Alan showed up on time, installed the new water heater, hauled the old one away....and we are done! I called several companies in Tucson and the range in price for the same thing was 2,000 to 4,000 dollars installed. That seemed high...(really high). I priced water heaters (gas) and the range was 500 to 600 dollars for a water heater. I get a company has to make a profit, but a company that charges reasonable prices will get me telling EVERYONE I know, and writing reviews. Well done Just Water Heaters.........well done. I made a quick run to Ace to see if they had any replacement clips while he checked his truck for any spares. When I came back empty handed I found him using the one good clip I had from the second shower as a template to make a new clip out of wire from his truck. Instead of being stuck w/o water all day while driving across town to plumbing store to find the part, this guy had me up and running in 30 extra minutes.

Chris knows his stuff when it comes to construction in general which helps in building that quote accurately and correctly. Correctly? You might ask, well, he is the one and only contractor that wanted to extend the pad the HVAC was resting on and it was short by 3-4 feet. There were other telling comments that made me feel at ease immediately. They gave me a great discount for purchasing two units. (Yes, it is such a blessing most of the time to have two units, until you must purchase them.) Chris and his crew came out on the day scheduled. Note: do not set your clock by these guys. AM is AMish. Once they arrived, they were all business. They had both units installed with corresponding Google nests set up as well. At the end, they had everything cleaned up, nice and tidy.
