I have been coming here since high school, and just want to say that I have always left so happy! My eyebrows are one of my best features and they get it right here every time! Thank you to Dipty for the awesome service today! My forever threading spot! read more

Love this place!! My eyebrows look fantastic now. Deepti is amazing and very friendly!

If you want to go somewhere with good customer service, I suggest going to go to Eyebrow Threading by Farida on 40th St and Thomas, a family owned business. I went to Preety Threading when it was not at all busy, but for some reason the lady who was doing my eyebrows was in such a hurry to get me out. As someone who gets their eyebrows threaded regularly, I have never felt as much pain as I did when she was threading, because she did it so harshly. Now don't get me wrong, I know that they are typically quick at doing their job, but this lady didn't even offer me lotion or brush my hairs off my face! Once I got in my car and actually had time to examine my brows, I noticed there was still a bunch of hair left. I went back in and she told me it was because my nails were covering my hair and I needed to hold my brows differently. As the professional, shouldn't that have been something you told me at the beginning? She was mad when I didn't leave a tip and I'm glad I didn't. Used to be one of the places I visited often, not anymore. Not at all friendly. read more

They are OK. I've been here a handful of times with mixed results. This time when I said "leave them as natural as possible and just clean up the edges" she interpreted that as change the shape. She took off way more than I wanted. If you like super stylized brows then they'll probably be good for you. I still wouldn't go here before a big a event or anything. read more

Asked for a full face threading and when I went to pay they added an additional $5 for threading the top of my nose? I guess your nose is not apart of your face? I tried asking why that wouldn't be included since it says "full face and my nose is apart of my face" and I just got stared at and she just repeated the total. So I paid and carried on because I knew it wasn't going to get resolved, but it definitely left a sour taste in my mouth. (I should add there are a few small cuts on my face from the threading.) read more

Myesha did my brows today and she was great. Wonderful customer service and very patient with my awkwardness and weirdness (like the involuntary noise I made while she was doing my brows?). She only works weekends but she's worth coming back for. read more

They're okay, but don't expect consistent results. The last time I came here, I got a younger girl around my age and she did such a great job with my brows! She kept them as thick as possible and kept my natural shape. I came back another time recently, and got an older lady this time. My brows are in the worst state they have ever been! They are way too thin, uneven, and she even got rid of my natural arch on one brow. I wasn't happy, but didn't have the heart to tell the lady who did my work that I didn't like my brows. Plus, it was too late - I can't ask her to put my hairs back, which is the only way this situation could have been fixed. I just walked out and tipped less than I usually do (which is still above 20%). It's my fault for coming here right before a big trip, to be honest. They are the closest threading place near me, but I don't think that I will be back. read more

I've been coming here for a few years now and love it. Quick service and great, affordable prices. I've got my eyebrows threaded and lashes done here and never have a complaint with either. Definitely recommend to anyone. read more

Never returning! TRAUMATIZED. I came in with thick eyebrows and left with none. I specifically asked them to only clean and not make them skinny. Maybe inexperience? She seem older so I figured she would know what she was doing. This has never happened to me before. I now have to wake every morning feeling awful and traumatized from this place!!!! I wish I never walked into this place. read more

So syeda is the ONLY person at this threading place that knows what's she's doing and they fired her for the STUPIDEST reason!! She was the reason SO many people came back to this place and now they are going to lose most of their business. If you want to get your eyebrows PROPERLY, message me :) I got you! read more

I have been coming here for over a year. My eyebrows usually come out great and when I've asked politely to get something fixed there's never an issue. I went in today and felt like one of my eyebrows was a bit uneven and let the lady know. She then tells me that it's me and that it's the way I look. I was shocked she even said that so I just didn't say nothing and told her it's fine. She gets angry and starts saying im giving her attitude and not to come back. Ma'am I was not planning to come back anyways with the crappy costumer service anyways. I'll give someone else my business. read more

Preety Threading Salon - Threading Services Near Me - Phoenix, Arizona

This place is HEAVEN SENT! I waxed for years and would have terrible reactions more times than not from the wax! I just thought well that's just how it is. Well ladies NO! It's not just how it is. There is another way and it is THREADING!!! I had no idea what threading was or that it existed as an option until I tried this place. I figured I hated waxing so much that I had absolutely nothing to lose. I am so happy I was open to trying something new because the wax and alllllll of its after effects are a thing of my past! My sensitive skin loves threading and I am grateful for it. If you have sensitive skin or allergic reactions from wax then threading is a blessing! I also find that threading is more accurate shape wise than wax. My eyebrows are flawless! They offer threading and many other beauty options like eyelashes and henna tattoos - im going to try henna soon! I love this place 100% read more

