I had a series of difficulties with a PC I purchased from them. The Manager/Owner met with me to select a new PC, with a generous credit. The only reason I don't give 5 stars here is that the communication with staff leading up to the realization I needed a different PC was confusing and frustrating. They are friendly, but they did not seem attuned to the customer's frustration. Finally, I had to request to talk to the Manager in order to get things to happen, and then he was quick to accommodate me. I recommend them; and I would shop there again because of how they resolved my situation. They have little control over the problems that arise, but it's how they handle the problems that matters. They are small, but they have a quality selection and they seem committed to the individual customer's satisfaction; I greatly prefer them over the "big box" stores.

He said that they'd recently implemented some changes so as to avoid further customer confusion (refurbished vs. new parts). We chose Dan & his guys over the other companies not just for cost reasons; it mainly had to do with how Dan approached our bad situation: with confidence, clarity & a clear resolution. Fast-forward to us today, 5 months later: we have a real live working network, workstations, backup & remote access we can depend on for the 1st time in years! While it took some time to get to a final resolution, the staff was persistent, honest, and professional. In summary, the experience was good and communication was excellent. I can't directly compare the service to sending back directly to Lenovo (they might have automatically known about the BIOS problem), but when you use someone local, you get a name and face to deal with directly. My impression is that this business really wants to provide personal customer service. I would use them again.
