I needed to swap rental cars in the middle of a trip. I was between Tyler and Dallas. I was able to get a swap without issue. The manager Jibman was very kind and accommodating. I cannot say enough good things about him and his team. I have never seen an enterprise in a strip center like this. I think the staff is great, but that the company should invest more in a covered area for the vehicles/staff to keep them out of the sun/rain. read more

Disappointed and disgusted. I wanted to write about my horrific experience with Enterprise Car Rental of Forney, Texas. First let me say I have been a long-time customer of Enterprise where I rented their vehicles for business travel. I reserve my vehicle of choice many weeks in advance and made my appointment to pick it up. The day I was supposed to pick up the vehicle, I was 2 hours late for my appointment. Because I was late, they gave my vehicle to someone else. Life happens and you have DR appointments and such. I get I have some responsibility here. Prior experiences with Enterprise they would call you or email you (attempting somehow to get in touch with you before they give your vehicle away). Nope none of that occur here. Nor do they have any disclaimer on their website indicating they will simply give your vehicle away if you are late to your appointment. What makes this even worse is the Enterprise representative I work with did not even try to offer any solution such as how about if we call another location and locate a vehicle for you or how about come by first thing in morning and we will hook you right up. Nope none of that, all I got was oh well I guess your are out of luck. I really needed that vehicle due to family members flying in to attend my children's college graduation and they left me high and dry. All Enterprise cares about is the money; they do not care about you or the customer experience they deliver. I will not say I will not ever use them again because you never know what circumstance you will be in however; I can definitely tell you they will be my absolute last choice when other options are available. We rented a Wagon (Chevrolet) from this location. It was expensive, but the vehicle was nice. I have to say the customer service at this location was excellent. We were surprised because typically Enterprise has bad customer service, but not this location. They were proactive, friendly, and top notch. I would recommend trying this location. I rented a car from Enterprise in Forney, Texas. Picked it up on May 22, 2024 and returned it on June 11, 2024. The agent that served me asked if I wanted hail damage. I told him I would like hail damage for the first day of rental as they predicted large hail for that day. When the agent was filling out the documents, he said he gave me two days, I said I just want one day, so he said he changed it to one day. I did not receive any paper work when I picked up the car. He did not discuss the collision damage waiver with me. When I received my rental agreement statement, I was charged $482 CDW for the 21 days I rented the car, which was not discussed with me. I have called Customer Service several times, they were very polite as I explained my problem. Most of the time they said someone from corporate would call me, one time they said they would have the rental office in Forney call me, one time they said they would refund the money to my credit card and send me email when it has been done. No one has called me back and I have received a refund to my credit card for $100, but I am still out $382 for something I did not agree to. I am 82 years old, and I have a feeling that based on my age they could take advantage of me, which they did. read more

i got a letter from enterprise rental car saying i half to pay to fix car that had a smell from the get go then the lady running the place was rude upon getting the rental claim number 186811392021 toyota and so they give me a damage recovery notice and all i did was drive the car home in which we couldnt figure out the smell til we filled the car up with gas in which had only a quarter of a tank which seems not normal since when u pick up a car its usually full and i ask the lady at the front desjk and also told her it had a funny smell she replied its ok and was not so what if i was driving the car and it caught own fire in which i figured it out when i drove to work the next day so dont come telling me i have to pay for damage in which i only drove home and to work its all bs in the first place and its very dissappointed in todays customer service why would and agent have to see the rental agreement in the first place if they sent out a car that had mechanical problems seems to me they dont check their vehicles when they come back and always trying to find a fall guy to pay for their inability and so enterprise should take responcibilty for their own problems and also find people to work for them with customer service in which customers are right and own a good note they took me off the hook for the bad experience with their car thanks enterprise headquarters for doing the right thing read more

If I could give zero stars I would. We made a reservation and this location gave our car away because we were over an hour late. However I did try to call them to let them know we would be late due to sever traffic and no one answered the phone. When we arrived to pick up our car NO ONE was even in the office and the door was open with a sign on the desk saying they would return shortly. The guy who worked there showed about 20 min after. I do not understand why my contact information is provided and no one called me to confirm my reservation was still being made if it is noticed I was late. What is even further upsetting the rep who worked there Christian offered no solution and basically told us there was nothing he could do to get us another car. But he would call me and update me. Still waiting on that phone call. We will never use enterprise ever again. read more

Even with a confirmed reservation they didn't have a car. They would not transfer a car from a different location. Avis has on.