I was really excited to find this place because it's right next to Sprout's, but I was a little nervous since threading is so hit and miss. Well not only did they do a fabulous job it was also far less painful than most threading I've gotten... AND a lot less expensive at only 8 bucks. I will be back! read more

Loved my experience here! I went on today (Sunday) and unfortunately I don't remember the woman working but she was lovely. It was my first time threading (I've always waxed) and I love the results . My eyebrows look full and naturally shaped. read more

Came here about a week ago and totally loved it. This was my first time getting my eyebrows done so I was scared but the experience went very well and she kept my eyebrows in a natural shape which was perfect! read more

Love this place! It's my go to threading salon. Each employee is talented, and not once have I left here unsatisfied. Also the service is quick, which I love. Man oh man there is nothing more painful than a slow threader! Lol read more

Had never been to this location and I loved it. Syada was wonderful friendly fast and just knew what she was doing. The place was immaculate. And affordable!!! And she didn't try to up sell anything as many other places do. I will go back again! read more

i've been coming here for almost two years now and have to say syeda is the best! she's so personable and has really good attention to detail. i understand these other poor experiences only because i haven't had the best results unless i've seen syeda!! definitely recommend her & i won't see anyone else :) read more

Great prices and efficient work! My eyebrows have never looked better. I've brought multiple friends here and they were just as pleased.

I was in and out. I just wish homegirl would have cleaned me up before finishing. Also, girl I need some aloe vera my skin is red as hell

This is my go to eyebrow salon..... it's 8$ to get your eyebrows threaded and they consistently do a good job. They're also right next to the sprouts I shop at, so you cannot beat the convenience. I've gone more than 5 times and never had a bad experience. Recommend! read more

I love this salon. Super quick, inexpensive, and the gal who threads my eyebrows always does a fabulous job.

Been going here for years. All the girls do a great job and are very nice. I love that it's walk on so you don't have to make an appointment. The wait is usually never long. I think the longest I've ever had to wait is 15-20 minutes but usually not even that. $8 for threading is a great price your out the door for $10 with a tip. I've been sharing this place with anyone interested in threading. read more

Preety shaped my brows amazingly to my face! I'm a natural redhead with lighter brown eye brows plus I have a scar thru one of them. I've tried 5+ popular threading/waxing places here in Phoenix but either left wayyyy too thin or with a weird rainbow shape vs an arch! She was fast & left me with fuller natural looking brows & an oh so perfect arch! I definitely will be going back to see them again!!! read more

If I could give it zero stars this would be it! I went in there and I asked the lady if she knows how to do an eyebrow arch and I told her that my skin is sensitive please be CAREFUL ... I told her if she is my skin will rip open she clearly did not listen to me. In the beginning she immediately stopped and went and grab alcohol and started rubbing alcohol on my eyebrows to stop the bleeding so I would not notice... when I asked her for the mirror she hesitated and then gave it to me I saw that she ripped open my skin I looked her in the eye and I said you ripped open my skin. Oh your skin is too sensitive she said.. I was willing to forgive her damn ignorance and I told her I needed to get my lips done as well so please be slow and careful you're already ripped open my eyebrow. I have never dealt with somebody holding my head in order to rip off the hair from my lip rough I felt it so rough.. I tried to move my head but she held it holding my head with her body.. I'm sure your camera caught that.Julie is the only one that I she has done my eyebrows without cutting me open for many many months... I am Mortified and absolutely pissed off... it will take weeks before my skin heals due to my condition. I wish they would listen to their customers... I told them I am not paying for this crap of work... believable.. I feel like read more

Please do not go here unless you want thin 90s eyebrows. I asked the woman working to please keep my brows thick, just clean them up. She completely destroyed them and demolished the months/years I've spent growing them back in. I left there in tears. read more

***Elite Review***. First time I have had my eyebrows threaded and I am hooked ... cleaner, better shape and arch than waxing ... affordable and even though I was overgrown they look perfect and clean. MONA is asking .... ask for her and tell her the two girls Shanna and Yadira sent ya! read more

I love coming here to get my eyebrows done! Fast service and very friendly staff. Always leaves my eyebrows on fleek.

