OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE. Sent out a request via Yelp and received a call almost immediately. The person I spoke with was professional and easy to work with when a scheduling pickup. Tow truck Driver was on time (actually early) to meet me at the car and I was able to hand off the keys and go. Received a follow up call from the driver when the car was delivered to the mechanic AND a follow up message from the person I scheduled with to make sure all went well. They came out back in March to replace a dead battery. The battery died again so we called. Another company came out and said the battery is too small for our car and that he over charged us. We have been trying to get a hold of the, but all the numbers don't work and one number we had gave us a number to a lady. This company is a scam. i would give 0 if I could. i've been waiting an hour now for a tire change and was just notified my driver "couldn't find my vehicle" even though I'm sitting at the exact address that I provided. The driver then cancelled my service with no communication. I reached out to their office and was notified a driver will be with me in the next hour. Even though I ended up going through my insurance because I am paying for roadside assistance, I declined Demi's services . I am pretty sure if that you purchase something and then immediately return it you would normally get a full refund, not lose $125. Given that my car started, my choices given to me by Demi were lose $430 or lose $125. I admit that I agreed to only lose $125, but I also think it's very similar to outright stealing a customer's money. I also requested to speak directly to the owner of the business and was denied that opportunity. read more

My car died last Tuesday. The guy who came told me the battery was $329. I asked how much service was. He said it's included in the battery charge. My insurance company asked me for a detailed breakout of labor and materials before they would reimburse me. I asked the guy and he said the battery was the whole charge.
