When my husband arrived at their shop the next day there was a $50 fee to get anything out of my car. They wouldn't let him drive our good car into the lot to get the two bags of dirt out of our damaged car, (they wanted a 70 year old to carry 80 lbs of dirt for 3 blocks!). Veterans refused the body shop tow truck entry the first time they went, as Veterans Towing wanted 1) get paid in cash only, 2) proof of workman's comp coverage (originals only) and the driver was told he must have 3) a written release from us to pick up the car. This delayed everything by 2 days. All I can say is be aware of all the hoops you must jump through to get your property back, if you are unfortunate enough to use them.

He was yelling at customers for what seemed like no real reason and speaking to everyone in a really disrespectful way. When the person I was with calmly tried to tell him he was being unfair and treating people badly, he became even more aggressive and acted like he wanted to pick a fight. The whole situation felt hostile and completely unprofessional. Instead of helping customers, he was creating a tense and uncomfortable environment for everyone there. It was honestly shocking to see a business allow someone to treat customers that way. I would not recommend this place based on the way people were treated during our visit.

I got jerked around by another tow truck company, then called Century…read more Century was polite, prompt, affordable, and they just got the job done quickly, safely, courteously and at the price they quoted me on the phone. The other company I had tried first took forever to get to us, then they wanted to add mileage from a half-hour away, the miles to get to us, not just the miles they towed us. The other company was bait & switch, Century was just the opposite. These guys are GREAT.