I don't recommend this eyebrow threading salon. After the lady was done doing my eyesbrows I told her exactly where it needed more threading, she did another thing and came out looking terrible. They were super uneven. When I tried to go back she said she would not fix them because I had said in Spanish that I did not like them. Yes, I said didn't like them, so she got upset to the fact that I said I didn't like them and were uneven. Terrible attitude and left me with horrible eyebrows for an special even. TERRIBLE SERVICE AND ATTITUDE!! read more

i'm been going here for years don't remember her name she's an older lady and always does exactly what i ask and is amazing at her job there's now 2 young lady's that are there now and are horrible i've gone to both and every time i ask for just a clean up nope not what happend they thin the hell out of my eyebrows cut them and made them short i grew them out last time it happend and went back to get them cleaned up now im stuck with thin ass eyebrows again do not recommend!!! this place!! read more

Cheapest place I found for threading! I paid $8 plus $2 tip :) for my "fleeky" brows! I came back three weeks later for my clean up. Another amazing job done which led me to get my whiskers threaded - first time for everything right? Very nice women working at this location- I found my new eyebrow place! Have you? read more

Told myself I would start writing reviews and this is the first place I thought to write one! Been going here for 2 years now and they always do a great job. I like my eyebrows full and just cleaned up - it's amazing how easily that gets messed up but here they do it right! $13 for brows and lip. Sold. read more

Horrible job. She rushed and did my eyebrows in less than 3 mins! Left one thinner than the right, and generally she made them thinner than they should have been. She also cut me. Highly don't recommend going here! read more

My eyebrows are so super skinny and uneven then she was trying to get me to fill it in with henna! I went to Sarah before and she was great, this girl not so much. And she wasn't wanting to wear her mask. read more

Being a COVID situation, they are not respectful at all. First, they don't wear a mask. Second, I come with a mask and the lady was super rude doing my eyebrows. While doing my eyebrows, she was talking and making fun if it. I do not need someone to insult on my eyebrows. I ignore her because she is talking to my face disrespectfully. She taps on my shoulder so hard, no gloves by the way, and goes I am talking to you. I said I do not want to talk. I did not feel protected by her and I do not need to answer to someone who insults you. After we were done, the lady next to her who works goes, why don't you want to talk? Do not come back. Listen, I won't come back nor will anyone else. Train your staff to have decency during this COVID, not to insult on someone. It is a free country, I do not have to speak if I don't want to. Tell your staff not to tap so hard on someone shoulder. In fact, you should not even touch your client. You want me to answer to your staff who says Why do you have a gap? Please get real. You guys have no respect!!! This was at indian school road. If you want to be protected, there are other eyebrow places who wears gloves and are super friendly- they won't insult you like here! read more

The ladies are always on point with their threading! I wouldn't trust my eyebrows to be done anywhere else.

I called to confirm if I would be able to be attended prior to arriving as it was close to the closing time and the lady who answered informed me I would be able to get my eyebrows threaded if I arrived before 7. When I arrived at 6:54 the woman inside told me she could not thread my eyebrows because she had two customers waiting which I understood but that why I had called to confirm in the first place. The woman inside told me she did not pick up the phone and was stern but I understood however I called the phone line again to speak with a manager and the same woman who answered the phone again said she would call the girl and disconnected the call. This was an incredibly inconvenient and frustrating experience. read more

So times have changed and its not crazy for a guy to walk into an eyebrow threading place by himself. I've been in the past under the guise of just getting a pedi with a girlfriend and we'll do this too but that doesn't quite work at a threading salon. I've been going to this location for a few years now and have always had a good experience. LIke you would expect Saturday afternoons are busy. Women tend to have a higher pain tolerance on stuff like this so I go 3-4 times a year. They'll use the thread primarily for the area below the brow and small scissors to shape up on the top.Its always clean inside some top 40 on in the background. 4 or 5 salon chairs but I think I've seen at most two people working at once. read more

I have been here twice and they did a great job. Today the lady undid 3 years worth of regrowing my eyebrows and getting the shape. After having to go back because literally she didn't get any of the hairs she proceeded not to get the areas i told her but to take more from my arch. When she was threading the cotton wasnt even catching the hairs if it was all it was doing was cutting it so i have black dots everywhere now. She didn't get me to put tension on the skin so she couldn't even get my arch correctly and then pulled on my skin on the sides. I'm so mad that she did this but my fault for her expecting to do a better job the second time. Shame because i thought i had found me new got to place. read more

I had a good experience with service but dont know why they over charged me with $17 for eyebrows ($10) and upper lip ($3) . So be careful while making payment. read more
