They will then give you an estimate and you decide yes or no. Or they find something too small to charge for like they did me and fix it for no charge. He will contact you tomorrow." The "contact" I got was an invoice for the busted pipe I had them go ahead and fix because I knew it needed to. The worker said 250-300, the invoice was over 300, that's my fault for being too trusting. Along with the invoice was the estimate for the next thing to fix, but no introduction, blank email from their "info" address. On top of all of this, the two guys were laughing at us the whole time. Highly unprofessional. I know there's a decent amount of good reviews as well, but I did NOT experience that at all. Do not recommend.

Miguel, a very arrogant dude wasn't even there for 10 minutes. He stood in one part of the yard on his phone while 4 different zones were going off. He never checked the 2 areas I was concerned about. When I asked him about it he said because it was hot outside. So with his logic the whole lawn would be brown. He said he had been doing this for 15 years, and knew what he was talking about. Very frustrating that he didn't want to listen or help. I do believe he didn't want to be there. It was Friday, he got here late, and commented that he was tired when I had asked how he was doing. Disappointing.

Avoid this company if you're actually looking for repairs…read more I scheduled a service call for my sprinkler system because three zones weren't working and I had a broken head. Garrison showed up, quickly identified a faulty controller module--and then immediately pivoted into a sales pitch for a full system replacement. I clearly told him I'm selling my house in a month and only wanted the issue fixed. His response was that they "don't like these types of controllers" and I'd need to replace it anyway. No attempt to repair it. No effort to quote the work I actually requested. Instead, after a quick walk-through, he handed me three quotes ranging from $1,500 to over $6,000 for upgrades I explicitly said I didn't want. He also claimed my system was "leaky" while half the zones weren't even running. This wasn't a service call--it was a sales call. And they still charged me $75 for it, refused to refund it, and wouldn't even provide a quote for the repair I asked for. I had to dispute the charge with my credit card company. If you want someone to actually fix your system, look elsewhere.
