The first time I contacted them was when my only car went into the shop and I was in PANIC MODE. Enterprise and Hertz both wanted my first born child just to rent a car, but the owner here gave me a quick and easy quote. He even offered me a discount since I was driving local. Needless to say I figured out a way that I wouldn't need a rental car. My second visit here was when I was planning a road trip to Atlanta and I'd be darn if I was driving my personal car. Once again the owner was super nice. Since I was about to rack up some miles and I wasn't particular about the type of car, he cut me a small deal. I explained I didn't really need the deal, I was just glad he didn't need everything right on down to my kidneys as a deposit. I will admit they don't have a lot of luxury vehicles, but they do have decent cars. Their prices are pretty comparable to the big companies, but their minimal requirements are awesome! There needs to be more locations like these!

Just a couple of things to be aware of: walking in, it is not imediately obvious that everyone must SIGN IN on a tiny little pad on the opposite side of where the service area is. So, when you walk in, what's the first thing you look for? Well, the service desk of course, so you head that way and get in line like you would anywhere. And then, about 25 minutes later another customer walks in and I guess they somehow know to go sign in and now they're in front of you! Yes, there is a small, not-very-noticeable paper taped above the pad stating "Sign In" with an arrow pointing down. But again, you're not even looking in that direction when entering. And all the people sitting around the perimeter of the room waiting their turn? They know you should have signed in but nobody tells you because they want to see how long you'll wait before figuring out the system. Then you sign in, take a seat and wait to watch the next victim guilelessly go stand in line. Also, I guess through no one's fault, it takes a pretty good amount of time for each customer to be processed, so be prepared for that. Also, you don't have to wait in line if you're returning a car. I feel like they need to add two really big huge signs on the wall saying "Sign In!" and "Car returns don't wait in line!" I say all this only to save you, the customer, time and keep your blood pressure lower. And I still recommend the place--staff are hustling and bustling when I've been there and have really gone above and beyond to meet their customers' needs with effort and even a sense of humor!

Fraud, fraud, fraud. Stay away from Trophy Nissan…read more I had a VERY bad experience with Trophy Nissan. I dropped my SUV off with rear corner small damage including rear light damage. (Picture attached) First, they quoted 6k and the insurance approved. They noticed the insurance is good insurance so they revised the quote to 12k after a few days. I questioned them and tried to move the SUV out to some other place. But the Trophy Nissan guy (Mr. Dustin) wanted to see me and he kept asking me a lot of questions. He said that I need to pay nearly 500 dollars and need to tow the SUV. It was not true, he was telling me a lie. My SUV was perfectly alright and there was no need to tow it at all. Finally, I agreed to go with them. But I did a big mistake and I shouldn't have agreed. I was thinking later on that I should've paid and taken it away from them. They took 52 days to complete my SUV. It was a horrible horrible service. Finally, they invoiced 16k. Wow, from $6000 to $12000 then $16000. For a small corner damage???? Since I am an aviation mechanical company employee and technician, I can easily say that my SUV had a small damage and I can say that it would be less than 5k to repair it. I got the SUV back with very dirty conditions inside & outside and I questioned them and showed them. He said he can take it back and clean it. I told him I don't have time because I have to go to work. Same day the rear bumper reflector light came off on the road and lost it. So you can imagine the quality of work. Wow. LOL... Be careful with Trophy Nissan. They are a big fraud and they are not straight forward guys. Don't go there at all, believe me. The driver Jose was very personable, punctual, and very professional (next time I hope he's our driver). The car was beautiful and extremely clean. As the car arrived all heads turned and the show began! The Bride and groom (whom this was a surprise for) were comfortable and worry free as they were chauffeured in luxury to their destination. To start with the transaction, I've never dealt with a company that slow played to receive their money and get their credit card system fixed. From May to August, their "Vendor System" was down and couldn't receive payment via credit card. And trust me, I was ready to pay them as soon as I signed the contract in May. They kept telling me something happened with the company that halted the process of getting it fixed. From an employee stealing a car, someone wrecking one of their cars, and whatever else excuse they had. Eventually a wire was sent to get this paid. Moving to communication. Almost anytime I called, I was sent to voicemail with no call back after. But ironically, when I text the number for questions after they didn't answer,they replied. Terrible communication from the 214 area code number and the 469 area code number. Now to the day of my wedding. Two days before the wedding day, I received information from them that I was able to receive a different car for the same price. I said yes because I liked the other car better. Well come the day of the wedding, I receive a text that the car didn't fit on the trailer. It doesn't take much work just to Google the dimensions of a RR Cullinan. Once the dimensions are seen, add a foot or two for the mansory kit on the car. Then find a trailer that fits. So, I never received the car for my wedding. A real let down from this company and won't do business with them again. I urge people to take caution with wanting a car delivered. I don't have experience with in person pickup so I'm not sure how all that is handled with payment and communication. After all this occurred, I requested a refund via zelle or wire, as they have both of these available to receive on their end. Well come to find out, they couldn't zelle me the money due to "limits", which an $8k limit for a company that transacts on six figure cars is hard to believe, and coincidentally their wire system went down. So, I had to resort in waiting for a check to come a week later. A lot of it just seemed shady. If needing a car delivered, I would highly suggest with taking caution with this company or not going with them at all!!
