Very good customer service. It was great working with Cary and his staff. The repair took a little longer than expected. But that may have been because of some issues with getting the right parts and since the radiator needed to be replaced (since it was not initially possible to open the hood, this was not known until later). The repair ended up being more than the estimate of both the shop and the insurance appraiser. But since we were not at fault and because the radiator needed to be replaced, not such a concern. It was certainly not overpriced either (based on 2015 repair done at Gerbers). Cary is very helpful. He suggested contacting the insurance company of the other driver, who as at fault, so that we would not need to seek reimbursement from our insurance carrier for our deductible. Good advice. The only thing we paid for before applying for reimbursement was additional insurance on the rental car. Enterprise is near by and will shuttle you to/from Advanced. read more

I initially took my 2004 Saab to Advanced back in 2006. After some time, some of the wear and tear of living in the city took its toll on some of the work. I initially felt unhappy about this and brought my voice to Yelp. Advanced Auto Body took note of this review and reached out to let me know that their work has a lifetime warranty and invited me to come in to take a look at it. Upon seeing it, they eagerly offered to repair the work at no cost to me. It was a great example of how a business can take social media into their hands and turn a seemingly unhappy experience of a disgruntled customer and convert them into a happily returning customer. I was hit by someone insured through American Family Insurance. This was the closest body shop approved by them - so when I saw the reviews I was in! They gave me great customer service and felt confident in their ability to repair my vehicle! They delivered! Made sure they walked me back to show everything was back in order. As well as communicated with me through the process. It was pretty easy with the rental car situation - especially when I was picking up my vehicle. I also had some other damage that I had them repair that was unrelated to the accident. I felt that quote was reasonable and they offered to try and find cheaper parts and kept me in the loop about receiving them. It can be very difficult getting parts for newer cars - but they didn't take too long - just as expected! I would definitely go back! But HOPE I don't have to! read more

If I could give this place no stars I would. They fixed my car one time and damaged the hood then had the audacity to say that my hood was like that when it got there. They had chipped the paint and then tried to poorly cover it up with some other black paint. My mother got her car fixed here and they put a different bumper on her car that did not fit properly. I don't know how these people are still in business or how they have such high ratings I would never take my car here again. read more

I had my Dodge Magnum repaired a few months after purchasing it in 2005. Right door damage and the work they did in matching was great. The best part they have lifetime warranty on their repairs and here it is 7 years later and some small rust was appearing on the bottom of the door. I brought the car in and Cary told me to bring it in that they would repair it. The job was done quickly and he also removed and repainted and placed the molding back and it was all covered under warranty. That's what i call an ethical body shop. No fine print no worry. I have taken several cars to be fixed there and recommend anyone to do the same. They are very customer service oriented. read more

If you have insurance through State Farm, this shop is one of their Select Service Repair Facilities; your claim will be handled without any hitches and original parts will be used. Sent my 2000 Saab there after a recommendation from Perillo back in 2002 and have been there 3 times since. Just got my Range Rover back yesterday for some damage from a coo-coo cab driver in downtown (you know them) and the truck was sparkling when I got it back. We ONLY go to Advanced Auto Body! They are extremely trustworthy which is hard to say with auto repair. I know I am getting the best quality service at a reasonable price with quick turnaround. We have referred countless friends to them. We had our Honda Element and Toyota Echo repaired numerous times over the past 10 years. Most recently, they replaced the brakes on the Honda. They even washed the car, inside and out which we did not expect. We've even asked them for suggestions on new cars. We trust them from soup to nuts for our car needs. read more

Cary and Celeste are the best! I am REALLY particular and they help me manage my car to my standards. The work their shop turns out is amazing and they have a great negotiated rate with Hertz. They get that it is tough out there and they keep the cost down for you without compromising your car looking great. Living in the city it seams that you always get a scraps and or a dents from other people. They are great at prioritizing and keeping my car looking great. I drop off my car sometimes when I will be away on business. I come home to my car in my garage gleaming like new with a note from them. They go above and beyond for you; most recently I was having an issue with my Xenon headlamp. I was quoted over $1,000 for just the part at another shop and Advanced Auto Body searched and found me a refurbished unit. $460 installed with tax! Cary showed me what was wrong, Saab Exchange obviously had forced the bulb in the wrong way and broke the headlamp assembly causing it so shake when you drive. He also showed me how to install the bulb, it is so easy and shops charge you $90 to do it. They even gave me the Xenon bulb... Very nice, but somewhat incompetent. went there to have my toyota prius fixed after being rear-ended. i explained that the CD player was not working after the collision. it took over 3 weeks to fix and they didn't even look at the CD player! i eventually took it to the dealer who had to replace it. read more

My story: I had my first car and second accidents of my life on Tuesday morning, March 17th 2015 (at the same time). My car was damaged on the front and on the left side. My front passenger side door had a dent in it from a bad park job way before I had the accidents, but everything just looked worse after my poor car got crippled. I was told by my insurance company to drop my car off at Hertz and that Hertz would move my car around to an auto shop in my network and it ended up being Advanced Auto Body. They called to confirm everything and to ask me questions about what I wanted done and if there is anything else I needed (oil change, fresh brake fluid, windshield wiper fluid, etc.) They also gave me an estimate on the cost of fixing the bump on my passenger side door. Every estimate I had ever gotten before was in the thousands because most autorepair shops just want to replace the entire door I learned. Here at AAB they said they could fix it for around 600 dollars. I could not believe my ears! I told them that I would definitely come back to have my door fixed some time after I finish off paying my insurance deductible because of the accident. Later, I get my car back in absolutely no time at all and it looks good as new! Clean! Shiny! Aligned! What really surprised me is that, just to be nice, they decided to fix the bump on the passenger side door of my car as a surprise. I am touched. I cannot believe someone would go out of their way to do this for me. My car looks BEAUTIFUL. I would recommend this place to everybody and, knowing me, I probably will! They're also just the sweetest people you'll every meet! Just tell them what's going on and they'll try their best to help you out. Truly defining what it means to go above and beyond. Advanced Auto Body is the best. I have had to use their services for both body work and inside the body work, ie: brakes, lights, etc. Each and every time my experience with them has been magnificent. One of the things that I really like and very much appreciated was being told what needed to be done now and what could be held off for a while without doing any damage to the car. This enables me to make financial decisions that are not based on fear. In the past, I've been treated poorly by many repair shops (especially at the dealerships) where they tried to make me feel as if I didn't repair everything they said right now, I'd be doing a Fred Flintstone with my car very soon. As a human being (and particularly as a woman) I want to be able to trust the people who take care of my car and I have absolute and utter trust in Celeste, Cary and their crew at Advanced Auto Body.
