I knew I needed a lot of work done to my car, and I expected them to say something about it. Al was my point of contact the entire time, and he seemed reluctant to say anything at first. However, he said he heard some clicking noise and rattling as he was driving it into the garage and decided to let me know about them since they could be serious. He took a look and found a couple of issues, and he presented me with some temporary fixes and one that showed a little more urgency. He wasn't trying to cheat me, rather he was just trying to make my car last longer and it be safer. I told him about some other things I knew about (the knock sensor, catalytic converter) and asked him to give me a quote while he's working on things. I was happy with the prices and was confident that he had things under control. When I went to pick up the car, Al even showed me the old parts they replaced and explained why they needed to be replaced. Many of them were indeed corroded and in poor shape. I drove my car home, and the power to the engine has returned and no more rattling or clicking sounds. He also went an extra mile and fixed a panel in my interior that the screw holders had broken. I didn't even ask him to replace it, but he went ahead and fixed it. I am a happy customer and would return to them in a heartbeat.

I was able to submit pictures of my damage to get a preliminary estimate which was right in the price range I thought it would be. Took the car in and my in person estimate was very similar to the initial one. I needed to keep repairs under a certain amount and they were super understanding and worked with me to get the repair I was looking for. They texted me updates of the progress, were able to get the car fixed in record time, there were puppies there at one point, they gave me flowers when I picked up my car, and they let me borrow a loaner car while they had my car. I took the car in right as they closed on a Wednesday, and by like 10am the next morning, I was sent a link to TekMetric - an app they use to document their entire process, including photos, diagnoses, and individual notes from the tech. The total on the repairs was MUCH higher than I anticipated, and I was a bit freaked out, but when I called them, I spoke with the person who inspected my car, and we went through each item individually over the phone, and discussed what was immediate safety concerns, things I SHOULD do but could get away with, and things that are more preventative measures that will need to be addressed down the line. They were very upfront with me about the timeline, which was a very quick turnaround. I've seriously have never been so impressed with a shop before.
