I contacted them that evening and Matt responded almost immediately and scheduled a date and time. The tech, a young man name Jeremiah, texted me an hour before arrival. Came to our home, I showed him where the issue was. He went in, destroyed the nest and took it out, and then treated with Deltadust, a formulation of deltamethrin. Finished the job in a half hour. They did not cover the holes where they trapped (which of course, means the squirrels come back). Now they want to charge us again to trap squirrels and close holes. Why did they not close them the first time? It was in their best interest to leave them open. They do not honor their warranty (they are saying if they come back that now there will be a warranty but it wasn't included the first time) and are not responsive. Do not trust this business there are better options.
