I have had Orkin for over a year. They are not local to the Walla Walla area but it is a well…read moreestablished co and name so I decided to use them. Because they are not local they sched appt one day a week and send you a text 2 days before. If you forget to call, miss the text or email or do call to cancel and they don't get the message to the tech in time you get the outside sprayed and charged for the inside as well. (While only the outside was done) He will come back the next week and finish the inside on the days HE is available because he lives 2 hours away. Initially last summer I felt the service was thorough and while I didnt care for the scheduling process as it conflicted with my work schedule I felt it worked well and really saw no live critters. He would not spray the attic or crawl spaces but I am not sure if this is standard treatment or not. This summer I might as well have not even had treatment. I had a horrible ant problem which I had to try and remedy myself and destroyed my indoor rosemary plant because the colony took up residence. The ear wigs and spiders were in the house frequently as well. I had sent an email with my concerns a month ago back with no response. I tried to call the toll free number yesterday but was on hold for 10 minutes (on my break) and it just dropped call. (I was on a landline not a cell) i sent another email last night which got no response as being received by Orkin. I called Orkin today and they simply said they canceled my service as per my request. Orkin states 100% guarantee. No offer to remedy the situation. I told them I expected at least a return email acknowleging they received it and she simply replied "your service has been cancelled" I have an outstanding bill from my last treatment which may be why I was treated this way? I am not certain. I would not recommend Orkin for the Walla Walla area especially if you do not have a set schedule or someone at home during the day
