Each year has been worse squirrels, rodents and and carpenter ants in my home x 3 years at $ 86.00 per quarter, which I paid for "rodent maintenance." Brad was out 3 times for squirrels, Brandon out 4 times for ants--my kitchen looked like someone threw rice of dead and alive ants for weeks, I paid LPC $800. in Nov 2018 to tack up insulation in the crawl space and attic. Harvest Valley Pest Control came in March....these things were never mentioned by LPC: my crawl space door was a rodent highway, none of the entries from beneath the house were sealed, and the rodent nests were so infiltrated that this was the reason in March I had all of the insulation torn back out. In their inspection, HVP, my insulation at the bottom was so full of nests the mice went up the walls..and LPC tacked that insulation right back up and charged me $800.00. I agree with Bob, Brad should not be in business. His service is so beyond poor as far as pest control and customer service.

They did not cover the holes where they trapped (which of course, means the squirrels come back). Now they want to charge us again to trap squirrels and close holes. Why did they not close them the first time? It was in their best interest to leave them open. They do not honor their warranty (they are saying if they come back that now there will be a warranty but it wasn't included the first time) and are not responsive.
