I have been going to Dr. Goates for a few years. He is patient and very gentle. The office staff are always friendly and professional.

They were all super nice. We just moved here and a crown fell off a tooth of mine and I need a dentist in a hurry. From the initial contact on the phone, the office staff, the Dentist I would highly recommend them. The were considerate, fun, and thorough! :) read more

I drive a bit to visit, but it's worth it. Such a nice warm team. Always helpful and professional.

I just recently moved to Arizona and went through the motions of finding a new dentist and I'm SO GLAD I found Dr. Goates and his wonderful office! Lizzy was my hygienist and she was the best! Extremely knowledgeable, gave me advice, and made me aware of things I needed to work on to better improve my teeth without judgement! It didn't feel like I was in trouble or getting a lecture at all, she was very sweet and I felt like she genuinely cared and took time to listen to all my concerns. Dr. Goates also took the time to get to know me and my concerns. He gave me his recommendations and gave me all the information I needed to make a decision on my own time. No pressure to do anything! Very easy going, and such a nice change to help ease my fear of the dentist! I am so glad I found Precision Dental, and I will be making Dr. Goates my permanent Dentist! read more

Fast, friendly and fun? Absolutely!!! Warm, caring staff puts your mind at ease. They take the time to explain what they are going to do next and that definitely helps relax me. I am typically not a fan of going to the dentist. No worries here with me. If you need a crown, like I did, they make it in the office during your visit! Voodoo Magic? Nope, just a great team of professionals! read more

Just moved from out of state this month and needed a dentist ASAP for a crown and a filling. So happy I found this office! Dr Goates and his staff are all amazing and super friendly. The final cost for everything was fair and in fact cheaper than my last dentist. They were also very accomodating for appointments and all other requests. Don't waste time elsewhere, come here first! read more

I am a first time patient of Precision Dental. I went to them for the restoration work to be done after I had two dental implants done. I had never had dental implants before so I was a bit nervous about what to expect. To my great surprise and relief, the restoration procedure was easy and virtually painless. The staff at Precision Dental was kind, caring and accommodating. They were also very professional and that really put me at ease. The best part is that the restoration looks even better than my natural teeth did. Overall, this was a wonderful experience. Thank You Precision Dental! read more

I moved here a year and a half ago. I chose precision dental and never wanted to go to any other place! Doing my annual there and just got off my Invisaligns. Dr.Goates was always there to answer any question, I was walked through the process all the time. The staff is always willing and able to help! I would definitely recommend to use services of Dr. Goats! read more

My husband received a huge bill of "critically needed" dental work from another dentist. We compared with this dentist and instead of $2400 worth of work, he needed one filling replaced. They were gentle, professional and honest. They've earned our business! read more

Dr. Goates has been my family dentist for the last three years and I can't say enough good about him. My daughter had to have some work done a few years back before we moved to Arizona and she was terrified of the dentist. When we brought her to Dr goates he did a fantastic job of calming her down and getting her teeth taken care of. She told me later she would only be seen by him. I also have had to have a lot of work done and also had a fear of the dentist. Since coming to him I feel so much more at ease. I appreciate the way that he approaches things as I very self conscious of my teeth and he makes me feel very comfortable. I highly recommend him to all ages! read more

After reading the great reviews here, I went to Precision Dental last week for a routine checkup, x-rays, and cleaning. The waiting area of the office is spectacular! Awesome water wall!! The entire office and exam area is REALLY clean and modern. The hygienist, Amber, was very informative, gentle during the cleaning, and kind. When Dr. Goates came in, I was impressed with his casual attitude! He actually sat and chatted with me for several minutes before doing his exam. It was a refreshing change from my experience at other dentist's offices! All in all... a great experience (for a dental visit) and I will certainly be going back! read more

The staff has been amazing so far, and I will update after my appointment. I had to reschedule my new patient visit due to an emergency. It was scheduled 2 months out. My first appointment was scheduled out that far as well. If you need to see a dentist soon as a new patient, this is not the place to go. read more

I highly recommend to anyone looking for a dentist. My family and I have been coming for 10 years now.

they do not enforce a mask policy, let parents in the room with patients(wearing no mask), and the staff takes off their masks and wears them under their noses. if you want to get covid it's the perfect place to go but if not i recommend finding another dentist. before the pandemic they were fine but who knows why they aren't being safe. read more

