don't use this company they are fraudulent. they are not movers. they piggy back off other movers and the price is never the same, they changed the price after items were on the way for delivery and when i debated it with them they told me that my stuff would go into storage. the worst movers ever, damaged many items, lost items, these people need to be stopped. file with the attorney general of nj, file with bbb, file with secretary of state and head of transportation. they have over 25 complaints with bbb and many on here. the good reviews are by their owners and fake. read more

Had friends use this company they had the worst experience ever I would not recommended to anyone. Look at hidden reviews there all negative (must be paying to advertise) don't be fooled . They make false promises and some of their furniture was damaged. read more

I made a big mistake of hiring these guys. big time cheats!! they under quote first, they raise it three times when they come to load as you have planned out everything and don't want to cancel this and go for someone else, then they will insist on only cash payment, they will not unload till you pay them the cash, (all these conditions are not on the quote) they damaged the stuff, they assembled the stuff so badly that the beds broke apart next day. they did not take all the stuff, left behind 1/4th and wanted to schedule another trip later. The team leader Joe and Manager Ruben are so rude and tells you to go and do what ever you want to do, but they will not budge. They take their own sweet time to do the work so that they can bill the hours. you need to chase them, otherwise they will be sitting in the truck, chatting, smoking, using the cell phones etc. They will first take the money so that you are stuck with them. NEVER USE THEM. read more

This company was highly recommended by a colleague that had a good experience however mine has been absolutely horrible. This company is unprofessional, poor communication and disorganized. Please Please Please do yourself a service and go with other movers. I was told a 4 day window for delivery of my items and here it is 8 days later, I still do not have my belongings. I have to call to get ALL updates. I rearranged travel plans twice to assure I was present to receive my items and kept receiving conflicting arrival dates on the day of projected arrival. Today I overheard the owner, Joe, snap and say "why does she keep bothering us". He was very condescending in explaining the moving process. I informed him that his employees are the ones guaranteeing exact dates therefore the expectation is set in spite of what's stated in a contract. I wish I would have gone with my gut and gone with another company that was very direct and clear but I valued my co-worker's expertise and experience. They are scammers and rude...stay away!!!! read more

I just recently moved from NJ to CT and hired Premier Movers as my moving company. They did a wondeful job. I needed to change the date of my move a few times and they were very flexible. The team that came on moving day was very professional and got everythign loaded and to my destination without any problems. read more

this was my first time hiring movers, and so far it's been horrible the front desk lady is fairlawn was extremely rude to my mother did not let her speak and came completely out of her role as customer service she hung up in her multiple times, cause my mother was confused about something on her paperwork.. read more

RUDE! The 'boss' on the job did not listen to a word we said. He wrapped things I did not ask him to wrap and then charged me extra for it! When I would mention things to the other movers he would snap at me and tell me that he is in charge and anything I have to say should be said to him. Overall a terrible experience. Many unknown fees and not a pleasant person to be helping you move out of your home. Would not recommend to anyone.. read more

Oh My God, where to start from. This is the worst experience by far we had with movers, and we moved a lot. Almost all the furniture came out damaged and stretched. They simply did not protected it well, and since they had to upload it to the truck, unloaded to the storage, then uploaded it again to a truck and unloaded to our new place, the furniture got bitten Even though they claimed to be a big and serious company, they did not have a truck, it was the Budget rental. After unpacking all the boxes we realized that some things are missing. When we contacted Ruben, the main guy, he said they would check their warehouse. We did not hear from them since. Save your self time and furniture and move with someone else. read more

STAY AWAY from this company. My worst ever experience dealing with any company for any service. My terrible mistake was to contact them without looking at their review. They will tell you what you want to hear until you pay them the advance and once you pay, they will start exposing their real identity. From my experience, their business model is to make money by cheating the potential customers from the advance payments they make. They will tell you one thing (about the estimated cost and the terms & conditions) over the phone to convince you to pay the deposit and after receiving the payment, they will send you an agreement for e-signature with completely different terms & conditions that jacks up the cost 2-3 times. Tom (salesman) is a crook and Ruben (owner) is the mastermind behind the scam they run. When looking for a moving company, do your due diligence and you will find a lot of professional and ethical companies who are much more affordable as far as the total cost is concerned, and most importantly you will have the peace of mind throughout the move. Talking to this company is no different from falling into their trap - so STAY AWAY, STAY AWAY and STAY AWAY from this company. read more

