The police officer told me the tow driver (owner) would meet me in a nearby gas station parking lot to exchange information. He never stopped and drove away. Good thing I noticed what company it was or I wouldn't of known where my car was towed. So then I go to the his auto body shop to pay the tow fee, and wow 225 dollars to have my car towed less than two miles. But wait it gets better. I am then told that he does not accept any form of credit card for payment. I didn't have cash and was told by the owner to "go borrow it from someone". How unprofessional. Upon doing some research on the Town of Fishkill's website, I noticed that all tow truck companies that are on the Town of Fishkill's list for tows must accept at least two major credit cards. Long story not so short. I was forced to pay my mechanic the tow fee (separate company). Who then in return would pay this joke of a body shop. This place of business shouldn't be in business at all, and the Town should remove them from their tow rotational list immediately!

When I needed two new tires (after an inspection he did) he recommended the best shop around (across the river) for alignment and my goodness he was right. Never has my car driven so well and it's quite old! This is a testament to good referrals. They go a long way. I would 100% recommend this shop! FYI: I lived a few blocks away when I first found him and have since moved to a neighboring town but go out of my way to come back. Worth it

James Good did body work on my car, and when we picked up the car, the grill was missing. He said the grill was on it's way and to come back in few days to have the grill installed. After that, he didn't return calls, texts or messages. On the rare occasion that I was able to speak to him directly - he arranged a time to meet to finish the work - then didn't show up. After 3 months of constantly trying to hook up, on the day we were to pick up the grill so we could have it installed at another shop, he said that he had never agreed to install the grill as part of the job and didn't have it. In addition, the bumper that was installed fell off within 2 days of the repair completion and return of the car. Totally unprofessional and very poor quality work. ZERO STARS.