I went to Precision Dental for my initial exam, X-rays, and cleaning today. I was blown away by the office. By far the Most friendly dental office I've been to. Dr. Goates and his staff are all very nice and down to earth, and gentle! I feel like I can look forward to my next visit instead of dreading it like I have in the past. read more

I had my first appointment at Precision Dental today and it was a wonderful experience. I highly recommend them. The Doctor, Hygienists and staff we're all very nice and very helpful. I was impressed with their desire to get to know you as a person - which really helped me feel comfortable. They have new equipment, which is a nice plus, and they offer a free whitening service if you are cavity free and have had your teeth cleaned there. read more

I hated going to the dentist until I found Dr Goates and his staff. They have been great and I refer all my friends and family.

I am a Baby Boomer who has had many experiences with many dental offices over the years. Precision Dental has been the best experience yet. The office staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Best of all, Dr. Goates offered me a way to have an improved smile that fit my fixed income. He offered choices and his staff implemented my choice. I was first referred to him by a family of dentists ( who did not take my insurance) and I was told that his work would be "first class". I can happily verify that it is and patient comfort and satisfaction is of the highest priority. I can call any time and I am not just a number. By the way, his office is like going to a SPA and there is no reason to be hesitant to call this terrific dentist and his super staff! Claire C. read more

Dr. Goates has been my dentist for a number of years now. If you are anything like me growing up with a fear of dentists, you will love seeing him and the wonderful hygienists at this office! I was upfront and honest about my fears from the moment I first came in and honestly, I had no reason to be worried. Dr. Goates is so kind-spirited! He really put my fears at ease and listened to my concerns. My entire family sees him now... my mom and dad, my sister and her husband and my husband and babies! Yes, the little ones too! My little guy is almost 5 and just went this week, fearless, to be examined and have his teeth cleaned alone for the first time while I had a cleaning across from him. He did a great job and I credit his fearlessness to having an amazing dentist that doesn't push kids. Even my 1 year old has been examined here. I could not be happier with my experiences with Precision Dental and Dr. Brandon Goates! read more

Love this place very friendly and they care a lot about your teeth. They tell you a lot of important tips about how to brush your teeth and will even give you a free toothbrush after you are done read more

We hate the dentist. But since we HAVE to go, we choose Dr. Goates. I have been taking myself and twin girls to see him twice a year for the past 6 years or so. The girls in the office have always been friendly and so good with my twins. They take the time to chat and listen to any concerns you may have and are all pretty funny, and understand our crazy sarcasm and nervous energy when we come in to get our teeth cleaned. Dr. Goates, does a great job and is super personable. I would highly recommend scheduling all your dentist needs at his office. read more

I love my Precision Dental team! I've been a client since 2007. I've referred my family and friends to go for any dental needs. Every staff member is fabulous. My hygienist is Ashley and she's a rockstar! Dr Goates makes sure you're comfortable with any procedure that is needed. I received a crown on the same day. This saved me time & money. I'm glad they offer this service. Keep Smiling! read more

I honestly couldn't tell you anything about the dentist or hygienist because I was never able to get back to see them. I went in for my scheduled cleaning appointment and was told that they had made numerous attempts to contact me to reschedule...something about my insurance. I get phone calls all day long on my phone, but none from them. I was able to verify that they had my correct number, so that was not the problem. I got their name from my insurance, so that made me wonder as well and then the girl told me she could get me in later that morning if I would like to come back. I guess there was no insurance problem after all. No thanks. I have been at my last dentist for almost 20 years until he retired and was trying to find a new one to transfer all my care. I had waited for over a month for this appointment and if this is how they are going to treat me on my very first visit there, I would rather go somewhere else. Maybe have a backup plan if you decide to try this dentist's office. read more

I've been going to Precision Dental for 3 years now. Dr. Goates is very kind and gentle, everything you would want in a dentist. I have referred both my parents here and they love it as well. And 5 stars for Ashley who does my cleaning! So happy I found this place. read more

