There only open on Tuesdays and Thursdays 9 to 11 and 1 to 3. For children ages 2 to 12 years old. When entering you have to check in at the kiosk or the front desk. The place that looks like a large treehouse with two different floors, three slides, and plenty of things to do within the treehouse. The top level with the two big slides are for kids 5 and up Because you have to climb a ladder to get to the second level. There is an area for the kids under two to play with all kinds of toys. Lots of things for kids to play on and play with such as a kitchen with all the fixing grocery carts that seem to be the most popular area. Also, there was a book rack that you could sit down and read a book and comfortable chairs and couches with large Ottomans. Blocks and small basket ball hoop. There is also a kitchen so parents you can get you a cuppa coffee or water or hot chocolate and watch your kids play. They also have snacks for the little ones, there is a refrigerator. I filled out the waiver forms that my best friend sent me in advance as she paid for me. A little background, I'm a parent of a 5 year old with autism who needs to be watched at all times. My best friend was aware so she told me I'd be ok being with him. When my family arrived and went to check in for the party the young lady checking us in gave me a wrist band and socks for my son. I tried to put it on him, but he refused because it's a sensory thing. I told her that I will wear it as he will never not be out of my reach and she told me no. I put it on my wrist anyway, because I'm going to keep my son from any unnecessary behaviors. Then I asked about my pair of socks and she gave me a wrist band that stated I was just a spectator and told me I cannot go with him down the slide. Well my intention is not to go down the slide with him, but I would assist him getting to the slides. Met with another no. After that, I was over it and just walked to the party and let my husband take him to the soft play area. There is huge parking lot there that it shares with the other businesses in the strip mall that it is in. I got there as soon as they opened so, I was in and out in about 40 minutes. The place starts to back up as the day goes on. They only have 3 to 4 people working the floor and assisting customers at any given time. The staff is awesome. They were very friendly and extremely helpful. They made the process very easy and simple. The shop is very clean and well organized. The first thing that you do is get a card to fill out (one card per item). You then pick the item you want to tie dye. My little went with a tote bag and a shirt. They have most of the items on display around the store and shirts on a rack that you can try on to get the right size. You then pick the colors you want to use.from a swath of colors on the table. The also have each color on shirt displayed around the shop. Three colors are included and each additional color is a buck. After all that you pay for your item or items get some disposable gloves and aprons and they send you to a work table (either high or low). They bring out your items and the color dyes that you picked out. From there you pick your tie Dye design, from stripes, swirl, or patches and they set your shirt up to the design you selected by using rubber bands. My little chose stripes for the tote and swirl for the shirt. After it is set up you add the dye in the designated areas between the rubber bands (front and back). After that, they take the item or items and prep them. That takes about 10 to 20 minutes depending on how busy they are. During that time, you can play one of their board games they have there or write on the chalk board or play on your cellular device. After they have prepped it, the last thing you have to do is rinse your items out in the sink until the water comes clear and then run them through a wringer and you are done. The bad up your stuff, give you some important care directions and then send you on your way. One thing to note during this is to be carful. As the signs say at most of the tables, "dye dyes everything", so if you get it on your hands or clothes it will be there for a while. In the case of your clothes, forever. This was an awesome experience and my little had a lot of fun and loves her creations. It is a tad on the pricey side, but well worth it. Great indoor family fun and you get to bring something home to show for it. They do birthday parties, corporate events and field trips. I highly recommend checking this place out.

On my visit i purchased tickets/admission on the website because i could not tell if i could get in on location or not. Once we got thru the check in process we went to see the indoor pools first.... Well they were closed. OK... Went outside and its pretty expansive and clean. One of the non-tube slides was down as well as looks like 1/3rd of the exterior swimming items were down for what looked like cleaning since i saw staff working on it. From the maps view basically the huge lazy river side. As a non-resident the pricing i feel was a good value for goofing off in the water for roughly 3 hours. Onsite food isn't anything to rave about but at least it is available and it was not crazy prices. Tons of life guards doing an awesome job from what i could tell while watching the people watching the rest of us so i felt super safe and confortable they were keeping an eye on all the kids. We also noticed bugs crawling around the area, raising serious concerns about the overall sanitation and food safety standards. For the amount of money customers pay to visit, I expected a clean environment, friendly staff, and a much better overall experience. Instead, we left feeling disappointed and frustrated. They give you a card when you enter you can fill in the card with any amount of money you want so the kids can use it to play. The card never expires. You can use the card in the same location any number of times when you come back. The staff explains everything clearly as you enter the place. There there are also two kiosks in the front when you enter for you to sign your waiver in. You can also do this online only after which you will go to the front desk and they'll give you a PIN to put your shoes in. They recommend everybody including the adults to be in socks when you're inside. You can also buy their socks if you don't have a socks of your own. You can reserve this place for birthday parties. I think the cost is slightly different and extra when you reserve it for birthday parties versus when you just come in and play. There is also a vapor fee that you pay for entrance.
