Great service: they gave me an appointment time, and Derek was standing with me looking at the car within 5 minutes of my arrival. Honesty & integrity: he said "let me get the paint off to see how bad it is". He came back with a solution, rubbed the spot, and it wasn't a gouge at all. It was gone. I offered to pay him for the clean up (feeling a little silly to be honest) but he said no problem! If something really happens to the car I'll be back there for sure, and I recommend it for anything you need.

I honestly do not understand how this business has received so many positive reviews based on my personal experience. The high ratings make me question how accurately they reflect the customer service and quality of repairs. My vehicle still has the same noise issue that I originally reported, along with several other problems that were never properly addressed. I have tried contacting Liz multiple times, but she has not responded. What is especially frustrating is that communication seemed to stop after the insurance payment was received. I trusted this business to repair my vehicle professionally, but instead, I have been left with unresolved problems and no meaningful follow-up. I cannot speak for other customers or the authenticity of their reviews, but my experience has been completely different from what the high ratings suggest. I strongly encourage potential customers to be cautious, carefully inspect their vehicles after repairs, and make sure all issues are resolved before considering the job complete. I wish I could give zero stars. I would not recommend B&L Automotive based on my experience.

Damage was severe enough that the car had to be towed. Fortunately, no one was injured. Fast forward roughly four weeks and I reclaimed my car today. It was exactly what I expected: impeccably repaired with a paint job--thanks to master painter and WBS owner Danny Avalos, Jr.--that matched the original finish perfectly. While four weeks seemed overly long, my insurance company's adjustor and appraiser were responsible for most of the delay. Throughout the process, shop manager Eric Villa keep me apprised. Price--you can't beat it!

Perfect every time. They also clean and wash the exterior and even sometimes the interior of the car before returning it to you. They have also repaired small unrelated dings for no extra charge. The gentleman I spoke to from Attica walked me through all the possible options: accepting the determined valuation of my car, getting a check for what my insurance way willing to pay and paying the difference for Attica to repair it for less, or buying back the car from the insurance company and sending it to Attica. Although he stood to gain nothing, he suggested I take the total loss. He was really patient with me, and I am so thankful for his time.
