This company was great! I had given up all hope of having a party trolley because so many of my guests were non-committal and I didn't want to pay a lot of money for only a few ppl. On top of that, I was dismayed by several other companies that had 3-hr minimums from $550-650. I decided I would give it one last shot... Only a few days before the scheduled event, I called Premier Trolley and spoke with Tom, who was extremely flexible. I told him my situation and he was willing to negotiate with me to get a trolley for 2 hours. We talked ice & alcohol, music, route, etc. Tom was very easy-going and accommodating. We finalized our plans, and he said he would confirm with me in a day or two. When I hadn't heard from Tom the day of the event, I became worried. I called him up, reminded him of our plans, and then everything was fine. He assured me the trolley would be there and ready for the party of the ages. Somehow I managed to pull together a great crowd and they adored their ride in the spacious and beautiful boat on wheels. It was sleek and clean, with some decorations and lights. Coolers were ready to be filled. Our driver was very helpful--he asked us where we would like to go. If we didn't know, he just found a nice route. All in all, this was a pleasant and easy-going experience. Those guests who had never been on a party trolley and had been dragging their feet about it realized what they had almost missed out on. My husband and I recently used Premier Trolley and Limo as transportation service for our wedding. I have heard unpleasant stories about transportation companies showing up late or not being what people expected, however Premier Trolley and Limo were true to their word and did an excellent job. Leading up to the wedding, Tom, the owner, was always accommodating to our needs and was always very informative throughout this whole process. He was willing to work with us in any way to make us happy. On the day of the wedding, the trolley arrived on time, which allowed our day to run smoothly. It rained on our wedding day which slowed us down a little bit with having to deal with umbrellas and staying dry. We also had to resort to our plan B for taking pictures. Since we weren't sticking to our original plan, we ended up having the trolley 30-45 minutes passed our scheduled time. We found out later that the trolley had another party to pick up, however the trolley driver never got mad at us and never rushed us. I called Tom a couple days after the wedding to apologize about the overage in time, and Tom assured me that it was ok and that there would be no extra charge. I feel that this level of service does not come from everyone. This goes to show that Tom and his company will always strive for customer service. They are reasonably priced and their trolleys are clean, spacious and beautiful. I would strongly consider using Premier Trolley and Limo for your wedding transportation! read more

Premier Trolley was everything we could have asked for and more for our December wedding last weekend. We used the trolley to take our wedding party around the city to take photos in different locations. I had all kinds of fears planning a wedding in December about crowds, getting stuck in traffic, etc. but our driver Patrick was phenomenal and got us everywhere we needed to be with time to spare. He arrived on time and kept us on schedule the entire day. He was professional and kind and made our experience very relaxed. When we finished our picture locations and we recognized we still had time leftover, he drove us around the city some more since we were having such a blast. It was such a stress-free and fun environment. We got to bring food and drinks on board and listen to our music. The trolley was even decorated for Christmas, making the experience such a joy. Jennifer was such a pleasure to work with and made the planning process such a breeze. She was easy to get ahold of and put my mind at ease many times as the day approached. We used Premier Trolley and Limo for our wedding in September. We had such a great experience from booking the trolley, to the drop-off at the venue. The day of, the driver arrived early and was extremely accommodating (we forgot ice, so he stopped for us - Premier Trolley provided the coolers; we forgot umbrellas and there was chance of drizzle so driver had a bunch on hand for us if needed while taking photos outside - luckily never needed them). Not to mention, the trolley we had (The Coll Doll) was beautiful. It was not your normal trolley but much more elegant looking and great for pictures while traveling on the trolley. I could not be happier with the way it all turned out. The driver seemed to know the city well and was taking very efficient routes to each photo op spot (which was important since we had a lot to do in 4 hours). If you want a unique, special trolley experience, I suggest this company. It may come off as a little higher in price than others trolley companies, but the look of the trolley we had and the great service was well worth it! read more