Love our dentist. Me, my husband, and our 7 yr old daughter having been coming to Precision Dental for a few years now. Our twin boys will start going here just before their 3rd birthday. No question that Dr. Goates and his team are the only office this family needs! They are friendly, kind, gentle, and take great care of our teeth! Our daughter doesn't even need us with her...she gets her teeth cleaned and xrays while mommy gets here done in a separate room...she trusts them and loves impressing Dr Goates with all her hard work keeping her pearly whites in perfect condition. read more

I've been a patient of Dr Goates for 5 yrs now. He has a great personality and is a wonderful dentist. Tosha is my hygienist and she does a great job. I also love that I get free teeth whitner when I go in for my f/u appts. Office staff is friendly and office is beautiful. read more

What a great office. The dentist is friendly, helpful, and really went out of his way to go over my treatment. The staff is friendly and well-trained. I'm scared of the dentist, but this first visit went awesome. I actually went a few months ago, but I just remembered I needed to write a good review about this dentist office. Also, I found Dr. Goates fees to be reasonable. read more

My wife and I have been going here for several years now. Very friendly stuff, good service, and a great experience.

I have been going to precision dental for 7 years now and I have never had a bad experience! From regular cleanings to having cavities they have always made my time there as comfortable as possible. Everyone is very friendly and they make an effort to get to know you! If you are a busy person like me, no worries! They are very flexible and will make sure to fit you in their schedule. :) read more

I wanna preface this conversation by mentioning I have come to this dentist office for 8 years. I have always had really great customer service and experience until earlier this year. Dr. Goates dislocated my jaw after a routine cleaning and I ended up coming out of pocket $2,000.00 (while also not working for 3 weeks) I went to precision the following day after my appointment once I noted I had lots of pain coming from my jaw met with Dr. Van Dyke who was completely shocked and who referred me to a maxillofacial surgery center who was out of network and although the surgeon was great, precision dental never followed up with me until today, 5 months later . Now I have decided to not to leave a comment but the conversation I had with their aid Tresure was completely unprofessional. She calls asking me if I'm going to come to my next appointment which mind you was never scheduled. I indicated to her the fact that no one at precision dental reached out after this incident or to my maxillofacial surgeon who requested to speak with them several times. She responds "ok great" and then hangs up the phone. Who does that? I am incredibly disappointed with precision and I wasn't going to say anything but today is the last straw. read more

I cant say enough good things about this office. Since I walked in when we got done with my crowns, it was nothing but a pleasure. Dr Brandon was great. He came up with a plan to fix some work that was done by another dentist and the out come was great. The staff is amazing.... would recommend this office anytime! read more

Dr. Goates and his office are some of the nicest people I've met. The office has a very relaxed feel and they'll do anything to make sure you're comfortable- if you want you can even watch TV while getting your teeth worked on. I highly suggest them to everyone! They also offer free teeth whitening for new clients for life- something that I like very much! read more

I don't normally leave reviews, but I can't say enough wonderful things about this office! The customer service is top notch and Dr. Goates is a master at his craft. My family and I have been going to Precision Dental since they opened their location. I am not someone who likes going to the dentist and I am very picky about which dentist I will see once, much less go back to. But Dr. Goates and his staff have been AMAZING from day one. The office looks upscale, but the team has a very personable small group way of dealing with patients. They have all the current technology in their industry and are patient, thorough and truly concerned about your oral hygiene as well as overall health. The entire team is wonderful at explaining everything that you could have questions about; from billing and insurance to treatment and how to floss. ;) They all let you know what your options are every step of the way and they are accommodating in a way that is virtually unheard of these days. When my son was in braces Dr. Goates made sure he coordinated with the orthodontist to be sure the final outcome of that therapy was right and my son's dental future would be as it should be. At my last cleaning in July, 3 or so years since I started being seen at the office, Dr. Goates thanked me for coming back. Shocker, right?! I just smiled and told him the truth of the matter - I wouldn't EVER think of going anywhere else. read more

I scheduled appointments for both myself and my husband after a glowing referral from a friend. Scheduling was a breeze, and the receptionist was so friendly. My husband already had his appointment for a cleaning and whitening, and his teeth look great! The best part is he came home with his own trays so he can keep up his whitening and the office supplies refills. I cannot wait for my own appointment and already know we'll both be patients for years to come. read more

I've been very pleased with the staff, they are very efficient and knowledgeable, Dr. Goates is a great dentist!
