... four... five... but six.. yes SIX calls later and finally raising hell after several months I was told i could get a check that day if I drove over... at a specific time before they headed out to dinner. Well I seized that opportunity as moma only raised 1 fool "my sister" I showed up... it was a house.. goon residence... welcome.. Took a while for the door to get answered and mrs goon finally came out, a cig in her hand and her yippy dogs too and ready to light up! No apology.. nada! The $85 cashback offer enticed me into choosing Premiere Auto Glass for my windshield replacement. Unfortunately, it was a huge hassle the whole way through. ~09/25/09 - Called Premiere Auto Glass and inquired about the $85 cashback offer. I was told that they are a preferred/pre-approved glass provider through my insurance company and that my insurance company normally pays out very quickly (within a week or two). Premiere stated that they mail out the $85 check once they get paid by the insurance company. Everything sounded good, so I scheduled a windshield replacement appointment. 09/28/09 - initial windshield install/replacement date. The techs were very friendly and professional, replacing my windshield quickly. ~09/29/09 - noticed a loud air noise coming from my windshield while driving around. Called Premiere auto-glass and they scheduled an appointment to come out and fix the problem. ~10/1/09 - Premiere techs came out and added more sealant/glue to the bottom of my new windshield. Within a couple days I noticed that I could still hear the air noise, so I called Premiere and scheduled another appointment. ~10/5/09 - Premiere techs came out and put another brand new windshield in. No more wind noise! Yay! 11/16/09 - After waiting a month & a half after my initial install (insurance billing) date, I called Premiere to find out what happened to my check. Spoke to an office person. She said sorry, they forgot to send it out and they would mail out the $85 check to me that week. 12/08/09 - Still no check, called and spoke to an office person. She said the first check was mailed 11/27. I never received it. She said she would mail another check today. 12/11/09 - Finally received my check. It was dated 11/27, but I don't think it takes a week and a half to send a piece of mail across Phoenix. In addition, the check should have been mailed on 11/20 at the latest, because I called on 11/16 and they assured me it would be mailed out that week. I also had a very strong smell of glue/sealant in my car after each of the windshield installs/fix attempts that lingered for a long time, even after leaving my car windows open to air it our for hours. My girlfriend reported that she did not have this strong smell when she had her windshield replaced last month (by another company). So, I'm sorry Premiere, you have a great offer and it looks like you can do great work, but the huge hassles I went through makes me drop you down to 2 stars in this case. Would I give them another try? Possibly, as that $85 cashback reward is quite an enticing offer and they were friendly & professional about resolving all the issues. read more

Great service. Justin replaced my windshield today and came with the wrong windshield at first, which was my fault for describing it incorrectly when booking the appointment. He immediately got on his phone and found another location that had my correct windshield and drove all the way to Tempe to get it and bring it back. I live in Mesa so that was not a quick trip for him. He was very nice and professional, and finished the job in a very timely manner. My car looks beautiful again! Highly recommend. read more

Do not use this company. Like others here who have posted issues with the cashback offer, I had the same very negative experience in trying to get the cashback. They sent me to the bank not one but twice with a check drawn on a bank account with no funds to cover it. Very fraudulent. It wasn't until I demanded cash, and drove to their offices to pick it up (after months of being put off and yanked around), that I actually received the cashback. My installation was reasonable, and the end result acceptable, but the entire experience was marred by Scott's shady dealings with the cashback offer. (My experience was further marred, when the installation tech broke a piece on my truck, and opted not to say anything about it. Had I not been watching, I would not have know about it until too late. Thankfully I was watching, called Premier afterwards, and they took care of it.) It's a shame that they have such shady practices, as there are many other companies in the valley that offer similar deals, and will probably give you the promised cashback, without the shady actions and jerking customers around. Do not use this company!!!!! I wish I would have read these Yelp reviews prior to selecting them to replace my windshield. I had them replace my windshield two months ago and I still have not received my cashback offer. I was initially told that I would receive my check two weeks after the windshield replacement. I've called the office several times and each time I'm told a different story. Finally I called today and told them that I really need to get to the bottom of this since it's now been two months since I had the job done and no check in my hands. The girl told me that she'd give a message to the manager, who writes the checks, to find out what is going on. We'll see if I get a call back. It appears that the company wants the customers to forget about the check (which I almost did) and then get tired of asking for it and give up. They are a shady company who entices customers to use their services for the cash back offer that isn't ever paid out! UPDATE: 2 months later post windshield fix I finally e-mailed the manager directly explaining the situation and he said the check did go out and he wasn't sure why I never got it and that he'd send another one out that day. I don't believe a check was ever actually sent until this e-mail was sent. You definitely have to pull teeth for your cash back! read more

