When we reached out they ignored us for months and told our insurance it wasn't true. We are so disappointed in their work and quality of customer service. Very disappointed with this body shop. My insurance paperwork and final invoice stated that my front bumper was supposedly "replaced," but after inspecting the vehicle more closely, there are clear signs the original bumper may have simply been sanded and repainted instead. There is visible masking/overspray on the front vent areas that strongly suggests the bumper was repaired rather than replaced. I reached out to the shop for clarification and have received no response. If insurance was billed for a replacement part, customers deserve transparency about what work was actually performed. I am now requesting a post-repair inspection through the insurance company and filing complaints with the appropriate agencies. I would recommend that anyone using this shop carefully review their invoices and inspect the repairs closely before accepting the vehicle back. read more

This is my second time on this perfect body shop Unfortunately, I did one accident a year ago with my Tesla model S wasn't my fault but it happened I took my car to premier collision center Everything was super fast and they get that adjuster right on time my car was fixed perfectly And the second time again wasn't my fault. Someone hit my car on the parking lot and they fix it super fast. Great experience from start to finish. They helped me with everything! I took my Audi Q8 etron to them after an accident and now it's as good as new. The main thing with body shops is the quality of the paint work. At other shop the color might be the same but it doesn't have the same shine or finish. At premier, the paint work was so great that you couldn't even tell even a slight difference! This company is fraudulent and doing fraud and stealing parts off people cars brought my maybach in on April 15 didn't get my car back until July 18 2025 when I receive my car back, a lot of parts were stolen off the car. My refrigerator was stolen and replaced with another one that was broke my rotors. My brakes were stolen and replaced with old brakes off another car. My back seats were broken my front seat massagers were stolen out the seats. Rearview mirror was broken, sunshade for the back passengers were broken. My car was in good condition when I brought it in. I brought it in just for them to fix the bumper and everything in my car was missing and broke. They even stole my car Matts out my backseat of my car. They switch my TVs around nothing in the car was working no more and everything should've been working, especially if they only thing supposed to be fixing is a bumper. Still to this day I'm waiting for parts that they broke inside my car to be fixed which still has not been done they even was joyride in the car. Miles were different on the car when I got it back I don't recommend this shop to anyone they try to cover everything up by taking pictures that are fraudulent pictures after they stole stuff off my car, even my brand new tires that I had just brought Were switched out and replaced with the wrong size tires from another Mercedes Eli, the person I was dealing with is a liar, even Mr. David Hernandez a liar, lie right to your face about your own car and everyone knows how their car looks and know how their car was before they bring it into a shop to get fixed don't trust this shop they even stooped low to steal the engine mount out of my car. Don't trust this place if you have a nice car because they will steal everything off your car and play dumb and try to cover it up with pictures. SCAMMED BEFORE ENTERING THE DOOR- I was in a car accident and my 2012 Audi was totaled. While still in my car, waiting for Triple A for a tow, I get a call "from Audi," addressing me by name, saying that my collision sensors went off, asking if I was in a crash. In shock still, I didn't think that my 2012 likely didn't have crash sensors...the person on the phone says I can have it towed to an "Audi certified dealership" to get it fixed and that they'd text me the information. I get texted the address to this place. I realize that this isn't an Audi dealership, though self proclaimed "Audi Certified." And then some quick research shows that 2012 Audi's did not have crash sensors that reported to Audi. SOMEHOW THIS SHOP KNEW THAT I WAS IN A CRASH, CALLED ME AND TOLD ME TO COME TO THEIR PLACE. We are disappointed with this Audi certified shop for the paint job they performed on my RSQ8. They tried to create more work than necessary. I had to take my car back twice for the same paint job to get it fixed. When the paint job cracked AGAIN, the owner gave me a run around and accused me of dishonesty when I took my car in for the 3rd time to get the paint job right on the same bumper.
