The police officer told me the tow driver (owner) would meet me in a nearby gas station parking lot to exchange information. He never stopped and drove away. Good thing I noticed what company it was or I wouldn't of known where my car was towed. So then I go to the his auto body shop to pay the tow fee, and wow 225 dollars to have my car towed less than two miles. But wait it gets better. I am then told that he does not accept any form of credit card for payment. I didn't have cash and was told by the owner to "go borrow it from someone". How unprofessional. Upon doing some research on the Town of Fishkill's website, I noticed that all tow truck companies that are on the Town of Fishkill's list for tows must accept at least two major credit cards. Long story not so short. I was forced to pay my mechanic the tow fee (separate company). Who then in return would pay this joke of a body shop. This place of business shouldn't be in business at all, and the Town should remove them from their tow rotational list immediately!

After that, he didn't return calls, texts or messages. On the rare occasion that I was able to speak to him directly - he arranged a time to meet to finish the work - then didn't show up. After 3 months of constantly trying to hook up, on the day we were to pick up the grill so we could have it installed at another shop, he said that he had never agreed to install the grill as part of the job and didn't have it. In addition, the bumper that was installed fell off within 2 days of the repair completion and return of the car. Totally unprofessional and very poor quality work. ZERO STARS.

After a quick conversation, I was told someone would be there in 20 minutes, which he was, I would be taken care of right away, which I was, and the cost was reasonable compared to four other companies who told me if i paid cash they could give me a break. For the record the other four quotes were still double the price and in one case almosr 3 times the cost of companies in the immediate area. The driver was there within 20, very professional, had my Jeep on his truck in 15 minutes and had my car in my driveway in 20 minutes. The owner was super nice and we happily tipped him for his wonderful service. In the future I would recommend everyone to this amazing Towing company and I wish them all the best in 2025 because because they've earned it in my book!!!