(2) By the end of the day I had a quote on both. A prompt phone call on Monday morning and our appointment was scheduled. They arrived during the time frame, and were super friendly. The price was exactly as quoted, no hidden costs. The technician did the job in a reasonable time frame and was to the point and friendly. The email I received from Justin said I would receive an $85.00 cash rebate at the time of the install. The installer replaced the windshield in a workmanship manor, but didn't have the rebate. He told me it would be along in a few days, which turns out was a lie. On April 8, 2013 I called to inquire about the rebate, and was told the delay was an oversight and it would go out the next day, which was a lie. On April 17, 2013 I called again and was told that there was a problem with Lnix, the company that handles State Farms auto glass, I think this may have been a lie too. Anyway I called my agent and was told it was very unusual for a payment problem with Linx, but that they would look into it and fix it if needed. On April 22, 2013 I called back and talked to Chris, she said everyone was busy and I would be called back, this was a lie. The same day I called back again at 3:00 PM and talked to Whitney, She said everyone has gone home and she commented that she was just there to answer the phones and couldn't access any billing statements. This might not have been a lie, but considering the history it would be unusual. On April 23, 2013 I called three times and the phone went to voice mail. On April 24, 2013 I called and the phone went to voicemail, the message stated that the subscriber's voice mailbox was full. The next step will be filing a small claims action with the Justice of the Peace court in Peoria AZ. read more

Called this company because of the cash incentive rebate. I still have not received a check, or an estimated arrival date for one, despite my best attempts to get an expected date. Plan on complaining to the BBB if I do not hear back and have a check in hand by next Wednesday. 4/3/2013 - Had windshield replaced... afterwards the rear view mirror bounced around so bad that I could not even use it to look behind me. Called the company who told me this was 'normal' when the OEM windshield is replaced with a new one. I've had quite a few windshields replaced and have not had this problem. They sent a tech out who shoved some plastic pieces behind it that seemed to stop the bouncing. 5/29 - Called the company to inquire about the status of the rebate. Was told that there was a family emergency and the person that cut the checks had been out for a while but the person I spoke to said he would mail the check the next day. 6/7 - Still no check. Called the office and the person who answered the phone said the check had been sent on 6/4 (6 days later than he had previously promised to send it). 6/11 - Still no check. Called the office and the woman who I spoke to, while she was very nice, went into a 20 minute rant about how everyone in the family had caught some illness that had left her as the only one able to run the office. She was not sure when the check was sent or where it was sent to but would get back to me the day after to confirm my address. 6/20 - Still no check, haven't heard back from the company. I should have looked them up on yelp before I called them. I too have not received the $85 incentive. I have called them repeatedly and now they won't even answer the phone. I blocked my # and they answered and as soon I spoke the guy cut me off and said "Scott would call back" and that was at 10:00 am today. I had my window replaced a month ago! Also, the rear view mirror is loose and shaky and they twice have said they are coming out to fix it and just haven't shown up. At this point I really don't want any of them near my vehicle any more! I have used other companies with similar incentives and have never had a problem. This was quite a learning experience for me. They are completely unprofessional and rude. Buyer Beware!!! Had this company do a few windshields (hoping they would fix the issues a second time) and they put in broken glass on the side so a stress crack would form (and it did). Also, pictures from a previous install showed a lack of expertise with the install. (ex. too much glue in some, not enough in many places...not consistent, and glass brushed up against the truck frame.) In the other vehicle, air was getting into the cab from a poor seal and scraped the paint. They seem to want to do a poor job the insurance claims so it needs to be fixed again...Do not recommend! They replaced the windshield even though they were an hour and a half beyond the time they gave me. Scott had promised a promotional $100 for using their service. He gave my wife a personal check for the $100 with the paperwork. 5 days later the back notified me it was returned due to non sufficient funds. I called and was told they had a "problem" with the account and were re-issuing the checks to all customers. This check never arrived. Talked with "Amanda" 10 days later and she told me she was going to personally put a check in the mail, which 9 days later had not arrived. It was then when I called they said I needed to load "Cash App" on my phone and they would send the money, which of course I never received. It still shows "no activity" as of today. Scott sent a phone screenshot in a text message showing an account (not his) had been debited for $100.00 I emailed him my screen shot showing the no activity ever and it was at that point Premier would no longer answer my phone calls or email. If you are getting your windshield replaced and your insurance is paying it, I would recommend you get it done elsewhere especially if you plan on them honoring their promotion.