I booked this mover based on the estimate I received and gave the deposit, had constant contact with sales with questions and was assure everything would be done that I had requested. (putting a bed together) I was scheduled for 8 am. I confirmed a few days ahead and told the rep that everything would be contained in 1 room of the house on the main floor and the basement in one spot and that was acknowledged. Tha'ts where the communication ended. On the day of the move, I called and emailed after 90 minutes late and got voice mails. I received a call from the driver stating it would be another 45-60 minutes. They finally showed at 11 am (3 hrs late) and after i had called numerous times to the office. I wanted some sort of financial discount and was told that I had to talk to the driver Joe when he got there. When they finally arrived,. he was hesitant about putting the bed together at the destination and stated if he had taken it apart, it would have been put together. I got some excuse for t he lateness (not my problem) and I would have accepted it if I had gotten a call from the office.Everything was loaded up and it took an hour and they followed me to the destianation. The final bill was calculated and I was told I had to pay for a min of 5 hrs not 3.5 like t he estimate said. I was charged 100.00 over the estimate and it was apparant that the job was too far and it should not have been booked. I will be contacting the cc company to dispute the charges. I gave 1 star because the helpers Joe had did a good job, loading and unloading. I will be sharing this review on every site I can. No discount for the lateness and the office didn't want to know anything about it. If I move again, Premier would not me recommended. read more

Firstly, one of the 2 crew members was very inexperienced. We observed the foremen instructing him what to do and how to do things. He was not familiar with how to move and manipulate item in the best and most safe way to avoid damage. We did not receive quality work from this person and it negatively affected the efficiency and quality of the move. 2. Overall the move took excessively long probably, in part, due to the extreme inexperience of one of the crew members and just the shear slow movement of the whole crew! We moved with your company only one year ago from the same type of set up, and it took at least 3-4 hours less time with the same amount of labor! We only acquired 2 more pieces of furniture in the interim, but the distance to our new location was a mere five minutes away as apposed to the half hour last time! The foreman said "there were a lot of 'small boxes' but we packed exactly the same way as last year! 3. Upon arrival at the new house, the foremen offered to either fix the total fee or to continue working on the clock by the hour. We chose the not fix the fee and from that point forward as we did not think in a million years it would take that long! Yet of course we were wrong! It was very evident that the crew slowed their work pace purposely (especially the foreman) to run up the time unnecessarily. This included, them unpacking slowly, not using both hand trucks to bring boxes in the house, carrying one item at a time in one hand with the other hand empty. 4. On top of all this, you would think that the slow "careful" move would at least prevent any damage of objects but the opposite was true and unacceptable. The following items were damaged by Premier during the move: a. Bookshelf scratched badly b. Child's toy car - steering wheel broken off c. Mattress - corner damaged d. Hardwood floor - 2 floor on the way to master bedroom - my wife observed the crew dragging the bed frame along the floor 5. Metal step ladder - we cannot locate our metal step ladder anywhere in the house and we are sure it was taken from the departure point read more

This was the worst moving experience...the 3 men argued on what to move , how to move it and where to put it. The boxes labeled Fragile had more things broken than the ones that were not labeled at all... read more

PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I moved out of state and had them store my entire life for about 2 months. When it was time for them to deliver all of my stuff I was MISSING HALF OF MY BELONGS! AND THE OTHER HALF WAS BROKEN! Please do not trust these people with anything. Then I called the business owner and told him what happened and he said " I will submit it to my insurance company" So now I have to wait till who knows how long to get monetary compensation for my priceless lost and broken items! UNACCEPTABLE!! I feel a small claims case coming along. Also I WILL be sending a report to the Better Business Bureau if I am not compensated within 30 days of my claim. This is ridiculous. PLEASE SAVE YOUR TIME, SANITY, AND AGGRIVATION AND HIRE SOMEONE ELSE. read more

Avoid at all costs!!!! This company lures you in by lowballing the quote, and then completely cheats you on the day of the move. I would give this company zero stars if I could. After speaking with Tom, he sent us a quote of $575 for 4 hours and two men at $115/per hour. Without consulting or informing us, 3 men were sent on the day of the move. The foreman then informed us that it would be a 5 hour minimum (nowhere on our initial contract did it mention there was minimum). My fiancé and I proceeded to move all of our boxes and the majority of the furniture from our apartment to the truck with one of the movers - one mover stood on the truck organizing our boxes and another wrapped our furniture in blankets. Our contract stated we could pay with cash or credit card, however, on the day of the move, the foreman said we had to pay cash and hiked the cost to $964. They would not open the truck until we handed over the cash. The foreman also initially wrote $130/hour and  then scribbled it out and changed it to $148 - no explanation given for that either. The movers scratched our freshly painted walls with the furniture. I truly do not know how they would have been able to do their job without the assistance of me and my fiancé. I can't imagine how long the move would've taken and how many hours they would've racked up and charged us due to their incompetency. The move (including travel time) took a total of under 4 hours, yet they still charged us for 5 hours + 1 hour travel. If you choose this company, you will definitely be cheated. Better to spend your money on an honest company who will actually do their job. read more
