Upon looking at the car, they stated that a certain part has to be replaced, I agreed. After they completed the job, I did the test drive and the problem I came there with was still there, so nothing changed after they have been working on it for 3 days. They still charged me over $800 saying that they fixed the problem that they found. I truly don't understand what they have replaced if the issue that I initially had, has never been solved. Furthermore, they advised that alignment should be performed. Okay, fine, I agreed. Then I come to find out that they gave the car to a different service center which I btw never agreed to. (That service center had 2 stars in reviews, so I wouldn't even trust it in the first place). Upon confronting them, they stated that they do this all the time. That's weird because in the beginning they assured me that all work is being done "in-house". Later, I decided to go and get a second opinion at the dealership. They found the problem and actually fixed it!!! So again, I don't know what this place worked on or pretended to work on. I will never come back here and advise you to look for a different body shop because in my honest opinion, this place is a scam!

UNETHICAL BUSINESS PRACTICES! This dealer plays a bait and…read moreswitch game with their online listings. We tried to buy a 2025 Jeep Sahara 4xe. The price listed online was about $32k. After wasting two hours at the dealership doing a test drive and requesting, multiple times, an "out the door" price, we were finally presented a sheet of paper showing a total price of over $46k. This included many extras, such as $2995 for a Certified Pre-Owned warranty, despite the fact that the car was advertised as CPO at the $32k price. They also included a $1995 charge for a "Payment Processing Fee" among other nonsense. We left the dealer and were followed to our car by two other salespeople who tried talking us back inside. They were wasting their breath. We will never set foot in this den of thievery ever again. Buyer beware! This is a rip-off joint.

I didn't expect to be car shopping this year at all, but I got pushed into the car market recently…read moreafter the airbag on my previous car became defective and was too costly to replace for how old the car was. I had always been curious about Volvo, so my husband and I decided to stop by one Saturday while we were out and about. I test drove the XC40 and really loved the way it drove. I hadn't test drove a car in 11 years, so I really was blown away by all of the tech and safety features. Due to this being the first car I had test drove, I had no desire to jump into the sales process at all. I test-drove and researched many other cars over the course of 2 weeks, but I kept coming back to Volvo. It had everything I was looking for. I maintained contact with Erick during this time and he answered all of my various questions and maintained patience as I kept changing my mind about exterior colors. I ended up getting a XC40 from this dealership and they also handled the process of taking my old car and sending it to Carmax on my behalf. Brian from the finance team was also extremely easy to work with. He carefully explained the details of the protection plans they offered. I rarely opt in for protection plans for anything I purchase, but the protection plan that covered minor damages to the body, replacement keys, damaged rims, etc, seemed worth it. Just like Erick, Brian wasn't pushy at all. They both came across very genuine and easy going throughout the process. Working with Howard Orloff Volvo was a pleasant process and I would recommend this dealership to others.