Extremely disappointed!!! I elected to get their insurance at $12.99/day. Once I looked at my agreement it was $29/day. I also, expressed I needed an additional driver. Again once I read my agreement via email there was no additional driver. I did not receive a written agreement. Had I received one I would had one I could had caught this. Then when attempting to get them on the phone to correct this I got put on hold for 30-40 min at a time. Then hung up on. I even called Corp to try to resolve this issue and they just sent me to the same line where I was on hold for an extremely long time and they hung up on again. I guess I get to drive and hour and half one way tomorrow morning to talk to them. read more

I am only giving them 2 stars because of Anissa Willie, she was very helpful and courteous when I spoke with her. I was in an accident where some lady failed to yield causing a collision so her insurance set me up with enterprise ( I am not a fan of them due to past experiences) I spoke with Anissa in the beginning and she set me up for a pickup at home between 11-12 the next day. The next day comes around and the timeframe came and went with not a call from this place. I called them up and spoke to another lady who said they were on the way to pick me up but we're stuck in traffic. I live 7 minutes down the road so how has it taken over an hour to get to me? Anyway, about 2 hours AFTER my pick up time, Anissa calls to let me know their new fleet came in and my rental is ready. Excuse me?! The car was reserved the day before along with my pick up time. I explained to her that no one had ever told me about not having enough cars and the lady I spoke to in the morning, did not mention anything about it and according to her, a driver was on his way to me (he never came). Anissa did apologize for the confusion but said a driver was on his way now and would pick me up. The driver finally showed up 20 minutes later and called me to let me know he was here. I went out and got in the truck, greeted him with a good afternoon how are you? The guy did not say a word to me...He just drove to enterprise and so we sat so awkwardly in silence. He pulls up to enterprise, doesn't say a word and unlocks the doors so that I can get out. I grab my things, say thank you and still.... not a word from him. Is this how enterprise treats their customers? Wow! This guy either needs a new job or someone needs to fire him. I get it, sometimes we all have bad day's but to not speak is just unacceptable behavior. This was a heavy set Hispanic guy with a beard I guess. These people here have horrible communication with each other and give customers incomplete and inaccurate information . The driver seriously needs an attitude check and Anissa needs to coach him on customer service. Absolutely horrible and unacceptable . I already am not a fan of enterprise but this guy really put the cherry on top for me. Check yourself bro, have some manners and speak to your customers. read more

Was in a wreck and insurance is paying for rental car. I go to pick up the car because its convient and located next to body shop. I have a reservation with a MID size SUV as that is what I drive that was in accident. 1. Upon my arrival the only had a SMALL SUV or a TRUCK. 2. I took small SUV drove it home noticing a smell of cigarettes 3. Cigratte smell was so bad the next day to work I smellled like SMOKE 4. Call Enterprise they told me take to airport (cause I work close) and they would SWAP the car no problem. 5. Went to Love Field Enterprise and they told me they could NOT change car out unless it had a mechanical issue and refused to help. They didnt even over any other options. 6. I left there with horrible customer services 7. Went to another Enterprise not in the airport and they couldnt help me as they didnt have a car that didnt have to returned to that location. But they did help me get in touch with the one I got the smoke fest from. 8. Talked to original place again and they wont have another car until mid day tomorrow. Which means I have to drive this and smell like smoke all freaking day at work. 9. I asked them to just deliver the car to my work and we could just swap them out...NOW she tells me they dont DELIVER cars which their whole TAG LINE. She said paperwork had to be done....well you have my info do it over the damn phone....she couldn't so now I am stuck with stinky, smelly, cigarette smoke filled car and I get to smell like crap because of it. My reservation was made over the phone at 1:04 PM for pick up at 3:30 the same day. When I show up there's no record of it & they have no cars. Obviously they rented my car to a walk in. My truck is at the body shop & I'm stuck with no ride. Never call... always book online. I also found out, they won't take a bank card unless you live in that town, even if your bank is next door. read more