My friends and I have used this company for every holiday trolley event that I can remember over the last 7 years. The responsiveness, professionalism, flexibility, and incredible team make all the difference and are why we go back time and time again when we know we want to host an incredible event and ensure all our guests have the best time. When my partner and I got engaged last year, Premier was the first thought we had for how to transport the bridal party around the city for photos and the ceremony, and what an incredible way to ensure our guests get home safely at the end of the night with an hourly shuttle from the venue back to the hotel! The team was amazing every step of the way, even decorating the non-wedding limo with garland and greenery so it felt just as magical as the rest of our day! We used Premier Trolley for wedding transportation and couldn't be happier! We hadn't planned on a trolley, but came across Premier Trolley while searching for a limo. The owner, Tom, was so easy to work with and it was clear we would get a much better experience and value with Premier than with the typical limo packages. Tom was flexible in scheduling and was able to work out timing with us given that we did not need transportation for the full 4 hours. We were able to BYOB and snacks. Tom checked in with us several times leading up to the wedding day, as well as after. On the day of, the driver arrived a little early, so we did not have to wait at all after our ceremony. The trolley was beautiful - clean, A/C, and easy to hook up our own music, and could accommodate a large number of people. The driver was willing to drive us to our photo locations and the reception and we stayed on time the whole time. Absolutely FABULOUS!!! I wanted to have a family friendly pub crawl for my daughter for her 21st Bday as she came home from the university. I called and spoke with TOM who was just so friendly and accommodating. I told him I wanted to have the pub crawl in Brookfield as many of the family lived in the burbs. He said it was no problem. Nick who was our driver called a couple of days before to introduce himself and get any last minute logistics. He was very friendly and professional. Day of, Nick arrived early and the trolley was decked out in holiday decorations. It was beautiful. There were coolers on the trolley in case we wanted to put some adult beverages. Nick even stopped at CVS for a last minute stop. The sound system worked great and we were able to get some dancing on the trolley in. This place is the best! Great prices and our driver was the best. Arrived on time. The owner is so welcoming. Which only means, he truly cares about his customers. Easy to communicate. The trolley that we rented on 10/17 had 2 coolers set up already with a big space in the back for extra coolers (we brought 2 more) and food trays. Our driver was very accomodating to our needs & stops. Finding the best route possible and was very professional when it came to our agents having a little too much fun on the trolley. They have a bluetooth system on board as well. Which is great! Last but not least, we saw the different types of trolleys they had online and the owner sure did surprise us when we all saw it outside. I went with this company because it was the only company that had the back of the trolley open to see out to the city. However Tom and Colleen did state that they couldn't promise me anything in regards to the trolley I wanted because they didn't want to disappoint me in case a trolley broke down on them. Wish I could give this company more than 5 stars!! I ordered a trolley for my 25th birthday, and Tom was super easy and flexible to work with! The driver arrived 15 minutes earlier to let us know that he was waiting outside! They supplied the coolers and even some ice! The sound system was awesome, and the balcony on the back of the trolley was a total plus!!! Everyone had so much fun! We didn't really have an itinerary planned, so the driver took us throughout the city the whole night! Only downfall was that the air conditioning broke earlier that day so it was a bit hot, but other than that it was a complete success!! About 6 of my friends asked me for the name and number of the company so that they can use them to plan out their future parties!! Most definitely will be using them again!!! read more

Premier Trolley was one of the highlights of my wedding day. The trolleys themselves are immaculate and unlike most I've ridden on in the city, they have a great interior and the exterior deck added another element that mixed things up. They were on time, they communicated well, and everything from music hookup to beverages flowed smoothly (especially the beverages, which went down SO smooth). I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Premier Trolley and Limo. Absolutely incredible! Before I booked the trolley, I did a ton of research on trolleys in Chicago, and I was about to book with either Second City or Trolley Co. I rented a trolley with premier trolley about 3 weeks ago for my 25th birthday and it was a success! Booking the trolley was super easy and Tom was very responsive and answered all my questions. I'm so glad my friend found this company online because I originally was looking into another company but they couldn't accommodate my pick up and drop off location and premier trolley did!! The trolley arrived on time and it looked even better in person. Our driver was nice and patient with all of us. I was really impressed with everything inside the trolley (sound system, balcony, coolers), there was so much room inside for my guest to be comfortable. Awesome Trolley and an awesome time. I have been on many trolleys in the last few years and this was by far the best trolley i've been on. Definitely recommend Premier Trolley and Limo if your looking to have a great night with your friends and family. It's fairly priced compared to a regular night out and way more fun so if your looking to change things up on a an average weekend Premier Trolley is the way to go. I definitely plan on using them again for a regular weekend night but also for special occasions and events. In my opinion I would much rather use this Trolley service every weekend than just go out going from bar to bar. I reached out to Premier Trolley recently to set up my sister's bachelorette party. I spoke with both Tom & Colleen, and each time I felt I was in good hands. I went ahead and put a payment down, but a couple days later realized that the timing that they required would ultimately not work for our evening. I called again and was pleasantly surprised when Tom gave me a refund without any hassle (because as he said "it was the right thing to do") and wished me the best. We rented a trolley for a bachelorette party in Chicago and from start to finish, it was a wonderful experience. Making the reservation was a breeze, Tom the owner was very helpful and kind on the phone. On the evening of our event, the driver, Gerardo, texted and called to confirm the pick up time and location. He was wonderful and told me to text him when we were ready to move on to the next bar. He was always outside waiting for us the second we were ready to move on. If you are looking to rent a trolley Premier Trolley is the way to go! Tom the owner is the best! He is very nice and helpful when trying to figure out what kind of trolley you are looking for! I've rented a trolley twice from Premier and both times I have had the best time! Whether it's 20 or 30 people they have trolleys that accommodate any size party! They have updated Bluetooth speakers which were fantastic and they supplied coolers for beverages! The drivers I have had were great and arrived on time!
