I rented a Toyota Corolla that could've been a little cleaner on the inside. It did smell like somebody had either vaped or smoked in the car. I am SUPER sensitive to any kind of cigarette smoke so I coughed and sneezed a lot in the car. It is totally on me for not returning the car and getting a different one. I am confident that they would have done that for me. I can't say enough nice things about the staff. They were wonderful. The prices were normal for this area, which I think is way too high! But that's out of everyone's control except for the corporate office. I used their after hours drop off service, and it went extremely smoothly. I would definitely use them again.

Took ages to get the paperwork done. Really, an hour and a half and we're not even using your financing? Dealership itself is pretty low-budget. No offers of a coke or water here, just a couple of beat-up chairs in a big, mostly empty room. I was buying a certified pre-owned, and didn't receive any assurance (other than verbal) that it was indeed a CPO vehicle. Happily, it checked out when I drove it a couple states home, but made me nervous. I don't think they've done certified for very long.
