He was able to brainstorm with us to help us imagine a completely new yard. He gave us ideas that we would either agree or disagree with. Once we had a general idea, Jeff was able to create a digital rendering of both our front and backyard so we were actually able to see his vision and know what we could expect the finished product to look like. For the early stages of the project Angel was the primary foreman of the job. Angel was very friendly and respectful. He would give us updates on what they would be doing for the next couple of days, or if they wouldn't be coming due to weather conditions. As a client this was great because we never had to wonder whether the contractors were coming or not. Our Project consisted of removing existing cement pavers and vegetation. And installation of new turf, irrigation system, and vinyl fence. JBL took care of hauling away all the old materials and bringing all the new materials/plants for our project. Jeff was more than fair to us and he worked with us to make sure we were satisfied with how it turned out. It…read moreis a project that we have been thinking about for years and putting aside because, like most people, there are higher priorities and financial constraints. Also like most people, I'm not very open to unsolicited sales. That being said, I was approached by Joe as his crew was working on a retaining wall at a neighboring property. He looked at my wall and gave me an estimate. I went onto Yelp to search for reviews and saw the 1 star rating. At this point, we were a 75% "No" as the project was not something we were actively looking to fix. When I research vendors, I look for 2 things: 1. Will the people I hire work hard, stick to the schedule, and complete the work on time 2. Can I trust the company to deliver on exactly what they say they're going to do #2 is a judgment call and often a leap of faith. To address #1, I went to talk to my neighbor, who provided positive feedback and was happy with the work being done by Precise Masonry. The 75% No shifted to about a 50/50. We had a few additional candid conversations with Joe before we made a decision. We decided to proceed with the project and are 100% happy we did. The pictures don't do the end result justice and I feel the space has been transformed. The crew worked very hard, cleaned up after themselves, and completed the work on time. Joe delivered on exactly what he communicated. In fact, we were so happy with the wall/fence, we got carried away and had Precise also replace our crappy asphalt carport.

Speaking with Parris and getting the initial quote was a quick and easy process. Parris and his guys completed the paperwork we needed for HOA approval without issue, and installation happened quickly after our HOA gave us the go ahead. The installation itself was also completed quickly (2-3 days of work if I recall) and the best part other than the quality of the fence was that the way they install the fence posts leaves your yard looking exactly as it was before--no giant holes or dirt piles left behind. A few months ago, we needed a repair due to our landscapers accidentally shooting a rock through a fence panel. Parris was quick to respond and had his guys out there the next day to complete the repair at a reasonable price. They even noticed our gate wasn't shutting properly and made some adjustments on the spot at no additional cost without us asking. Most recently, we installed some pavers that went under our gate and needed some adjustments to be made to the height of the gate so the gate could close over the pavers. Again, Parris and his team were out quickly to make the changes we needed to our gate, and we couldn't be happier! Yes, you can find other companies to install vinyl fencing for less money. That being said, my husband and I would make the same decision over and over again to go with Vinyl Tech & Masonry because of their professionalism and the quality of their work. They clearly stand by their work and want to make sure their customers are happy. In my opinion when you're spending thousands of dollars on a fence install, it's well worth it to invest in a company that clearly cares about their customer's satisfaction.
